A former co-worker and good friend referred us to Blessed. Every time we have called to use them, they are very prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. On one occasion, our home warranty service sent a HVAC technician who succeeded in making our AC unit even worse and also made our thermostat stop working. We called Blessed and they had a technician come out the next day and fixed everything easily.The latest work they did for us was to install a generator plug for our electrical panel. There was a delay and miscommunication with the parts but it was worked out. We are already planning more work for them in the near future. Im happy to say Blessed is our electricians and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Chris and his crew of Blessed Electric & Air replaced my A/C system. Nice people The job was a bit difficult because of space constraints in the attic. The new unit had to be taken apart and put back together in the correct location. Of course it was during a heat wave and the attic was extremely hot. But they got the job done and the new system is performing beautifully. I am very satisfied.

I used Blessed Electric & Air to replace the electric panel on our new home in Austin. Their price was by far the most reasonable of all the places I inquired. They also installed GFCI plugs, fixed exposed wires, installed light fixtures and fans. Jeff and his staff were very professional and completed the project in a very timely manner. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and have used them a few more times thereafter. Jeff is also very skilled at diagnosing and fixing HVAC issues. He went above and beyond to perform emergency replacement for a broken compressor in our AC. My wife and I are new home owners, getting the hang of things.We had a very “rookie mistake” that was fixed within 30 seconds of them entering our home and we were charged almost $150.I understand that the companies time is limited and there is a charge for even coming out, but the fix was so minor (a missed option on our fuse box). That some sort of discount or agreement would have been appropriate.What’s worse is that I was at work and only my wife was home and she didn’t know even the right questions to ask.Overall we felt that the company was not an advocate for us and took advantage of the situation.Will not be back.

We were having an issue with an outdoor outlet the was attached to our pool lights and it turned out we needed an outdoor GFI outlet replaced. Now everything is working!! Called these guys for a outside air unit not coming on. Was told by Chris that this was a failed compressor and it is no longer available. He worked up a quote to replace the outside unit as well as indoor air handler as they would need to be compatible. Truth be know the cause of the outside unit not coming on was a failed breaker in the house. Drove my happy self to Home Depot and boom! $20 later my air conditioner is working magically. When I called them back to inform them of lying dead to my face of the issue, Chris quickly backtracked saying this wasn’t the case. He later returned to be proven that the compressor was good and a cheap breaker was the issue. They had walked away in complete shame of trying to rob me for a complete ac system.

Called these folks and they told me theyd come by the next day within a 2-hour window. They didnt make it in the window and they didnt call or text me or anything so I called them. They didnt know where the tech was and said theyd have to call me back. I said Ill go ahead and reschedule - the dispatcher ignored me and said (again) shell call me back.So, she calls me back and says hell be there soon. I said no, I need to reschedule, I already waited 2 hours. She said it would take 5 days to get on the schedule. I said Ill just get somebody else to do it.Couple minutes later the tech calls and said hes on his way. I said no, Im getting somebody else to do it. He said nobody told him. That was the end of that.They may do good work, but Ill never know.

I used blessed electric and air today to install a electric box and they were amazing we ran into some issues with a outlet plug and they caught it and fixed it they kept me updated the hole time they were working TYLER AND ETHAN WERE AMAZING and super friendly it’s been a long time since I have seen great customer service they were also super patient with my very hyper three year old! We were very happy with the service provided by Blessed Electric. They ran power to a new building, replaced old exterior light fixtures, repaired existing interior outlet and installed a new one. I strongly recommend Blessed Electric & Air. Our AC compressor went and our home warranty company sent out a contractor who tried to gouge us about $500 with extremely overpriced and unneeded additional repairs. All of us that are not AC repair people have to be able to trust the expert to be honest and tell you the truth about your equipment and repairs.I happen to have a grandson who is a AC tech but he lives 360 miles away but I was able to verify what was and wasnt needed and what was required by building code. I dumped the home warranty contractor and we got several bids.I was getting gas at QT and happened to see Jeff in his company truck a couple of pumps over so I went over & spoke to him, gave him the info my grandson had given me. He called me later that day based on that info and gave me a price to repair which was significantly lower than the other bids I had received.Today Jeff and his apprentice were here when they were supposed to be and did a great job, they had the best price I found and hands down more professional. You can trust them to do a good job and be honest with you. I will use them from here on.

