Got a massage after being in pain for a while from knots in my neck and back...it was just what I needed.

I had my massage in this place, and totally loved it! My back issue consistently bothering me. The masseur is pretty professional, and good to communicate with. The environment is also quite and comfortable.will recommend this place if you are living close by.

This place is great, and great prices. I was a little nervous after seeing some of the reviews, But I dont know what the hell they were talking about this place is great.

My name is Tamaria, This place was horrible. They talked during my massage. Left the room, switched massagers, the guy was breathing so hard and it sounded disgusting. The hot rocks were scalding hot and every time I tried to point out my troubled area, he wouldn’t listen. He even got water in my hair and I had just came from the hair salon. That’s not good for African American hairstyles at all. I really want my my money back. WORSE massage experience ever!!!

The guy everyone has talked about doesnt know what hes doing, super rough and kept the same force through out the entire time.

This place was not a very good experience at all and the workers were very unprofessional. The massage therapist I got hurt me several times during the massage and massaged my bones which hurts to do to someone usually. I am very sore and hurt all over. The environment was very nice until they kept the lights on during my massage and people kept coming in and talking loudly to each other the whole time! At one point one therapist came in and actually stood over me talking to the other one for like 5 minutes. During this time my back side was completely exposed and I felt very uncomfortable. I could just feel him hovering and it was weird. The therapist left the room multiple times for lengthy periods of time. The hot stones they used on me were scalding hot and burned. I tried to add a foot massage at the beginning and the guy even repeated what I asked for and didnt do it. When it came time to go I all but ran out of there but not before the guy got into my bubble when writing a tip. He leaned over while I wrote the tip and then held the receipt up after looking at the tip. It was very rude and the whole experience was very uncomfortable.

Great massage!! I got the combo with shoulders and feet and it really felt like a full body massage. I brought a friend who never had a massage before and she LOVED it!! We did have an appointment and they had to stop several times to answer the front desk but they made up for it with adding more time to our massage. It would be helpful to have a designated front desk person but other than that my experience was great!! Good pricing and value for what you get.

While visiting family for Thanksgiving, I happen to spot this gem as we finished shopping at HEB. Location wise, it is not hard to find. When we walked in, we were greeted by someone that asked us what service we would like today. So we did the combination, which is massaging the feet and body. Price is very reasonable as compared to places that Ive been to. The environment is also peaceful and quiet as it should be. Great experience and will definitely come back when given the chance!

Had a terrible experience. The man who gave me a massage was horrible. Its been a few days and my back still hurts. I could hardly walk out when I left. He should not be working in this field. Looking at reviews he has gotten other bad reviews time to let him go.

Such a Relaxing place!

I bought my daughter and her best friend gift certificates because I felt that they both could really use a chance to relax. They went on a Sunday, massage was mediocre and as they got ready to leave one tech blocked the doorway and told both girls that they had to tip to leave. Both girls had prepared a tip but after the tech demanded they really didnt want to but had to in order to leave. I will never purchase from them again!

Always nice to get a message except when you dont actually get a message. Been here several times. Mostly because it is close to the house. My wife and I go together and pay for 90 minute massages. Lucky if we get 60 of it and it isnt vary balanced as to attention paid to to different parts of the body. Couples massage and only two people working means one of them is constantly leaving to answer the phone or to check people in at the front counter. Think I will be looking for another place to visit from here on.

My wife and I had a date day for our two year anniversary to this massage parlor. Everything went well and we both were very relaxed after the massages, the problem came while we were paying. My wife used her debit card to pay for the massages, and I tipped the lady at the register. We’re not exactly sure if they were expecting for us to tip them both together, or if they wanted to separate tips, but after I gave her the money the man who gave me a massage walked up to me and I handed him the tip. After that he literally tossed it on the counter. Very unprofessional, otherwise it was a very good massage. Would have rated it a five if it weren’t for the end of the experience

Went at the recommendation of a friend a little over a year ago. When I spend money on myself it’s for a massage. My husband and I went for our anniversary. When I went in at the beginning of November, the guy told me my next massage would be half off. I went in today anxiously anticipating a half off massage that I had been building points towards, but was told I had already used it. Had an amazing massage, tipped the lady and was standing there all relaxed when he told me I only had 20 points. I was upset, having waited for the accumulation of the half off for a long time. I ended up paying them and going to HEB. When I finished shopping a young lady followed me to my van where she explained via phone translation (once again) that I had already used my half off. I explained via the phone that she might want to look at who had taken my full price payment and marked it down as having used the half off. She pulled money out of her pocket and said she was giving it half off, but when I looked later she had only given me $10 back (1/4 off) Very frustrating and wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue. I do enjoy the firm pressure of the massage they give and it’s in a convenient location, but their points system leaves something to be desired.

