I personally had one of the best experience, from when I arrived to the practice until I paid and left. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The Doctor who looked after me is Sarah Crosswhite, very professional very kind. The first time since I live in USA that I feel that the doctor who is visiting me has a human approach and is not trying to get me back as soon as possible to get more money out of me. Most of Doctor also from the best hospital I visited don’t care much and they think only Hippocratic oath is only something you have to say and memories for the sake of having a good job and make lots of money. I received for the first time a very detailed report of my blood test and comments about what I should do to stay healthy. Personally I think all you need from a personal doctor.

I had a wonderful experience here a couple of weeks ago. I am fairly new to the area, and the office was recommended to me by a coworker. The doctor and staff were all more than kind and helpful, and treated me as if i had been a patient for years. Glad I decided to follow up on the recommendation I received, and I will certainly recommend them as well!

I had horrible experience with this office receptions/administrative staff. Yes, front desk is the worst. They are very irresponsible, unprofessional and rude, full of liars. I was recommended by a friend to a specific doctor in this office the actual visit with this doctor was great except front desk made me wait 50 minutes.Next day I made a phone call regarding to a prescription and left voice message. 8 days passed no response and called back again what I heard was I have no information in their system yet as a patient, although fill out all paper work and paid the cop-pay prior to seeing the doctor. What a joke?! On the phone sounds like she was writing down my requests took the information and told me that will call me with updates in next business day. Waiting...Another 7 days passed no response called again spoke with a person she said her name is Shelly or Sherry, when I demand answers for my requests that I have made 7 days ago, her sounds like doing me a favor saying that there is no record what I have requested 7 days ago, told me that if I dont like this office I can go somewhere else. When I asked to speak with a manager to file a complaint she claims she is the manager and my complaint will go nowhere.I sent an email to my doctor with detail message received an email from the staff without name on it. He/she made false claim that several phone calls have been made results in busy signal each time attempt to reach me. You should not even bother to call them let alone go there and spend your and your insurance money as well.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I had an appointment at 9AM and they asked me to show up at 8:45 for paper work. They even asked for my card number so they can charge me $100 for no shows. I showed up at 8:30 and waited until 9AM. Called them 23 times and they did not pick up the phone or opened the door. So unprofessional. I feel sorry for myself. I feel sorry for their patients.

My husband and I are new to the area, we found this internal medicine practice and personally we have had a good experience. The PA assistants have been thorough with our visits. Although, we are pretty healthy and do not require much. Office staff have been kind as well.

Medical staff here is great, but the front desk staff is highly unprofessional and oftentimes rude.

The actual doctors visit was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and friendly. What was not so wonderful was the hundreds of dollars of bills due to double billing practices. I need a doctor to be upfront and tell me that what were about to discuss will be coded differently--proceed, yes or no?Learning about it after the fact was not fun. Its the first time Ive ever been double billed and will be the last. Double billing practices keep patients completely silent during physicals which isnt great for health outcomes.

I am not sure they deserve even 1 Star. I don’t usually write negative reviews but this office broke all the records for being super rude. Front desk is probably the worst in the nation, doctors??? Hmmm doctor H. and others are ... let’s say far from being real professionals. You should not even bother to call them let alone go there and spend your or your insurance money.As the saying goes... they are a complete joke, although it is not funny when it comes to the health so I would not rust them with anything. They might try to remove this review or provide a general response but more people will say the truth about their rudeness and complete lack of professionalIsm!

I must say I am qualified to evaluate healthcare given because I have been a nurse for 20 years in different settings and seen all the bad and good. Dr. Stewart Henochowicz is by far an excellent care giver. He listens understands and treats the whole person. He is empathetic, supportive and follows up in what is needed and delivers in a timely matter. He is never too busy to deliver the care that is needed. Dr. Henochowicz is the best! He’s easy to get in to see with no waiting around. He isnt afraid to tell you what he thinks so if youre looking for babying, hes not your guy. His referrals are great. He knows where to send you any follow-ups. Im very pleased with the care and attention I receive from Dr. Henochowicz.

I have been going here for about 5 years and absolutely love it. I have even moved to Maryland since and still have not changed my PCP because its worth the long drive to get quality care. The staff including physicians and PAs are all excellent at their job and make you feel like they care about your individual well-being versus treating you like another patient.

I am 27 years old, and have been coming to this Doctors office frequently over the course of my entire life. I must state that I have never been dissatisfied or had a negative experience there. The entire staff has always been extremly professional as well as courteous with me. From the receptionists and the nurses, to the Doctors, everyone has a genuine sincere sense of concern for the well being of all individuals, which creates a warm, welcoming environment. Every time that I have needed a medical issue addressed, I have been taken care of thoroughly. If there is anyone seeking top tier Medical Care, I would most certainly recommend Internal Medicine & Allergy Associates, as I guarentee you will not be disappointed by the Care that you receive, and deserve. Lastly, I would just like to promplty Thank you. :)
