The nurse in the Er was exceptional. While I was on the floor I was there for five days. Most of the staff was awesome. My only concern is that I spent five days with the same sheets and never asked if I wanted to cleanup. On my last day the nurse assistance finally asked me if I would like too cleanup, she brought me a clean gown, wash cloths, and towels.

I was recently treated at the Physical Therapy Center. I would like to commend everyone who helped me reach my goal of “ No Pain”. I would recommend this center to anyone and everyone that may need physical therapy. If you follow their instructions you will reach your pain free goal. Everyone from the receptionist to the therapists are professional and they really care about their clients. I gave them 5 stars, but they really deserve 100.

All the staff were great, happy, and helpful. Even though they were short on staff they still took the time to check on you.The food on the other hand was terrible. Even though I was on a low sodium diet it was salty, over seasoned with sage, and dry. One item I think was supposed to be meatloaf tasted like stuffing made into a meatloaf, was dry, overly seasoned and salty also.

We just moved to Bullhead City a week ago. On Wednesday he fell off the back of the U-Haul truck and needed stiches. Then on Thursday we were back for severe dehydration and kidney failure. He was in the hospital until Sunday. I can not express in words the care that he was given. Such professionalism and the quality of care was exceptional. We will always be grateful for the service we were provided

I had an MRI done at WARMC. The lady that did my MRI was absolutely perfect. For someone with absolutely no veins, she found one first try!( normally people just dig or give up) Although the MRI itself is very uncomfortable process, she made it a much more relaxing and comfortable experience. She played my favorite music and her wonderful personality made the visit much easier. I highly recommend if you need an MRI to consider WARMC your best option!

Denise Harper is a great Physical Therapist! After one treatment I felt wonderful! I recommend Denise to anyone needing PT.Deanna Brocard is a wonderful Physical Therapist! After a visit with Deanna she pointed out areas that will require further attention but I know Im in good hands. I recommend Deanna to anyone needing PT.

BARR NONE - Absolute worst care I have ever seen or received from a Hospital or Medical Center! In my sixty-four years of age!! At check in the two girls were not only lazy but rude, they were so lazy that they asked me to put the wrist band on my wife’s arm because she didn’t want to walk around the counter. My wife’s nurse was abdominal and, down right rude and mean! Dr was poor, he was to write a prescription for my wife, but forgot now we are left hanging.. The nurse punctured the vein for a IV had to do another in the other arm and swelled up., asked for warm blankets never came, asked for water nothing came. If you are in need for care I personally would not ever go there ever!!! Not to mention a filthy bathroom. We arrived at the hospital on October 9th at 3:30 am.. The absolute rudest and worst care I have ever seen our had.. This hospital would actually keep me from relocating here!!! Furthermore, I was an inconvenience to my nurse, not once did she come in to check on me , ask how I was doing and I was throwing up!! The entire staff needs to be replaced or retrained!!! I will notify my insurance to suggest they remove this hospital from their plan..So here is what they they think of your reviews , they ask you to call them to discuss.. So you call the number they provided, goes directly to voicemail and left a message. - you guessed it. — no return call.. They have the incorrect fax number listed to get your medical records online and they don’t seem to answer emails either..So this Dr that we saw in Emergency noted nothing in the records about why she was actually brought in FOR A FALL!! At 3:30 am the dr did a ct scan of her back and released her without any pain pills. We came back tho the same hospital at 8pm in horrific pain, Dr said the CT scan was normal and released without being check whatsoever.. I asked the dr to give her XRAYS He REFUSED!! We went to another dr they did X-rays and quickly found out she had broken ribs.. IF in need of hospital care I would go to Vegas before ever stepping foot in this hospital ever again,

Was in the e.r. the other night and witnessed something that disturbed me. An older lady. Had to of been between 60-70 years old came out from the back with her arm in a sling looking like she was in alot of pain. She walked out the doors as if she was leaving. As I was checking In I hear and older gentlemen behind me talking to one of the staff telling her how can you send my wife home with a broken arm and nothing for pain? You seen the x-rays! You can see its broke! And Ill the lady told this man is she needs to see a specialist keep in mind it was about 2 a.m at this point. I get that alot of doctors were over prescribing pain pills and that they are cracking down on it, but that is not your typical patients fault.

After visiting the e.r., Greg is absolutely wonderful and most of the nurses, with the exception of one, and I dont think she was a nurse, but the radiologist refused to give my husband an MRI, because of a lead fragment. Lead is not metallic. He has had several MRIs in the past and this guy even had the nerve to tell the doctor we were lying. Personally I think it was too close to 5 pm and he wanted to go home. Oh, I do have the records of previous MRIs.Maybe he needs to go back to school. He cost warmc 2 stars.

