Good and caring people all around. When you are injured, this is the place to be.From the clinic, to the physical therapy, the people are both professional and personable. Jose at the front desk of the clinic seems to be the glue that keeps it running, and my provider, Renee was attentive, and helpful. On the physical therapy side, Amy taught me how to manage my pain. She was also easy to talk to, kind and very honest.

I dont like the fact you guys maken people wear a mask I can see if I was sick then wearing a mask makes a lot of since but maken a healthy man where a mask isnt right at all.

Some of the staff was nice. However the doctor was not, the doctor kept arguing with me not only about what my glasses were, which I do know because of my optometrist, but when I told her that they didnt take my blood pressure correctly she began to treat me like I was stupid. I will never go there again.

Absolute worst place ever. Would NOT recommend this place. They like to turn away patients for no good reason. The front desk staff isn’t the greatest or the nicest. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. If you even tell them you have a cough, then they won’t see you. They turn you away. I told them I had a COVID test and it was negative. I still got turned away due to having a cough and shortness of breath. Don’t give your money to these people. It’s a scam.

Went to urgent care because my Husbands allergies are terrible!! We were turned away for having not yet been vaccinated, and him feeling “sick”. The doctor told him he will not see him until he goes to get tested. What is the point of a urgent care facility who does not see sick people?? DO NOT GO HERE!! We will be reporting this facility to Tricare, I recommend you all do the same!

I think they are very Professional Ive had no problem going there I have been going there for over 10 years I think that they are great.

Ive been going there for a few years for my physicals and a couple of personal needs. This location has always presented a soothing, clean, and professional experience that keeps me coming back. It good to know that they still practice masking, social distancing, and seating even throughout this subsiding pandemic period as well.

Overall I had a very pleasant experience with Concentra in Burleson. The girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The medical staff who helped me next seemed caring and professional. Doctor Bourgeois who examined me made me feel comfortable and was very thorough and provided excellent bedside manner. I would recommend this Concentra Urgent Care to anyone in need of competent, care free health care.

Not sure why my sons name is coming up on this review-lol but I went in to be seen on Friday and everyone from the front desk staff to the medical assistant, nurse and doctor were caring and has pleasant attitudes.Thank you for ALL that you do!

This place is amazing the people working here are super friendly helpful and overall respectful very very professional and just wonderful people make you feel welcome make you feel at home super sweet. Make sure that they get you in and out as fast as possible the wedding isn’t that long they came in contact with you let you know what’s going on there satisfy.

All I was there for was to have my TB test read. I was made to wait an hour and a half in my truck, for what took literally a minute to glance at my arm, check negative on the form, and send me on my way. Everyone is there for pre employment requirements and not actual medical concerns, so Im not sure why they felt that was the best to go about it

The customer service is piss poor. The only reason people don’t just get up and leave is because they have to go through this to get their job. The total testing took 10-15 minutes but I was there for over three hours. If this was any type of company that needed repeat customers they would be out of business very quickly. Don’t be sorry for my poor experience, be better.

Had to go for a work screening and tb test. Staff was very friendly. The first day they were running a bit behind and were super busy, but they were apologetic and felt really bad. I was only there for an hour, so I let them know it was ok. The second time I went, I was in and out in 10 minutes! Great experience!

Although the Doctor was very very nice !!, it was that nurse that just made it very very awkward and uncomfortable for that day. To me, this lady although was not rude, had no customer service, no courtesy, didnt smile at all. Approached the lady with a smile, told her good morning but everytime she spoke to me, she never looked me in the eyes just looked away as she spoke. Other than that the Doctor was great !! 👍

Excellent service. Very polite staff! I went in for a yearly company physical. I was told my total time would be 1 hour. Last year I went tobthe Arlington location...spent 4 HOURS there. This time, in Burleson...1 hour and 2 minutes. Amazing!

I don’t leave an online review very often, but this time I am, To be fair, the front desk personal and the medical assistant were all friendly and amazing people, I’m rating one out of five for the very Long and excessive waiting time (TWO hours and 20 minutes) they call you for a vital signs check and you wait 40 min, after they call you for eyes check and then you wait for another 40 min, prior they put you into a room where the nurse showed up after waiting another 50 min, checked twice if they might forget that there is a patient waiting)….The full medical check actually didn’t took all in all 15 minutes.I had to call the job for an extra three hours off. I won’t be back to that location if I have to, and advise that you check the waiting time before letting’ them play the split-game unless you intent to spend a full morning or afternoon for a 15 min check…that’s my honest opinion.

