Great communication between office and patient in regards to insurance and payments. Easy to reach office over the phone or email. The dentists and dental hygienists are personable and professional. I have been to a lot of dentists over the years, but I trust them the most.

I recently moved to the area and needed to find a dentist as I was well overdue because of the pandemic. The building is older but the office is kept modern and clean. I first came in for a cleaning which, other than the bad news of needing fillings, went well. I booked an appointment a few weeks later to take care of the fillings. I had never had a cavity so I was nervous but the staff was incredibly kind and frequently checked in how I was doing. The fillings went perfectly, honestly as painless as a cleaning. Dr. Prethi Poulose was my doctor and she is very kind and professional. I will be returning for my next cleaning.

My wife and I have been going to Nest for years and I still enjoy visiting them as much now as I did from day one. The office environment is upscale and modern. The office is well lit and very clean. The front desk staff always greets me with a smile and friendly hello. The dentists are very compassionate and it is clear they genuinely care about their patients. The hygienists and doctors are well educated and explain the medical decision making process and treatment plans well. I have complete trust that my best interests are in mind and I feel valued as a long-time customer. I highly recommend Nest Dental!

Very lucky to have found this clinic! Every staff member was kind, attentive, and respectful.As for COVID19 Safety - the office was extremely clean, sanitary, everyone was wearing masks and taking proper precautions.

Ive had only great experiences here over the last 5+ years. The office is always clean, and the staff is friendly and super efficient. The advances in dentistry technology have really made dental work so much less painful and so much faster.

My mom and I have been going to Dr. Chew for years, and she is exceptional. My visits have always been smooth and painless (or as painless as possible, given that youre paying for someone to drill holes in your teeth). Ive never had a medical professional be as warm, competent, and unwavering in quality as Dr. Chew, and Id be happy to continue coming to Nest Dental in the future.

Just had a filling done here. It was by far the best experience Ive had. Really quick and pain free. Dr. Chew did an amazing job! Would highly recommend.

I moved out of state a couple years ago but make sure that when I return to the Bay Area for visits, I schedule my check-ups at Nest Dental. Ive been a patient of Dr. Chews for several years now, and Its worth it to me to travel 800 miles to continue to see her and the excellent staff there. Cant imagine going to another dentist.

Her team is always very professional, provides a thorough cleaning, and takes care to watch for sensitivities (which I appreciate)! Also, Dr. Chew is very personable and knows her patients! Last night a toothache was killing me. I contacted Nest Dental. Today, first thing in the morning I had a virtual dental appointment through FaceTime. Dr. Chiu was very thoroughly and carefully looking my gums. Then she gave me a prescription. My pain is not totally gone, but I was able to eat and rest, the swollenness is diminishing and I feel happy and confident that on our next appointment on Friday, Ill be much better.Thank you Dr. Chiu!!!

Seconding the excellent experiences on here. In addition to being meticulous and attentive to my level of pain when cleaning, Dr. Chiew has been nothing but supportive when helping me develop better tooth hygiene. This is in refreshing contrast to the condescension I have felt with dentists in the past and really makes going to the dentist a more comfortable experience.

This group of people are highly skilled and professional, what more do you need? The negative reviews (as of today) are laughable. My Wife and I have both received excellent service here, going on 2 years.

Im so glad I found this place! These 1 star reviews must be fake or from miserable people. (They have 5 stars on yelp) Everyone here is incredibly friendly and the office is immaculate. Dr Chew is amazing, theres never any pain and she takes the time to discuss everything.

Amazing Dental office. The interior is very clean, almost like a spa. The doctor explained every part of the process and really took her time. Would highly recommend if youre looking for a new dentist.

I received at horrible treatment at Nest Dental by Dr. Chew. Ive had issues with this dental office before as they burned my husbands lips and would not see my kids when they came with their grandma because of their ridiculous policy of kids coming only with their parents!!! But its not easy to move your whole family to the new dental office because of the records, x-rays, dental insurance and etc so we stayed...I would like to mention that Dr. Chew is the only doctor at that office, she works only few days a week and finishes by 5pm so its always a pain to get an appointment unless scheduled in advance....Anyway,my last appointment with Dr. Chew left me absolutely shocked at her incompetence and Ego. I had two cavities on each side of my face that she promised to take care of in one appointment. I came on time and we started shortly after. Dr.Chew numbed both sides, removed one old filling and started to remove the second, when she realized she didnt numbed the area well enough and one of the sides were still sensitive. She gave me a third shot of numbing medication and worked on the other side while numbing took place. When she finished one side she realized she ran out of time to work on the other. She didnt utter a word, she patch up the second tooth because she already started working on it and told me she has another patient waiting, she cant finish the job and that I have to come back again soon and she will fix the another filling. I was speechless.... why didnt you allocate enough time for my visit??? I was on time!!! I was willing to wait for you before or after my appointment!!! Why did you do a third numbing medication and paralyzed my whole face if you knew you were running out of time to fix that side anyway???? The shocking thing is, she didnt even apologize!!! She just said its nobodies fault and that things like that happen... What ??? nobodies fault ??? Well its definitely not my fault and definitely yours!!! At least if she apologize I would not write this review, but the way she dealt with me felt so unfair and so disrespectful. I left her office and all I wanted to do was cry. I am moving my family to another dental office and I would highly recommend for anyone to take your business somewhere else. There are soooo many good caring doctors, but unfortunately Dr. Chew is not one of them.

Horrible. If a dentist is still paying student loans.., then run. The treatment plan was padded with procedures that were not necessary. Run do NOT go

Made an appointment, got there and never made it past the rude receptionist. She said my insurance was out of network ( Blue Cross Blue Shield ) though their website says otherwise and I gave her my insurance details many days before the appointment. She said I could end up with $200 out of pocket. So I asked her if I could do just the cleaning and not the x-rays. She flatly refused and said this office DOESNT do that. So, my half day off from work is wasted and I still need to find a new dentist.