10 HOURS in the ER lobby and was slapped with a 9k bill for having extreme abdominal pains and being neglected. The physician was nice enough, but I did not see triage for 4 hours! I checked in at 6PM and walked out in the morning at 5AM with no conclusive results on my pain. They also failed to help with payment assistance, since I currently have no income or insurance. Lesson learned, Arizona health care is TERRIBLE. Dont step foot into this place.

Recently I had a problem with my vision I went to Mohave eye center for a check up and after a battery of test I was referred to WARMC for further evaluation of a possible stroke, after being admitted to the ER I was given the best care and considerations for my condition I can not say enough about the ER staff. It did not end there I was admitted to the second floor where I received the best care that I have ever witnessed, I can only express my thought for the outstanding staff on that floor I can not single out any because they were all outstanding from housekeeping,, food service, and especially the nursing staff. I have the utmost respect for all of them. I say this because I have many years in the medical field as a combat Corpsman (USN) an later in nursing ER. Thank you all I am getting better each day.

So scary, I kept trying to express that they could not put ivys in my handsI kept trying to express that they could not put ivys in my hands. They literally held me down And they hurt me in the process. I kept pleading with them to stop. Finally they gave me some sort of drug that kept me from being able to fight them. My diagnosis, being unable to put thought into speech; Aphasia.I was terrified, my Sister was terrified, the Dr said I had a brain bleed, which healed itself. Dr. àssigned to my casesaid that the test showed quite a few strokes in the past but nothing lately. I was discharged that afternoon. The headaches continue, dizziness, nausea and pains in my chest seem to have become unwanted guests in my home. It was suggested that I follow up with my primary care and see a neurologist.Hospital sent report.The VA nurse practitioner said, the hospital report said I overdosed; so I would not be eligible for a referral to a neurologist.Can you say frustrated!

The entire staff at WARMC did an excellent job helping me get through COVID. The entire ICU became full with those of us with COVID. All the nursing staff and doctors did a great job keeping me informed and giving me awesome encouragement to get better. I couldn’t have ask for a better team.

I was transported via emergency ambulance after a jetski accidentI had a spiral fracture I was transported to Western Arizona regional hospital , it was determined I needed Surgery to repair my Tibia. The ER Doc Thriman and team was phenomenal they immediately put my mind at ease . I received pain management I felt safe and secure even though my family was 300 miles away. After successful surgery with doctor Mead orthopedic surgeon.I was transferred to the Medical surgery floor were I believe I had the best team of nurses, nurse assistants and doctors in the country. I was scared and alone but they made me feel safe and secure and comfortable, they attended to me like royalty , I cant say enough on how I appreciate the treatment that I received at your facility God-bless all those men and women who work at your facility shout out to my nurses Nancy ,Joey ,Lorena,and Derica. World class hospital service in Bullhead City, who would have ever known. I and my family sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart for your care and treatment .With appreciation, love and respect may God bless you all. Hernia Operation.. been here now a couple years and have had a Hernia issue .. finally made an appointment with a Dr and was referred to Dr Cardone.. which verified i did have an issue ... scheduled surgery, everything went perfect . . the staff at the hospital was amazing, very caring.. was not sure how this whole ordeal would pan out but i was very impressed with everything.. Only complaint was about the kitchen. I was told that they would have a sandwich and a yogurt waiting after my procedure. After not eating after midnight the night before, when I got back to my room at 5 pm there was nothing left for me kitchen closed. Nothing until the next morning.

Her kindness and customer service was fantastic. George and Stacy worked together on what I needed to have done in Radiology, and they very much put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. I got to the hospital at 10:45Am had my blood pressure taken and my shots taken. Sat out in the lobby and at 300Pm they came out asking if Id taken a urine sample I said no cause you never gave me a cup. Then on top of that there were 2 other men that had gotten there before me hadnt been seen. But then a group of 5 came in and yelled covid they got taken back to a room right away. Out of all that 4 people were sent home and the 5th one had it. Moral of the story is dont go unless you like to be stepped on. Cause yhat is what happened to me. No service no room.