Front desks gets sidetracked in gossip and forgets about clients in the waiting room. Long wait times for a physical. Once you get in the back things move quickly. Only to wait in exam room for eternity. There’s got to be a better and quicker way for this.

Arrived early and was greeted by a very friendly staff.Only had to wait a few minutes after completing my paperwork to get called back and seen.Support staff was very friendly and the doctor was great.I dont go to clinics often, but this was a great experience and I will use them again.

I understand being busy I a great problem to have but a 5 to 6 hour wait is ridiculous.

I gave it 2 stars because the place was clean and the MA and PA were good once I was seen. My 20 min exam took over 4 hours to be seen. I Informed the front desk what I needed done and was ignored.So when the MA asked me what else I needed I told her I also needed a physical, that’s when she went back to registration and informed me that I wasn’t registered for one. They made me wait all over again, when I had already told the front desk everything I wanted.

I had to come in for a drug screen for job promotion. From the staff being very friendly to the back employees. Very quick. I was only there 20 minutes tops.

As a CDL holder, Ive been to plenty of Concentra offices. This particular office has been the BEST office that Ive ever been to. Kind and courteous staff, clean and sterile rooms. I even had to let the lady at the desk know how impressed I was with the whole process. Will definitely go there again to renew my DOT certification.

I passed my physical but they said I had to get a paper signed from my doctor. They told me all I had to do was drop it off and I could get my dot card. I’ve been here over an hour waiting on the doctor to “sign off” on it.

Fast and friendly service. I was scheduled for a physical and drug testing. Everyone seemed to be in a really good mood and it was in and out. Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful with questions that I had. Very professional. AAA+++ service. No complaints here.

After being the first person thought the door and to fill out my paperwork the lady at the front desk allowed me to sit for an hour before she decided to tell me that she couldnt get in touch with my supervisor for authorization. By this time the place was packed and all the exam rooms were full so I didnt leave until almost 11 a.m.

Of all the Concentras I’ve ever had the unfortunate task of having to visit for a DOT drug screen and physical this branch in Burleson TX was by far the best. The staff was pleasant and prompt. I wasn’t left to sit for hours waiting to do a simple urine and hair follicle test. In all I was there a total of about 30-45 minutes. Now if this branch could show the others how it’s done Concentra might become a recommended place to go and get a DOT physical/drug screen.Lastly, Concentra decision makers: the razors you guys use for hair sample collection are simply abysmal. The function ok for armpits but nowhere else. I was informed by the nurse that you higher ups won’t “allow” any other razors. Those cheap razors you all have on hand are straight hazards for shaving anywhere else on the body which is a shame being as though I’m someone who’s armpit hair is low in comparison to the hair that grows on my legs. Perhaps a second type of razor could contribute to a better hair follicle experience.

My experience at this location is always professional and humorous. Even during this pandemic everything is handled in a timely fashion.

This place is very friendly and very clean, I only waited about 5 minutes before being called back. Alfredo who collected my specimen for the drug test Was very polite and friendly. He was also very quick with the whole process I was in and out completely done (paperwork and all) in 15 minutes top. If you ever need to take a drug test for a job or work related accidents this is the place to go, seriously it’s a great place all around.

The nurse practitioner was a very Sweet & knowledgeable lady. The lady who took my vitals, was a bit rude. The blood pressure cuff cut got very tight when pumping up. I said something to her & she ignored me. While we were doing my eye exam, she acted put out & even more put out when I couldnt read the bottom line. She put down wrong vitals & the nurse practitioner had to recheck things. It was not a good experience this time with the first part of my exam. Thank goodness for the nurse practitioner.

My experience at Concentra Urgent Care Burleson was great. The wait time wasn’t long at all, all of the staff were very polite, and efficient.

Went in for a random UA around 15:30. Checked in field out the necessary paperwork, got called back five minutes later after I turned in my paperwork. UA only took about ten minutes and off I went, smooth and easy I definitely recommend this location.

The staff was very friendly, I enjoyed my time with the nurse. She answered all my questions, everything was done in a professional manner. Overall great experience and it was very comfortable, they treated you as if they knew you for years.

It was terrible they rushed me then said my urine had no temperature when you could clearly see the temperature on the cup.

