Went in on Saturday morning, June 1. The salesperson was unbelievable. She went above and beyond helping me with my purchase. Due to the nature of the store, i hope it is not one that I will need to patronize often but if and when I do, this is where I will shop.

I rented a scooter for my son who broke his leg. Bay City had the best price on the rental and even though I returned it a little late and they could have legitimately charged me, more they didnt. The service was excellent too.