I went there today , Im guessing there are new owners , I told them I needed more masagge on my left shoulder back ,that is the area they really did not get and there is a mandatory $10.00 tip and The person I got was training. He was not bad but not $10.00 worth. I will be looking for a new place to go.

I am not one to typically leave a bad review. I have been to this place several times and typically the service is mediocre. Not bad enough to not come back but not great either. Yesterday I was not pleased with the gentleman who gave me my massage. I asked many times to do my middle back and he either did lower back or shoulder blades. Literally for 3/4 of the back massage he only did my shoulder blades. After a while that becomes painful. I would squirm a few times until I finally asked him to do my middle back (that was the problem area) I would ask him to do my middle back and he would go to my lower back. At the beginning of the back portion I told him not to do my lower back because of an injury and that causes extreme pain when my lower back is pushed on. I dont think he even understood me. The language barrier causes a huge problem. I feel the staff need to be able to communicate for situations like this where they are causing pain. This is suppose to be relaxing. I still left a 25% tip because I was grateful for his time but I would suggest making sure the staff can communicate to the guest so they understand when there is an issue. I still left out of there with my middle back still hurting and now my lower back. I also feel like I wasted my money.My mom went with me and several times I saw them stopping in the middle of her massage to go to the door. We had appointments. Another time an entirely different staff member came to finish her massage. I feel this is rude and bad customer service.

Best foot massage I ever received. Both times Ive been it was a male masseuse. I dont know what happened with these one star reviews but my experiences have been phenomenal. My dad and my wife have been as well. Both loved it.

This place is great. I walk out knowing that my muscles got a working. They have helped with pain in various areas.

I have been to other locations and this was my first time here. I like a foot rub that gets the knots out of my feels and calves, this one did not. The first 20 minutes felt like a tickle, if I go here again I will ask for someone different. When I did not tip, she questioned me about it. A tip is extra, I don’t feel like I got anything extra.

Reflexology is total unscientific nonsense.If all you’re getting is a glorified foot massage, great. But this stuff about “meridians” is not supported by medical science and is just an excuse to over charge you. Please instead support other businesses who don’t advertise nonsense claims.

My husband & I walked in for a 30 min massage last minute. They were very accommodating & did a great job working out the stress areas in our necks & back. Ill be going back to try them for reflexology.

I came here shopping at HEB and obviously this is a new foot massage place in the area. I went in for a foot massage and the guy, Kevin, did a great job performing reflexology on my feet and I felt great after the session . The Chinese medicine oil he uses was very magical and it has a strong smell but gave a huge relief on my painful foot.

One of the worst massages Ive ever had. It was very painful and the woman massaging me was rough and I yelped several times. It felt like she was working against my body instead of with it. She left me twice during the massage to help customers at the front desk (I was not a walk-in, I had an appointment) and during the massage the massage therapists kept talking to each other (there were 3 of them in the room). At first, they whispered to each other, but it became louder and louder and by the end I could hardly wait to get out of there.

Okay service. Chesp, but employees cant speak English so they didnt understand what my issue was to try to help me. Disappointed.

Absolutely love this place! Dollar for dollar the best foot massage I’ve ever received. I dropped my more expensive membership at a MediSpa and now go here several times a month for my aches and pains.

Sign for Bigfoot and Vida Nails are for the same place. Its clean, comfortable, staff is friendly and very good. So relaxed now.

One of the best mastages Ive ever had. I was so grateful I tipped the very nice older man massaging me $20. On a $30. hour long massage. All my tenson and stress disappeared for days afterward. Cant recommend them enough for such an affordable good massage. I walked in Sat. afternoon and they got right to me wth no appt.