The staff is extremely nice. They have coffee and treats available. Usually, I do not help myself to things like that, but unfortunately I was there longer then need be. So I did! I went in for a DOT physical and a Drug Screen. Time spent there... 2 hours. Time to complete the process with Drug test and DOT physical 20 minutes... They lost a star due to the wait time.

I was having trouble with my workers comp. But the staff helped me and I was seen by the doctor. Everyone there was very polite and very helpful.

The employees up front where nice and friendly, and the assistants who took me back to do all my vitals and drug test were awesome. I waited an extremely long time, even though I had an appointment, and when the doctor came in to see me, he seemed annoyed and rushed. There were certain physical tests that the job required me to do and he had me do them on the table which was awkward because I am longer than the table is. Then he took me over to physical therapy to have me do my other tests. The employees on the physical therapy side were awesome too. But the doctor was in such a rush to move to his next patient, that he skipped filling out two pages of my forms, did not have me do my digital signature for my DOT medical card, and told the assistant on the physical therapy side that had already performed certain tests that were required, but he hadnt. He didnt have much personality either. I understand that it is extremely busy there, but would it hurt to be polite, maybe not act like a butt to patients? Out of the three hours I was there, I spent less than 45 minutes being seen. The rest of the time was spent in the waiting room. Even the nurse practitioner who took me back to sign for my DOT card was friendly and nice. I would have given it five stars but I took a star off because of how the doctor acted and treated me.

This location has a nice, clean lobby. Coffee station with additional snacks. I appreciated the snacks so much because I stopped in for my test in between running errands so I really needed the refuel. For my walk-in, they got me in and out quickly. I could tell the staff was very well organized and everyone I came in contact with was upbeat and returned a smile.

Very nice staff. Got in there on Friday and was in and out within 15 mins and employed with a start date by Monday. With it being the holidays I needed to get to work asap and these people were very quick on their feet to help with that. Thank you!

I was very impressed by the great service I received. The staff was so kind and friendly. They answered all my questions and was very Professional. I was surprised that I got in so quickly and was treated in a respectful manner by all the staff. They made you feel like you were really important to them. It was a great experience.

The nurse taking my blood plessure did this at the same time as taking my neck measurements, this can cause a person to get nervous and give false blood pressure reading...also when she checked my vision with machine the card with the letters wasnt completely in machine, when i couldnt see the letters with one of my eyes it took her a minute,i was about to go off! Because i knew it was the machine....She then pushed the card all the way in machine..

I scheduled a DOT Physical with Jose, he was very accommodating over the phone, even when I had to reschedule for the day after. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The NP was thorough and very nice as well. I will go back there again and recommend it to others. I was going to get my Physical over the road but it was going to cost me $110.00, at Concentra it cost me $89.00.

They are always great here! Even with a bunch of patients they are quick to get us in and thorough with the check up. The Dr is great and really nice to our kids, the nurses actually care and check in on you while you wait. They don’t just leave you sitting for hours. They give you updates and make sure you are taken care of. They are the best urgent care in the area.

Concentra treated me with professionalism and respect. Everything was being explained to me about every test I was being done. I felt very comfortable at this visit.

The nurse and doctor were fantastic. They were both personable, professional, and efficient. The receptionist tried to convince me to drive 30 minutes away to another location because I arrived 10 minutes before closing time. I got there as soon as I could, coming straight after a long day of work. She seemed put out that I decided to stay. The entire visit only took 30 minutes, whereas the receptionist warned it would take an hour, trying to dissuade me. My colleague had the same experience, so it would appear to the receptionists habit.

The staff was great! The guy I had was fast and very knowledgeable of his job. I would recommend Concentra to anyone. I wish I could remember his name. He actually talked me into going back to school. Thank you for the great visit.

Attentive custoner service. Did not take long to bring me in.Long paperwork process is not something I like bit I know it is part of paperwork process.

I was seen by Dr Lowery. He was very concerned regarding my ailment. He was personable, kind and he listened to me which is very important. Im new to the area. Dr Lowery recommended several Doctors in the area for follow up care. I feel as though he went above and beyond to assure I received adequate care. If he was a PCP I would definitely become one of his patients. The staff was also very kind to me. The entire visit from start to finish was less than an hour. I think I spent more time at the Pharmacy getting my prescription filled.

I was in and out in no time at all. Very nice and courteous throughout my whole time there.
