Tried the chat service. They cant give any advice or explain anything through live chat. They want all your personal information and ask if they can send your number to someone else who will call you. The chat and text service is just a stepping stone into getting your number, address, email and name.

Cant get a straight answer to my problem. Asked one question then couldnt get anymore answered. Texted and asked for an appointment to speak with an attorney. Never got a response. Lerner and Rowe is the place to go if you want to be left hanging. Good my life didnt depend on them. Wont call them again.I didnt call the wrong firm. I know who I called and who gave me the wrong info. I dont need to speak to Mr Rowe. I dont need to speak to anyone there ever again.
