I know that some places are still following Covid 19 protocols..I would have preferred an in person appointment, but understand. I think that the fees for renewal should be less expensive considering it was a 10 min phone call.. Other than that..I have zero complaints..everything went smoothly..

The doctor there is great. She is very helpful and cares about the patient.

Kasie kubuera🥰 is one of the most caring women I have ever talk to on the phone for canna care its the level of compassion and all together work ethics shes providing for the hole Massachusetts state we need more people like this sad to say they probably broke the mod after she was born. I have to renew my medical card so I had a virtual appointment at 9am today (which is when they open, so prob one of their first appointment of the day) I log into the virtual room at 9am per the email and at about 9:10a recieved a call confirming my info and processing payment. the lady informed me the doc would be calling within 10 mins.and that the virtual room link was not working yet... Its now 10:10a and no call from the doc. I have called 2 to inquire when i should be expecting a call and both time was told in 10 mins. I dont understand how you could be running over an hour late and no one from the office has reached out, but even more confusing how was I one of the first appointments of they day and your already running 1 hour and 10 mins behind??? Last time I will renew through Cana Care.

12 days since my appointment and my certification has still not been entered into the system. This is a Business that focuses on profits instead of patients. I will be looking for another doc and encouraging others to do the same.

Wonderful experience. Due to the current COVID-19, I was able to have a telemedicine appointment, and did not have to go to an office. My Nurse Practioner was professional, friendly, informative and very helpful. I highly recommend their services.

I took my to the Burlington office about a month ago and found the office friendly and helpful. The sign up process was prompt and easy. My mother met with Lora Kaslow N.P. who explained to her the benefits and dosing options that would work best for her. We were presented with up to date information and websites recommendations for further knowledge. My mother, who has Alzheimers, was treated with respect and kindness. Thank you for a positive experience in the midst of such a stressful time.

The bad reviews gave me a ton of anxiety and I almost didn’t go but I had a great experience. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Just call ahead and make an appointment even though it says they take walk-ins. This seems to be a busier office so it’s important to call ahead and see when a doctor is in and if they will have time for you.

I had a great experience here. Friendly and helpful staff. I had a really thourough assessment with Dr. Lora Kaslow and she also took her time answering all my questions. I definitely recommend this place.

Less then 1hr (at 11am), very courteous and friendly, temporary card printed on the spot.The cost is $200 (+$50 to state) but they give out $200 coupons to local dispensaries + no 20% tax + no need to stay in long lines + delivery services...

Just renewed my mmj card at canna care Burlington ma it was a wonderful experience I was greeted immediately by a friendly awesome staff that helped me through this process with smiling faces taking great care to answer all my questions I highly recommend renewing at this facility

COMMUNICATION IS TRASH...... COMPANY IS TRASH.

The service/information department lady who called me back for an appointment was not very informative nor friendly. I am calling on behalf of someone else who is in very bad medical state and i know nothing about cannabis. if this lady is a representation of the company, then I wouldnt even give them 1 star.

Went in to recertify as a walk in. Didnt have to wait long and the staff was very courteous. The waiting room was large and had toys for my daughter to play with and the actual prescribing doctor Lora Kaslow MSN was very nice and talkative. Overall was a great experience.

They were helpful in every way and took time to answer all my questions , very friendly two thumbs up !!

Was told I could get Maine medical card as mass med patient. Got to cannacare, filled out necessary paperwork, waited 10 minutes then was told they had no cards available. They should have told me before I wasted time and gas going there. The problem is they dont have direct phone number to call and central office wont forward my call or give out their number. Big SCAM if you ask me!

Very disappointed in my experience here. Dismissive of their patients needs with no effort to learn and absorb new information. If you pay youll get your card, ask them to take full responsibility of their job as doctors and watch them shake. Run while you can.
