This Spa is the BOMB!!!! Its still the same as I went to it 14 years ago. #Heeeyy The staff (overall) as very excellent customer service. The masseuses were very and extremely polite, gentle, and professional. The environment of the spa, is so worth it.

I wanted to give my Daughter who was celebrating her 25th and me well I was celebrating Birth Day, having twins 25 years old.She received her massage and me well my facial was more than what I have received from past facials.Claire glided through my face neck and upper shoulders taking me into a space I felt removed, refresh and replenished. Oh should we make this weekly is my thought... And then it was time to be put in a state of ecstacy, rub my body massage my being into silk, rayon, nothingness, restore me into a state inwhich I know you have infused me, lending the true relief to be the shower in the eve or morn to really clinch my experience.That did not happen. The massage is where everything went awry.Facial... Yes.Massage... Not for me.

Ive had two massages at rAorganic Spa -- one a couples massage and the second an amazing Thai massage. Ive been dying to return. Sadly, COVID has prevented that. I bought an annual subscription in December 2018 but got only two services -- in January 2019 and early March. Hope they reopen soon.

I usually get custom 60 min facial. Jessica is the best! They also have great products from Eminence organic line and Love, Lotus, Beauty which is San Diego based brand. The beauticians also recommend products and skin care routine based on your need. They always answer all my questions to my satisfaction. Love rA Organic Spa!

Most magical spa we’ve experienced in Burbank!! We did multiple couples packages that included baths, facials and massages and they were simply perfect. They even recommended products for our skin- for the first time we did not feel like it was just a sell tactic but products we have continued to purchase/ use. Worth every penny and hours of relaxation!

One month ago I had a bad muscle tension in my shoulders and feet. I went to ra Organic spa. It is very clean and nice place. Staff are very friendly . I had deep tissue massage, it was excellent. I was in sauna too. It was clean and comfortable. I went last week again , the therapist was amazing and very professional. I think her name is Ada. I recommend this place to my friends.

This is a great spot in Burbank to escape and relax. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. I went for the Swedish/Balinese massage. Each time I go, the massage leaves me in a completely sedated state; in a relaxation coma! Finish that up with the Finnish Sauna and you are completely relaxed. The little extras such as the herbal tea, the fresh fruit and the smiles on the staff are great.

Unforgettable experience! I had such a relaxed much needed time! I will definitely be returning. They have great customer service and truly care about your needs. Im going to be taking my mother here for mothers day. Cant wait!!!

My favorite Spa to come too. Ive tried other spas around burbank and theyve never come close to Ra Organic. I believe its even better than the massages than Vegas. The vegas spas are amazing, but theyre so over priced when Ra Organic covers the same with less price.

The best place to relax and have a wonderful experience

Ive never had a professional massage before, but had heard good things about rA Organic Spa. I went in for a Thai Massage Special that they were running in August for $89, and didnt really know what to expect; mostly because I didnt know about the cultural variations of massages.The staff was extremely friendly and got me sorted out right away (< 5 minutes); this was 10:00am on a Sunday morning. I got to put on some cool Thai pants and a fresh t-shirt; I was confused by the pants for a minute, but realized how to tie them and fold the top over the ties.The massage was 60 minutes, and it was pretty intense. After talking to a friend afterwards, he had told me that the Thai massage was great for athletes and occasionally referred to as a sports massage. I can totally appreciate how this would be the perfect massage after a heavy workout. The massage therapist decimated those pesky knots that my girlfriend had given up on years ago; the therapist was professional, powerful and effective.When the massage session was over, I felt a runners high but without the 4 miles of jogging and sprints. I was calm, loose and (I hardly ever use this word) peaceful. I was honestly just feeling really peaceful at the end, almost like I was hovering above the ground as I walked down the hallway towards the front.It was a great experience for me, and I find it hard to believe that a salty someone gave rA a legitimate 1-star review. Its like when someone says they hate chocolate or puppies; just weird. I will definitely be back for another massage(s), and Ive even looked into getting a few gift certificates for friends.Definitely worth checking out! Loved it!

