I really like this salon. Everyone is friendly from the minute you walk in the door. Just got a hair cut since last November. Their safety protocols are very satisfying. Its a clean salon, they dont schedule a lot of people at one time and you can really feel safe. Joni cut my hair and I am very pleased with my cut and style!

Beau Totale Salon did not disappoint in the least! From the moment I entered the door there were safety measures in place (everyone in masks and wearing them effectively, very comfortable warming/cleaning hand cloths, hand sanitizer, no-touch temperature checks of guests (and I was told daily employee checks), I saw consistent cleaning of surfaces, tools, etc., the staff washed their hands frequently, and more). I felt INCREDIBLY safe, and the owner let me know the salon has passed every health and safety check with flying colors - I believe it!Thank you for the above-and-beyond efforts, Mary & the Beau Totale staff! Ill be back.

Loved this place. Definitely Recommend coming here. Mary was my hair stylist and she did an amazing job! She is great with mixing colors to give you that natural look! I loved my final result and blow out she gave me with perfect curls! I will be coming back to see her!

Beau Totale is now open during COVID-19. They have many sanitizing procedures and precautions in place so I felt very safe. They greet you at the door with hand cleaners and have masks for you to wear while your hair is getting done. Each station is socially distanced and thoroughly sanitized.

I love Beau Totale. Very nice salon and, while I havent tried all their services, I can wholeheartedly recommend master stylist Sung. Sung has been styling my hair for many years now, and I always receive compliments, even weeks after its grown out. Hes expertly styled it both long and super-short and everything in between. Fabulous scalp massage, too! Sung is the best.

I highly recommend Leah, a hairstylists from this salon. I moved to Burke almost a year ago and had very hard time finding good hairdresser but once I found Leah, my whole family fell in love with her, even my husband and a teenage daughter. Its pretty easy to make an appointment there, they are very flexible and accommodating. Great atmosphere, clean and they sell great products including makeup.

Went in for a root touch up but ended up even after it was toned with orange and yellow roots, asked for it to be toned a little more so my hair was all one color and it was still a mess. Thank god I found salon simis off Main Street the next day to fix my splotchy orange/ pink roots bleached mess. The only good thing was that the people who work there are pretty nice but they should not have let me walk out of there looking like that :/

Had a great first experience here today. Haircut by Saiqa. Amazing shampoo massage left me feeling so refreshed. Great atmosphere and they served me a coffee. Bonus.

Let me start by saying that I love my hair, so I gave it three stars. But I found the atmosphere in this place to be absolutely toxic, less than one star worthy. Some of the staff were unbelievably rude. One of the stylists openly accused a customer of lying in a voice loud enough for everyone to hear. As the mom of a young kid, I want my salon experience to be relaxing. My service took more than three hours (?!?) - I got highlights - and I left feeling like I lived a reality tv show. Though the stylist I had was sweet and fun and very talented, I won’t be going back.

I have been going to Beau Totale (Joni M) for 10 years. The service has always been great and the salon immaculate. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Susan and her team have gone above and beyond to make sure that everything is sanitary and safe.After re-opening late spring / early summer, I started coming back, as I needed to have some normal beauty and self-care rituals in my life (and I also missed the BT team). I was and am just as concerned as everyone else was / is about exposing myself and others. However, Susan and her staff continue to deliver, as they always have over the past 10 years that I have been a client, a clean, safe, and beautiful environment and experience.I highly encourage anyone to visit Beau Totale for safe, quality, and beautiful services. And Joni M is my favorite! :-)I empathize with those who are worried. Needed an updo for my wedding on a Monday. Called several salons and they were either close or was unable to accommodate. Called Beau Totale and spoke to Susan Iacaruso, Master Designer/Owener. She was absolutely wonder and her staff are warm and friendly. She and her Joannie, Master Stylist worked on my daughters style and created what I wanted for my wedding. Highly recommend this salon!

Very disappointed in their customer service. Scheduled appointment 2 weeks in advance after moving here from NY. Needed color, highlight/lowlight and cut. Upon arrival, waited 20 min past appointment time and then was told the stylist only had time for a root touch up. I will never go back.

Variety in trade
