I’m truly thankful for the Burleson team. My son has been in pain for weeks. With no insurance, I was not able to get him to the dentist. We were made aware of the donation services program and we drove an hour to come. The staff was very nice and the process was very well organized. I feel so much better knowing my son is no longer in pain. I truly appreciate you and this opportunity.

I have been a patient of this office for a few years since moving to the area. I recently went for a basic cleaning/check up. After seeing the dentist, the benefits coordinator came to review coverage for services the dentist recommended. I informed the coordinator that I would consider services and look into scheduling a time to return to have the additional work. The benefits coordinator then told me that I would not be able to get my basic cleaning since I would not agree to pay for the additional services up front. Not only does this sound unethical, but upon speaking with Delta Dental was informed that this should not have happened. When going for dental care I want to be treated like a patient. Today I felt like I was being hustled for services. When you run your dental office like a car dealership these are the results. Neither myself nor my family will be returning to this office.

Dr McCaffrey, Tamara, and Sheron were the best. They made me and my husband feel good about our visit. Talked us through the procedures. Looking forward to our upcoming dental needs.

I called on a Thursday afternoon and was seen Monday morning. I usually have anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but not this time thanks to Tamara who made me so comfortable and safe. Dr. McCaffrey took plenty of time to explained every step of my treatment and the reason why. He was extremely relaxed and knowledgeable. Before starting any of my treatment, Sheron (their awesome front desk person!!!) explained my benefits and payment options. I really appreciate how the entire staff went above and beyond to make my experience peaceful and positive. Also, they replaced an old crown that had fallen off in 2 hours! Yes 2 hours, not 2 appointments!

Shelly was very helpful. She made everything super easy and super fast. We had called other places trying to find someone to remove my husband’s wisdom teeth and most wanted over a month out. They told us they could do it in 2 days. When your teeth are in pain that’s exactly what you want to hear. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel at home. They also didn’t charge us an arm and a leg when they told us how much it was going to cost we expected a “,” to be involved so it was very refreshing to find a place that wants to actually help and not take advantage of you. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I have extreme dental anxiety and no dental insurance, so I was very nervous walking in. All staff treated me kindly and explained things clearly so I always knew what to expect. Dr. Dinh gave me recommendations going forward and I was able to speak with someone about my financial situation and make a plan for further treatments. Excellent experience all around.

After a negative experience at a chain dental office due to having to wait 4 hours to be seen by a dentist, I decided to go to a different dental office and I am glad I did. We scheduled for early morning and was able to be seen right away. Dr. Dinh was patient with all my questions, was thorough in her work (she checked multiple times to see how I felt biting on my crown and made necessary changes), and made me feel comfortable. She asked if I wanted a blanket and if I wanted a bite block so I would not strain my jaw. The dental assistant, Jenni, was very kind and positive which made going to the dentist a little less awful. The office is clean and the receptionists were peppy. I do appreciate being able to fill out paperwork online which saved us time. Overall, highly recommend.

My husband visited for an in-depth exam. He knew he needed a tooth pulled, and speculated more work needed to be done as a result of non-thorough dentists prior. He was warmly welcomed by the staff and patiently served by Sheron. She explained all the parts of his procedure as they went through the process. She also gave us privacy and time to chat via phone as we discussed pricing. When she returned to him, she knew the asking price was hefty and provided us an unexpected offering, so he could what he needed for a healthy mouth!

Dr. McCaffrey and Asst. Tamara staff were excellent in providing top tier service for my wifes dental needs. They were professional and gave my wife the personal assurance that put her at ease. Also Sheron at the front desk was extremely helpful in keeping the costs reasonable. This is an excellent practice and would recommend them very highly.

Burleson Modern Dentistry is the best! From the minute I walked in everyone was very kind and caring. Very professional staff with the most “modern” equipment and technology. I have found my forever dentist.

We were traveling from South Texas to Oklahoma when I developed a tooth infection. Fortunately, we had stopped in Burleson for the night. By 5:00 am the pain was excruciating so I googled “emergency dentistry” and found Burleson Modern Dentistry. I called as soon as they opened and spoke with Shelley. She booked me for 9:00 am then emailed the registration info so I could complete it before I arrived. 9:00 could not come soon enough! Upon arrival, I waited about 5 minutes before Derek, Dr. Drew’s assistant called me back. He took x-rays and then came Dr. Drew. We discussed options and the best one was to extract the tooth. Sheron came back and gave us the cost breakdown. It was $1,144. Let’s pull this tooth! Dr. Drew and Derek both showed concern for pain and making me as comfortable as possible, which was VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! The problem tooth was removed and I was prepped to heal for an implant later. I was prescribed meds for pain, inflammation and infection. They instructed us to call if I had any issues. The pain relief was immediate, and we were done at 10:45 am. I would like to add that everyone I spoke with in this office was a very kind and caring professional. THANK YOU ALL! ❤️

