The clients couldn’t have had a better care service experience than at CareLinx! The clients must be impressed and happy by the excellent service and professionalism that the team provides to their clients.

Horrible registry company to work for. The account managers are not reliable and dont respond back with any questions or concerns that you have. They have not paid me for 2 shifts that I worked over a month ago. My old account manager Angelie was very responsive and always made sure I had scheduled work days but ever since she left the company and they assigned me a new account manager Ron! He has done nothing that I simply asked of and I have not been working this past month. I do not recommend working for carelinx

I love my awesome case manager, her name is Angelie Nicolas. Shes awesome, always there when you need her, understanding and very pleasant to talk with everything regarding schedules and other work issues. Overall, CareLinx is a good company. Sometimes theres some misunderstanding and miscommunication but it gets solved at the end of the day.

CareLinx was easy to use; takes care of all the details., background checks, drug tests, invoices all done for you. Highly recommend this service is you are looking for a caregiver.

Horrible company to work for So unorganized and the pay is never consistent I quit two months ago and never got paid the few weeks I worked for them. Really bad

So far my experience with Carelinx is a positive one. I love the clients they have set me up with. The only negative I have is communication. You get several messages from several different people and when you try to contact them they never respond to messages. The employees are slow in doing their job. I contacted 3 different people who messaged me about one client which in itself is confusing because you don’t know which one to contact. Anyway they set me up with a client and the day before I was suppose to start I still had no care plan posted and no information on the person other than her name. After sending several messages to the people that texted me about the new client and also leaving a message with the online chat I had to also call and leave a message. Finally they added her info. The actual carelinx employees do not seem to know what they are doing. When you ask a question they can not give a straight answer and one person will tell you one thing and another person will tell you something else. Carelinx’s itself is a great accent but the employees really need more training and learn how to communicate and return calls and messages

Carelinx has been my go to for temporary work during this pandemic.Pros: your client is your employerCons- no mileage reimbursement

I have been trying for several months to get them to fix their system. I do not get invoices or receipts in my email from them.

CareLinx was my first experience with getting ANY help with my dad. I was fortunate enough to be able to apply for a respite relief grant. I was awarded 25 hours. I was sent someone from CareLinx. They were professional and caring towards my dad. My need was bathing/hygiene and my caregiver was great! Very communicative, they work off an app so, communication between Carelinx and provider is done that way. Also, with being mid CoVid -Carelinx sent a care package for the caregiver directly to my home: gloves (all sizes), hand sanitizing wipes, face mask and hand sanitizer. Very good experience. If my family had the out of pocket funds to continue with them. We would have.

I tried CareLinx and was messaging potential candidates on interview dates. The Care Advisor intervened and blocked my ability to view my messages despite my leaving voice messages for her and replying to her in chat. What a waste of time!

I have needed to use my friend indeed, Maricela, whom I believe has the title or equivalent of Case Manager with Carelinx - and she has taken excellent care of myself (63 disabled , in wheelchair due to several issues and have use of both legs & arms though severe shoulder pain from arthritis.) and my daughter - (8 yr old healthy flealess Chihuahua mix She comes before me at anytime, I tell my caregivers, and it is law!). At first I was leery to use a computer - how impersonal I thought, but once in Maricelas capable hands I saw how easy it really is. At any time I am able to get whatever I need from Carelinx, and Maricela is always quick to respond. Recently I was having some issues with finding the right individual so she used her resources, and - with baby in hand (doing things after hours and at home, gave me at least 2-3 people that either called or to call. I am a very satisfied current 2 time client of Carelinx. I can honestly say I feel safe that I have the back-up. Thanks for all Maricela, I had to give you PROPS!Sincerely,Roy RichardsSan Leandro
