We being using this lab for few years now and we are very happy. Excellent costumer service, very kind billing staff and work is always well done. Every time we requested to talk to lab tech, he was willing to phone us right the way. They are very welcoming in case if you need to visit their lab. Yesterday, I had to stop by the lab for a specific purpose. I simply called in the morning, made an easy arrangement of time and had a very productive 30 minutes in the location. Very thankful!

What an amazing lab to work with. Each person I have encountered has been amazing. From Joel and Kenny to Laura in Accounting to Tony himself. The crowns go in with little to no adjusting. Beautiful abutments for implants and crowns as well. Cut the middle man out and go straight to the lab that does it all. Highly recommend this lab. We moved all zirconia crowns to Burbank dental.

For more than 5 years I have sent my removable lab work to Burbank Dental Laboratory. I delivered a new FUD and new mandibular distal extension RPD with a locator this morning.Everything went very smoothly and the result is awesome. I have been a client of Burbank Dental Lab for about 30 years. In this period of time I have seen this lab invest an amazing amount of time and money into dental technology and education, and now they are at the cutting-edge of our profession. It really doesnt matter whether your occlusion philosophy follows that of Pankey or Spear , or your a neuromuscular-LVI practitioner, Burbank Lab has the training to take care of your case. My experience with them spans from single units to complex full mouth reconstructions. Their cosmetic reconstructions are beautiful, natural and full of life. The same can be said about their dentures, partials and implant cases. They will guide you and hold your hand with your case, if you so desire. They have exceptional customer service, they are great people.Bottom line, try them and you will be very happy that you did!

Terrible work. I would not recommend this lab for anything work under current ownership. When the transfer of ownership takes place we are all hoping that the quality will also go up. If you care about your patients try other labs and compare for yourself. Prices are always different for different doctors for same product, how can you maintain or pass this inconsistency on to a patient. My chair time is way to valuable to keep fixing these types of mistakes. I know , i cant be the only doctor having these types of problems. It seems like all the other reviews are friends of the company. I look forward to hearing or seeming other doctors honest reviews good or bad.

Just completed a maxillary Prettau Zirconium bridge on 5 implants and am very pleased with the service, the attention to detail, and the communication skills of this lab, in particular Vincent.

My dentist asked quote for my HN molar crown, they quoted gold alloy Argenco 52 HN or Argenco 58 for a molar crown @$350. I called Argen Corp., they sale higher gold contain HN alloys to retailer/crown user/patient at minimum 5 dwt(7.78 g) for $58.10/dwt, and sale to any dental lab with wholesale price. Burbank dental lab told my dentist that they need 10 dwt minimum for a molar crown if patient wants to use other than their stock gold alloy. This lab rip-off patient big time, I told my dentist order my crown from other dental lab.

I have worked with this lab for a while and must say that their customer service and dedication to doctors has rapidly declined. All the reps care about is getting their money and commission. Most of the staff there is rude and unprofessional. And they are also notorious for upcharging doctors by claiming the case was done by their smile by design team. For $250 per crown or veneer there are many better labs in the US. Nor are they ever willing to redo any of their work even if is faulty. They always blame it on the doctor as an occlusion problem and recharge. As a dentist practicing for over 10 years I advise you to stay away.

Worst lab ever.. Bunch of asian mafia running it and quality is horrible.
