I took my 7 year old in for some concerns we were having with his hearing. The receptionist was very polite and helped with my other child. The technician made sure that myself and son understood what was going on and what the results were! If we need hearing help we will definitely be coming back!

I recommend Miracle-Ear, the staff have always been friendly and very easy to get an appointment, answer questions. Before I got my hearing aids, I was have trouble with ringing in my ears, the hearings aids have helped, also hearing one word recognition, I dont seem to say what as much as I used too. They also work great with cell phone via Bluetooth.

This place is on par. They are very friendly and sociable. They are up front, honest and not just trying to get you in the most expensive hearing aids they have. They tell you what will work for your hearing loss situation and let you make your choice on it. I told Eddie that my wife and I discuss all finance decisions together before any bigger purchases are made and he excused himself so my wife and I could talk in private. The is two bigs thumbs up for me.

Miracle ear has some of the best customer service Ive seen. You can tell the hearing specialist really cares about his patients and will do everything he can to make sure your hearing aids are working at optimum capacity. My grandfather has been to many places looking for help with his hearing and Brant was able to not only fit him with a pair of hearing aids, but any time he needs help adjusting or cleaning his aids Brant gets him in right away to care for him. Its hard to know who you can trust these days to take care of the elderly in your life, but Brant does more than just try to make a sale. He cares for his patients and he follows up with them and does all in his power to ensure their satisfaction.

I have worn hearing aids for the last 15 years and it always seemed like I had to compromise, they were either not working right and/or uncomfortable. He has taken the time to work with me and made sure Im happy with them. This really has been a wonderful experience and I wish I had gone to him sooner!

A very complete testing. Found I have been quite out of my surroundings without realizing it. They are very concerned about my satisfaction with the settings of my aides. I am very satisfied with my appliances.