I went in to make a hard decision about having dentures. The people that work here are absolutely amazing. They sat and talked with me and respected my decision. My visit to Burleson Modern Dentistry was a very pleasant experience. The front desk was extremely friendly (Shelly and Sheron) and I was quickly greeted.Dr. Dinh was so kind and made sure I understood what she was doing. Jenni took my x-rays which were done quickly and efficiently. After many years of going to the dentist, this is the first time my teeth have felt so clean. My gums always bleed when I brush and floss. I did the laser therapy and my gums no longer bleed and my gums have never felt better. Best doctor, best cleaning, and overall one of the best dental visits I’ve ever had. Definitely referring friends, this is the place to go if you’re needing dental work!

No one expects to have a dental crown just pop off, but it did and I needed to get it back in quickly. I called Burleson Modern Dentistry and the front desk person was able to make me an appointment the very next day. Easy to make an appointment, Dentist was very nice and thorough BUT the front does a hard up sell on services. Makes everything sound like it is required, when it is just recommended. That’s the difference between getting something taken care of now, versus having to juggle bills. They do offer credit but who wants more debt in these times.

My teeth have been through a lot and I’ve seen my fair share of dentists, orthodontists, endodontists, etc. This was one of the best places I’ve been to. They are very accommodating and have the newest technology— including on-site, while you wait crowns.Dr. McCaffery was awesome and really pays a lot of attention to his patients. He also has great staff including Sheron at the front desk who was extremely pleasant and helpful. My dental assistant was Derek and he was great as well— best dental sucker I’ve ever had lol. Plus this place is right next to an HEB! Win-win!!! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for dental services.

I was able to get my X-rays and exam that day at no charge, because I had completed x-rays at another office a couple weeks prior. Dr. Drew is a very knowledgeable and caring Dentist. I’m very happy with the Dental care and the examination that I received yesterday at Burleson Modern Dentistry.

The staff was terrific! The Doctor was very professional! I had a large bottom tooth extraction that was difficult to get out. They were so sweet to me!

Dr. Drew was awesome, I felt comfortable and confident with his suggestions and knowledge. I also cant say enough about Sheron at the front desk, she took her time going over the paperwork with me, way above and beyond what anyone else would and made some pricing adjustments that made a big difference so that I could get the treatment I needed. Im looking back in a few days. Tamara, the lady who took my x-rays was also very efficient. The office was clean and the equipment felt very high tech, much more so than other offices Ive been to. I highly recommend!

Kristi went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of today and Dr. dru cleaned my teeth himself so I didnt have to come back for another appt and I really do Appreciate that. With that said, I feel like they try to up sell. I do have issues with my teeth and gums yes, but I have never not had an option for the free cleaning ins covers and had to pay $200 for a deep clean that took the same time as regular cleaning.

Dr. McCaffrey was great in how they cared for me. Sheron was a great communicator and thoroughly explained all the options and made everything very easy and personable. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend.

Love love love! I came here for a ‘second opinion’ and also a cleaning. I haven’t been to the dentist in a while. My last dentist and I never had the same level of connection I did with every single person I saw today at Modern Dentistry. Upon entry, Sheron greeted me like she was seeing an old friend. Maisoon took my X-rays and it was completely painless, and the conversations we had were very pleasant. Dr Guak did a full mouth exam and was able to tell me in depth what was going on in there, in a way I could understand and in a way that wasn’t overwhelming. Christi did my cleaning and I was blown away. I’ve never had my mouth feel as clean as it did today at any dentist I’ve ever gone to. After walking out of the office today I now know what direction to go in terms of my long term care, other than dreading what’s next. I highly recommend this dentists/orthodontist office.

Had to drive an hour and a half to find a dental office of this wonderful quality. Dr. McCartney was outstanding and listened to my concerns and gave me all the options. The staff is patient and caring. They helped come up with the best option that I could afford. Highly impressed!

Terrible clinic. I had my teeth and gums practically mauled by a very inexperienced dental hygienist. The blood and pain that resulted was not fun at all. The dentist that looked at me afterward also appeared like he just got out of school, and seemed nervous just talking to me. Staff turnover is incredibly high. I only went to this clinic twice, and the second time I did not recognize anyone. It is very evident that this is one of those entry level clinics for dentists and hygienists. Burleson Modern Dentistry is indeed very modern with its brand new compact corporate suite, corporate atmosphere, high turnover, assembly line of inexperienced (and probably low-cost) employees, and lack of personal treatment.

I highly recommend Burleson Modern Dentistry! I have not seen a dentist in 12 years. I was nervous about getting teeth work done. The dentists here do an excellent job! They are extremely kind and helpful. They work with you financially.
