We live out of state. My Aunt was there recently. Her grandson found her after a whole day we couldn’t get in touch with her. She was in her room and unresponsive!!! What’s worse is she was in the same clothes she was wearing when she got there. Soiled!!! Bed sores!!! Awful. Do not send anyone here!

My mother was in the Sheridan and our experience was horrible. She went over 24 hours without her pain meds after having surgery on a broken leg. She was not able to do things for herself since she had surgery and we told them we wanted her gown put on her and her bed turned down for her in the evening. The next day she was in the same clothes still on top of the covers. The State requires that medicine “when needed” such a pain medicine be given within 30 minutes of being requested. Several occasions she waited over two hours after having to repeatedly ask and a few times she waited as long as four hours. She was not requesting it too often either. One of the rehab nurses accused her of not doing her exercises when my Mom told her she did and she was extremely rude to Mom. When calling for help to go to the bathroom or back to bed she would often have to wait over 20 min. Personnel would be nice and say all the right things to your face when you brought things to their attention but never followed through. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place. I would give them a negative rating if I could.

My client just me to this place a couple weeks ago. Thats far everyone has been very kind to her I believe that she is adjusting. I have taken care of her home and will continue to see her when shes in the facility, but not full time. Everyone has been very nice to her she seems to be adjusting.

My mother was there. We chose Sheridan because my mother in law was there prior to leaving this world and her stay was great. My experience with the care of my mother was horrible. Long story short had my mom not called 911 herself she would have passed away. The rest of the story isnt necessary to add. The fact that they were not attentive enough to her needs could have caused her death.

A friend died there.nice people

Was very unhappy. My mother was treated very badly. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I want to give Robin a big shout-out for giving me a full report on my 87-year-old mother. She was very patient with my several questions, and answered them all. I highly recommend this facility .

I am a visitor here weekly. It is always clean, friendly staff, and residents are always happy and engaged. I would not hesitate to put a relative here.

My grandmother was in a different facility and things were not going well, my grandfather was an emotional wreck over it and all it took was one call to Wendy and Holly and they got had her in their building the next day after a visit with their DON, Heather, who took the time to meet with my grandfather and listen to his care concerns. She truly cared and gave him so much comfort and peace of mind! We couldnt of asked for better care and attention as she is terminal and they worked hard to get her back home on Hospice where she is still currently (almost a year later). We never expected her to make it out, let alone still here with us. She still goes for respite visits when the family has anything major going on and its so comforting knowing shes happy and well looked after! Oh and my grandfather is a hard man to please as he wants nothing more than the best for the love of his life, and he LOVES Sheridan and the care Dr. Mahmood provides. I cant say thank you enough for the care and peace of mind they have provided us!

This is the cleanest nursing center I have ever been in

Nursing staff are AWESOME! Care is AWESOME! The smart mouth and attitude of the receptionist, TERRIBLE! She never smiles, doesnt know how to take a compliment, appears reluctant to help you and acts as if you were bothering her if you have a question, and is actually quite insulting. Lost 2 stars due to her comments to my sister when we came to pick up my father. You catch more flies with sugar than vinegar. Care staff are awesome, administration, needs work.
