I always had issues with CVS and other pharmacies for my dogs seizure medicine. But HEB has been amazing! The staff & doctor are helpful!

Im up in the air about them yet they shoved all my pills into a small bottle instead of giving me a big bottle but the price was good so I guess Ill have to suffer they do have the copen vaccine fiser I believe its a really nice store the pharmacy needs a little work though but Im not going to hold that against him Ill straighten it out one way or another

I picked up a prescription today at HEB 16.The copay was very high.Kim ask Me if she could help me find a coupon to bring the cost down. Kim worked for a good while helping me to lower the cost. She was successful. I can not express my gratitude and the appreciation I have for her and HEB.Thank You Kim is what customer service is all about!

This pharmacy is terrible. When prescriptions are sent to them by your doctor, they sometimes fill them immediately (which is what I would expect). Other times, for no rhyme or reason, they place the prescription(s) (some or just one) into your profile on hold. You have to call in and act like a heel to get it filled. They ask...when was it sent? You say...oh 2 weeks ago....oh, yea, here it is.There are a lot of medications that are not in stock - they have to be ordered. This is the only pharmacy I have ever encountered that cannot get something ordered and in for you next day. Its two, maybe three days to get something. Very inconvenient.As I write this, I am planning to transfer all of my stuff out to another pharmacy.

This store has such a great product selection that I have to make sure I have at least an hour to waste before I go. I’m sooooo happy they finally got smaller shopping carts! Those big ones take some muscle to maneuver, especially once their full.
