Very nice, clean place my 91yr old mother loves to go to and play cards, among other activities...

I moved to Texas from out of state and I was a little shy about trying out the Burleson Senior Center, but decided Id give it a go. I have to say that everyone is sooo nice and the wonderful staff made me feel so welcome! Im very glad that I decided to step out of my comfort zone and meet some new people.

Currently being used to administer COVID shots. Nice facility and plenty of parking.

Everyone was efficient and friendly. We went here to get our first CoVid vaccine.

Always a pleasure going to the senior center with our circle of friends Card Club. Paula and Bud are two of the nicest people that work there and always very helpful to us and everyone involved. We appreciate all the hard work they do and having this for us here in Burleson.

I wasnt impressed.....well, maybe I was impressed, negatively! I went in to pick up a calendar of events for the month. They were having a game day & people were sitting around many tables. Some were playing, but some were just talking. Almost everyone looked at me, but only a couple of people smiled & no one, not one person, spoke to me & the room was full of people. I thought maybe Id grown a third eye in the middle of my forehead. I left feeling very alone & rejected & I didnt know why I was treated that way. I wont go back.Message to you folks: People like me are usually widows & are lonely. We are looking for friends, not ROMANCE!! IM NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR BOYFRIEND!! We would like to sit & be one of you & have coffee, play cards, laugh & mainly feel good about ourself for a little while. Thats why we come there, to be with other people like us; to take away the loneliness. Thats why I came there. Please learn from this & dont treat anyone else like I was treated. You hurt me.

Have met many new friends and enjoy all the classes I attend.

Great people

This senior center is awesome. It has so many worthwhile activities going on each day. They often have a potluck on Mondays which is very nice. The people that lead the center are so friendly and nice as are all the people I have met. The center is a great and useful facility to the community.

Went Dancing with my Dear friend and had an absolute blast! Friendly, Wonderful people, and a great band!

The dance parties are wonderful, including the snacks! Early hours are a big plus for seniors! Go for it!

Great experience with great people! Look forward to participating again!

Great people and you can talk, play, eat and anything you would like.

Its a great place to meet new friends and socialize with people. They have all kinds of different classes, I attend crochet, knitting, and will soon be attending yoga. Tgey have special classes for geneology, jewelry making, every month its something new. Spring fashion show every year, potluck dinners and catered ones sometimes. I love all the staff, and everyone has made me feel right at home. I love my crochet and knitting classes. I highly recommend this place for every Burleson senior, 50 and up. Dont forget Bingo is offered, as well as mahjong, dominoes, and other card games throughout the day and all day Saturday. Hooe to see you soon! My name is Kelly.😀
