My other home. Friendly atmosphere. Great workout and coaches. They keep you motivated and very knowledgeable in what they are doing.

Excellent atmosphere to workout! The community in the gym is encouraging and helps you succeed. Coaches are superb and work to meet you where you are in fitness and nutrition. They help you set goals and work hard to achieve those goals. I am glad to be a part of this community and have seen great results throughout the year.

A wonderful place to call a home gym! First rate equipment, and coaches that care more about your safety and progress than how much you can lift or how many reps you can do! Great classes filled with people of every age, size, shape, and ability. No one is out of place or unwelcome!

I’ve been going since December 3rd, last year. According to MyFitnessPal, I’ve lost 38 pounds! Blood sugar is in control and I will find out in December if my RA is in remission! Great coaching has provided the path for me being in the best shape I’ve been in in the last 25 years! All the other people at the gym are always supportive and encouraging! Love it! Come join us!

Community, Friendship, Family...Ive never felt so much at home in any other gym. All are welcome and encouraged to join. Members are so welcoming, supportive, and encouraging. You dont ever have to worry about feeling out of place. The coaches work with you step by step to get you where you want to be. Our coaches can help you no matter what experience level you are at.

Never in my life did I think I’d ever try CrossFit, much less LOVE it and hate to miss it. I can’t believe the progress I’ve made thanks to the coaches and other members constantly helping me improve and cheering me on!! What a great family to be a part of!! Come try it...you might just fall in love with it too.

I cannot give enough stars. This gym has it all- great programming, an amazing staff who truly cares about your goals, coaching for every class, members who cheer each other on, and free childcare!
