PLEASE READ BEFORE SCHEDULINGAn appointment was schedule with Dr. Frank, I have a confirmation text message showing the specific name Dr. Frank. The office also shows only one name as practitioner. After waiting for 30 minutes after the appointment time and after a visit with the nurse, I was informed that the Nurse Practitioner was almost ready to see me. When I questioned if Dr. Frank was also going to consult, they informed that Dr. Frank was no longer in the office, and it was normal for patients to be seen by the NP even when they schedule appointments with Dr. Frank, even when it is their first time, such as myself. That information was confirmed by the nurse.

Doctor Tortorice and his complete Staff are very caring and go above and beyond to take care of me as a patient.

I went through 5 doctors in the Bay Area before finally coming to Dr Ts practice and am grateful that I found him. Dr T is a MD with functional medicine training, which attributes to his thorough approach to diagnosing and treating his patients. Hes a compassionate doctor who takes the time to make sure you get the right tests done and explains the results and his recommended treatments so you can take better care of your health. His staff is incredibly friendly and Im always impressed at their ability to multitask. :)As a patient with a chronic (non-lethal) illness, Dr T and his staff are the only people who have been able to actually help me make improvements to my health, and thus quality of life. I highly recommend seeing him.

I had to change my doctor. This office gives horrible service. The office staff does not know what they are doing. All they care about it selling supplements to patients. Doctor sits on the report and does not call the patient. When I asked the office why doctor did not called me? They answered we already told the doctor is not calling you , its his fault not ours. This is a really bad medical office. I will never ever recommend him to any one. They dont care about patients life.

Consistent inability to acknowledge and process prescription renewal requests faxed in from pharmacy. Current situation is 8 faxes unanswered and more than a week waiting to have prescription filled due to the delay. This is not a singular occurrence, previous issues have taken numerous phone calls from myself to both pharmacy and Dr office to resolve.

Cool Doctor, Great staff....super friendly.....felt like all my questions, concerns and need were met here.

If you appreciate your time, DONT come in to see this Dr.The Staff here is rude, inefficient and dont know what they are doing.They had me holding for ever, just for a referral after calling them a million times. They kept on saying that they are short on staff and that they need to deal with their patients that are in the clinic first, when it was their mistake and referred an HMO patient to a none network chiropractor.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G STAFF!!!!!! Staff is so kind, friendly and very helpful. Doctor cares about his patients and over all health.