This place. IS. AMAZING! I try to visit as often as I possibly can to de-stress. They have a super convenient location too, which is great. I highly recommend the Scrub Bar, but Ive enjoyed just about all of their treatments. I cant recommend rA Organic Spa enough, really.

This was our firt time and it was our 12 year aniversay.The massage therapists were great but the experience was ruined by having shower that became freezing coldWarm up and then very cold again. Had to quickly semi wash and get out with SPA oil still on our bodies.Place also does not have jacouzy only a sauna. I would have given it a four stars if the shower was functional

Before my massage when I was relaxing in the waiting room, the staff was in the next room cleaning and was very loud talking and laughing even though there are posted signs all around that say quiet, no talking. Also, it felt like the lady who was giving me my massage was trying to rip my shoulder apart instead of massage it while my partners massage was light and felt like a back rub and not a massage. Not worth the price paid for the service received.

Love, Love, Love RA. Its a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a wonderful day. I am now pregnant, though I have gone here even before and loved it, I I got the best pregnancy massage. I had gotten a pregnancy massage during my last pregnancy somewhere else and it was little more than a tickle. Needless to say I never bothered again. But I have loved this place since it opened so I thought I would give it another try. My husband and I spent a relaxing afternoon here and the massage melted away my tension. I am now overdue for another and look forward to doing it again. ;-)

My fav spa. They are working with professionals. And the most important part for me is their products. They are using organic natural products that i can trust for my skin.

I have been there twice and i feel like the service various drastically. First time was good but the second time they were very inhospitable. It was also a huge hassle to pay; the girl at the front desk charged me incorrectly multiple times. Not only that apparently the machine use to charge became disconnected and she wanted me to wait for her to call to reinstall it. I ended up paying in cash; she returned less change then I expected. I asked about why and she had taken the tip out with out confirming the amount after all the hassle. Not that I needed it but I would expect a discount or a coupon for a following treatment. I dont recommend this location.

I was a recent client here for 8 weeks to have AcuFacial treatments done with Virginia. After two telephone consultations Virginia recommended one full price treatment to determine if I would achieve noticeable results (considering my age, sun damage, lines and laxity). At that time I was tole my skin responded well, I would see noticeable results and was encouraged to purchase the 6 session package for $695. In addition, I purchased one additional treatment that I was given at the package price. After three bi weekly treatments, I noticed minimal results which dissipated by the 4th treatment. From that treatment on I discussed with Virginia my concern about the effectiveness of the treatments . We took before and after pictures throughout the 8 weeks which confirmed little to no change in my skin. These treatments include full body acupuncture and to be fair Virginia is a good acupuncture practitioner. However, I did not go to this salon or to Virginia for acupuncture. I purchased this package to decrease facial lines and laxity in the skin caused by moderate sun damage and hormonal changes that have occurred over my 55 years.At the end of the 8 week treatment and at a cost of over $1000 I requested a partial refund in order to fairly compensate myself for the lack of results, money spent and time invested and her for the time she spent in treatment. After discussing this with the Salon Owner, I was advised that not only would I need to address this issue with Virginia directly but, If anything worked that well I would have a line going out the door. Virginia contacted me and advised me the Salon Owner would not stand behind her services at which time I was offered a $100(courtesy) refund . I communicated to Virginia I felt this was an insult and that I would accept $300 to which I have received no reply to date. I drove 1 1/2 hours each way twice a week. Two of the 8 visits were scheduled without Virginia being notified resulting in one being canceled as I was heading out the door, and the other catching her leaving for lunch at the time of my appointment.It is unfortunate this salon does not stand behind its services or practitioners, cannot accurately book clients, and gives false expectations of results.

My friend and I arrived for a fun day and enjoyed it very very pampering and relaxing, the staff very nice and the price is very worthwhile, there is a lot of parking around and the place is very beautiful and clean thank you very much.
