Diana was personable and more importantly, skilled. She made conversation without making it seem like she was required to do so.Left feeling confident about my new style, and looking fresh with waxed eyebrows. 10/10 experience with SmartStyle from the get-go.

Chris was absolutely amazing with my 1 1/2 year old. My son cried at first but she calmed him down and showed him everything she did before she went to trim his hair. She gave him something to play with and talked to him like she had known him his whole life. I will definitely be going back just so she can cut his hair! The hair cut looks amazing and it did not look easy.

This is a really nice place. Nice people some even speak Spanish and you can your hair done, dyed, eyebrows waxed, hair washed.

Chris, the lady who did my hair was excellent. However, she had appointments after me so my mom was left to the other stylists who didnt seem to want to do their jobs. While Chris is cutting hair, taking phone calls and handling walk ins the other two are busy jabbering away. Even when she went back and reminded them that there is a lady waiting they continued to talk and move things around. Never once did either look at my mom. We left and even with Chris service I dont think well be back
