I disagree with most of the reviews. I’ve been with one medical for almost 10 years and it’s been wonderful. Dr Pacquing is excellent. She’s attentive caring, knowledgeable and has been a great help to me. I recommend one medical.

Love the staff. Gorgeous office. Beautiful calming decor. I miss visiting this one medical office. It’s nice to be back! Everything is also electronic, including medical records, messaging doctors or admins, and prescriptions. It was built to support the patient which I love!

Don’t go here. The front desk doesn’t know how to use the fax machine. I’ve had lab orders screwed up, one doctor we saw there flatly assumed that I was not my daughter’s mother because we are not the same race and then was defensive and belligerent when I confronted her about it, followed by my discovering that the same Dr jivraj had screwed up my daughter’s X-ray order. When I messaged her about it…no response.Yes the office e is nicely decorated…but don’t go here. Unless you want to be racially profiled and you want sub-standard care. There are plenty of other doctors’ offices. Just don’t go here.AN UPDATEAfter having been accused by the doctor is not being my child’s mother and then having in the end to have her take another set of X-rays because the ones the doctor had ordered were not correct, I went to the office to try to speak with someone…since as others have noted, it’s impossible to call…only to then be given the run around. No one was willing to return my messages, no one could give me any sort of response AT ALL. And how did this all end? With the office having my doctor call me to tell me that unless I signed a form saying that I was no longer to misbehave, that they were going to kick me out. I’m not even kidding.Don’t go here. For the love of God, do not go here.

Terrible experience overall. They did tell me three different things over the message and over the phone regarding my coverage. Finally I have asked a question on the app after my labs and it’s still not answered after a week. Will not visit again for sure for anything ever

I like the app but the doctors here are not responsible. They always ask you to take pain killer etc. which not only is useless but makes your situation worse. They always rush you saying they have another patient waiting while you haven’t explained your situation and just give you easy pills let you wait to kick you out. If I can wait myself why I visit here? I will never go to this place again as one of the doctor asked me to take Plan B and Nuva ring to regulate my cycle, and I ended up with bleeding for a whole month and was diagnosed as a complex varian cyst.

They never pick up the phone when you call to schedule anything, its crazy. happens all the time.

The doctors at One Medical are either overworked or incompetent. While I understand there could be some decent doctors at One Medical, I have never encountered them between the 4-5 doctors Ive seen. Simply put, the doctors at One Medical dont care about your condition. Almost all of the visit is spent with the doctor re-reading your medical history because they didnt come to your appointment prepared to talk about what youre there for. Despite providing details about what Im coming in for when booking each visit, the doctors have no idea what Im there for until they are in the room with me. One doctor I had was so terrible that I went through 3 visits before he understood that my problem I was describing was wholly unrelated to the medication he prescribed me. Additionally, when a doctor explains that youll need to use a harmless but necessary medication for the rest of your life, they only provide 3-4 refills at a time, requiring you to go through a multi-message email conversation thread simply to get 3-4 more refills.In summary, One Medical has terrible doctors. The ease with which I can schedule appointments is negated by the fact that the doctors I see will be almost useless towards improving my health or understanding conditions.FWIW, everyone is plenty nice and friendly at One Medical. Even the doctors. I just wish they were better at their job.

First time I’ve tried this clinic and I do not regret it one bit! I love it and the staff are very nice. My doctor was there the whole time with me and made sure I had everything I needed answered. Best clinic experience I’ve had,5 stars for sure!

Terrible. Ive been a patient for over 10 years and Ive had enough. The competency and attentiveness of their doctors has really gone downhill, but I stuck with them because they used to be great. In the past 2 months Ive had a mis-diagnosis (big time!), failure to process paperwork and referrals, and my most recent visit I was told sorry, we cant help you. Youll need to go elsewhere. Unbelievable that these people can be in business when they treat patients this way. So after almost 11 years as a patient, they have permanently lost my business.

The worst. They had a great physician that moved away and since then the quality has gone down hill. I had a blood work that the Dr. told me came back normal! I asked to see the report and it turns out it wasnt even done due to not enough of a sample. They only re-drew it at my request. Several months later I am dealing with surgery that we wouldnt have even found if that test wasnt done. Incompetent. The front desk is pleasant but Dr. Paricar (sp?) is downright rude. Rolled her eyes as I was talking! I have received much better care with PAMF while NOT paying a concierge premium. STAY AWAY.

I went there when they first opened, and Im with Brandan O. The place is like a bad art gallery, and the MDs are mediocre at best.