Wow great reviews so what happened to my great service. We had a horrible experience. Chris came out first last week to look at our frozen unit and by the time they could come out it had thawed out and he said he cant re create the problem of the frozen unit so I really cant help you just check things out and said we looked fine. A few days later our unit freezes again and they come out to replace the defrost board and next thing I know he says all our Freon has leaked out and our valve has a leak. It was fine a few days ago. Wanted us to pay an outrageous amount to put Freon back in it. I feel like it was a scam as my husband found the valve all the way open where the Freon could leak out and he drooped something while he was up in our attic and cracked our ceiling and it is now hanging down. All this right before Thanksgiving and to top it off he just left while we were on the phone with our Ins company and didnt even put the cover back on our unit. Shady as all get out. I thought the name Blessed would make a difference in the integrity of this company but man was I ever wrong. I feel so betrayed and just heartbroken. Thanks a lot for the worst service ever and leaving us to deal with an even worse situation. I would not recommend them to any one.

It was raining & not safe to install gable lighting this morning 8/27/19, & were here @ 9am sharp. They returned prior to Dusk to install 2 flood light cameras. Their prices are extremely reasonable. They had the old lights down & new ones up in about 30minutes. They are just good, solid, hardworking honest people & I HIGHLY recommend them.

My Warranty company recommended Blessed Electrical and Air. Rachael called me in less than an hour. She set us up for a Monday appt, because Saturday was booked. She then went, on her own, and squeezed us in on Saturday. Wow! Jeff came in and did a thorough check, explained the problems. I am older and tend to ask a lot of questions to make sure I understand the situation. He was patient, kind and explained things well. These people have wonderful customer service, which is rare these days.I cautioned everyone to NOT use Next Gen Air.I was without air on my 2nd unit for 3 months.It cost me a bundle, and I ended up hiring someone on my own to replace the complete system, including the new compressor that Next Gen had installed. Made me doubly happy with Blessed Electrical and Air.

After having a bad experience with a different company not having the parts or wanting to get them from the local hardware store and then dropping my claim before finishing the repair, I had a good experience with Jeff coming out and fixing my electrical problem in the 1st visit. Just had a gentleman out from Blessed Heating and Air to fix my air conditioner. (I wish I could remember his name) He was so courteous and professional with a great attitude. Chris and Jeff did an outstanding job replacing my old unit and ducting. They did a complete overhaul of my HVAC system that included a new inside and outside unit, ducting, and more vents installed. Upon request they were even able to move the indoor air handler to the attic which reduced noise and opened up a closet in my hallway. Chris and Jeff were both extremely professional and courteous. They worked hard to ensure that my system was installed in a timely manner(2 days). This installation happened in January 2018 and I havent had any issues at all.

I manage a large commercial building. I have never used this company until today. Jeff was able to come on his day off and fix my heating issue, which turned out to be more complicated than expected. He worked very hard for over four hours. He was very patient and gracious, and the price was well worth it. I called five other companies before Blessed, and they were able to do it in the time frame I needed. I will definitely be using this company again and recommending to others.

These guys came out and got the job done right the first time. Some others have serviced the same electrical issue in the past, but these guys were different right away. Somehow after 15 or so minutes I was confident this three year old problem would finally be fixed.

Update! My A/C decided to give up now that Texas is in the false fall. I called Blessed Electric and Air and the next day I’m cool again. Chris arrived within my scheduled window of time and called to let me know when he was on his way. He was very polite and professional. After his assessment he walked me to the unit and explained the problem and recommended steps for repair. I appreciate him educating me in how my HVAC system works. The process was fast, easy, and budget friendly. I’ll be calling soon for a generator consult.I’ve used Blessed Electric and Air on many occasions and highly recommend them to friends.
