Ive known Carrina since 2000 and the quality of her profession is always what I look forward to for each of my visit. She knows where to find my knots that I didnt realize I had. Shes listens to her customers about their concerns to make the best of the session.

Carrina helps me with my knots and pain in my neck, shoulder, and back. She is so good and really a life saver for me :) I tried many massage therapists before and shes definitely one of the best Ive ever seen.This place is a bit pricey but I think its still worth it for my body issues. Id always go for the 90 min session anyway. Making appointments is easy and Im never worried about that.

I had such a wonderful experience at Eszence and Carinna is a truly skilled professional. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and I could smell the soothing aromas emanating from her office the second I stepped off the elevator. She expertly found all the knots in my back and patiently worked her way through them (and boy were there a lot!). She has a great touch and knows how to apply pressure deeply. I also loved her use of tuning forks and sound bowls to really help my body and mind drop into relaxation and prepare me for the work that was about to be done. I would highly recommend coming to see Carinna.

This was only my second time getting a professional massage. Carrina guided me through the process which included asking which parts of my body that needed additional attention. My back was sore from 2 high intensity workouts in a row and she was able to primarily focus on that area. This included figuring out how widespread the tightness was. Mine was mid back to my knees. She did some stretches as well to help examine further. She communicated well and even discussed some stretches after the session. I feel better than before I walked in. Im still a little tight but thats more me than the treatment. I scheduled another session to see how this could improve my fitness journey. My only regret is not scheduling 90 minutes instead of 60.

I went in with a ton of tension in my upper back, shoulder, and neck area. Carrina took a lot of time sitting down with me to figure out what the cause was and what really bothered me. She also asked how I wanted to feel when I left. Her pressure was amazing. I usually have to ask for more pressure from masseuses, but she really kneaded out the knots. I will definitely return for another massage!

Carrina was very calming and it triggered over to me. She almost made me fall asleep, and it hasnt really been done before by other great massages. I felt she put a lot of time getting to know the state of my body and then creating a massage to meet my bodys needs, not want. I’m very glad that I went in for massage today with Carrina. I was coming in with upper back pain and neck tension that’s been on and off for a very long time and she melted it away. She uses a light to medium touch but is far more effective than people who work on me super deep. Also, ask her about craniosacral therapy. I used to get a lot of deep tissue work but this is much more effective when done right... I highly recommend coming here!

I cannot recommend Carrina enough! Ive been to her a few times now, and every session has been excellent. Shes friendly and welcoming, and takes the time to really understand what areas of your body need work. Ive had issues with my shoulders/neck for years, and Carrina managed to identify the problematic areas right away and eased so much of the tension even in the first session! And then at the end, she gave me a series of specific stretches to do that help keep those areas loose.
