Kinsey is exceptional! I came to her after months of chronic insomnia, feeling at my wits end. She was so warm and truly interested to hear my health history and discuss possible causes and treatments. She talked me through the whole acupuncture process. I had immediate results and noticed my stress levels melting away within the first week. My sleep was better and I felt like there was a light at the end of the tunnel. Kinsey worked on me the day before a marathon when I was just getting over a terrible sinus infection. Not only did she help me relax, she was able to clear my mind and my stress. I had a horrible headache and a very stiff neck from the sinus infection and she was able to help me release the tension in my neck which also relieved the headache.