I am on a trip to Laughlin from Phoenix and had bad chest pains. I came to the ER and I was treated very well. Everyone from the beginning to the end was a great experience. My traveling nurse that I can’t remember the name of was an Angel. My regular nurse Steve was wonderful and Dr T was great. Thank you for treating me with respect and kindness. My dad was recently a patient in the ICU for almost 2 weeks and the whole experience was a nightmare. Majority of the nursing staff, providers and case management showed him or my mom any compassion. They treated them without dignity or respect. My dad was doped up on 3 different kinds of opioids and was not coherent and didn’t know what was going on. It took my mom 6 days for a doctor to finally talk to her about what was going on. Multiple times my dad was left on the toilet without his oxygen and almost passed out because nobody would come to help him. His case managers were not competent and sent referrals to the incorrect skilled nursing facility. Rose in case management was completely rude and couldn’t seem to get his information faxed over to the facility. They discharged my dad and had my mom drive him to The Gardens in Kingman even though she told them she felt uncomfortable doing so because he is an amputee, can’t walk and has severe COPD and will often have exasperating attacks where he can’t catch his breath. When they arrived at The Gardens my mom was told WARMC didn’t let them know he was coming today. Luckily they were able to quickly get a bed arranged for him. It was an unsafe discharge and completely unacceptable. My mom and I have both been trying to reach someone in management yet nobody answers their phones and nobody returns voicemails, so I filed a complaint with Joint Commission hoping they may be able to look into something. I am beyond frustrated for the experience my family encountered and hope this doesn’t happen to another family. The people involved in my dads care should be ashamed. It’s very disappointing being a healthcare worker myself that this kind of treatment is tolerated.

Why do you not have enough staff to man phones, during this COVID restriction thing? Yeah I would rather call to get the Paid billing information I am after than to take the time to drive up in person (adding yet another person to the already burdened staff) just to get some paperwork that should only require a Phone CALL -- Hello I too am a patient maybe not there today but I have been there recently and need Billing info that should require nothing more than a simple phone call. Now I am going to have to drive up to the hospital and go through the procedures to wait to get information on my PAID bill to send to my FSA.

When you are in the hospital it is not pleasant being somewhere for several days not knowing whats going on, I would like to see more communication with staff and patient and there condition. Staff attitude needs to get with the real world and listen to the patient and there needs.

Hospital was great. They treated my mother with the upmost respect. That was until yesterday in her room. Her physical therapist Steve, a very nice man, from what I witnessed was inappropriately touched by my mothers nurse Brittney. They both laughed. From the other hospital staff they are both married to other people. My mother is in the hospital, how dare they!

I was directed to the local emergency room by the VA to be evaluated for a blood clot in the lower leg ankle area. WARMC staff checked me in quickly and I was seen by ER staff within 10 minutes. ER staff conducted blood tests, and ultra sound examinations of the entire leg. We were in the ER 2 1/2 hours and discharge was quick and painless. The ER staff at WARMC are second to none. Highly Professional, providing quality care. They are not only exceptional professionals, but they are courteous and appropriately friendly. You get a sense that they really do care about their patients. The results of the examination was clearly explained with an opportunity to ask questions. Thank you for the fine care you provided to me. I would trust my life with the WARMC Emergency Room Staff. Wait, I did! Exceptional Health Care Workers.

Recently I was in W. Arizona Regional Hospital for pacemaker and defibrillator implant. The whole staff there paid att. To my problem, which turned out life threatening due to my Afib, congenital heart failure ,and COPD, watched over me when I could have been history, but even to the point of a collaboration between several DRs, to come to a solution that saved my life. I am a Veteran, and appreciate the hell out of total confidence the entire hospital staff instills in a person, both in professionalism, and the people serving meals, setting up I-Vs, mopping floors, protecting a person from the Covid-19. 2018 it took 4 mos. But they brought a dead man back, me. 2016 a building collapsed on me, and once again ,here I am. Yes I would go to them for a splinter. Thanks u all, u gave my smile back. God is on ur watch!!

This Hospital is Terrible..The doctors in the ER.Seem un-experienced.Some of the staff members are rude.After sitting in the back rm .for hrs.a Nurse walks in and asks what are you here for..Really? I wouldnt go there again even if I were dying.My son was swelling and in pain with a bleed in his leg,they wasted 7 hrs.of our time for nothing..I had to take my son to another hospital to get some sort of treatment..The doctor came in once to tell me they arranged transportation to another hospital..Then hrs.later this Nurse walks in and asks me what are you here for and thats when I made my decision not to waste anymore time and get my son some needed treatment.Then a little while after the doctor walks in and says sorry but we dont have the resources to transfer...Really?What a joke..Why didnt he tell me from the beginning..My son was admitted in another hospital for two days..Thanks ...

I had gone in for kidney issues and an infection. Was there for 3 days. All of my nurses, the technicians who came in, the phlebotomists, and my doctor were very professional, kind, and made my experience very comfortable. My reason for being there was a terrible and painful one, but everyone did what they could to help me and get me recovering quickly. Very impressive. Great job to the OB department!

I had an MRI done at WARMC last week. WARMC did an excellent job from start to finish. I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome when I walked in. I was promptly registered and escorted to imaging. The technician was both professional and friendly. It was a long MRI, due to the orders, but I was made very comfortable and checked on many times. Overall it was a very pleasant, professional, and prompt experience.

I had just gotten to WARMC and spoke to an older lady that was at the front. I told her I had thought I was miscarrying and asked her if I could be seen to see if everything was okay. All she said was “ No, we don’t do that here.” I asked “So there’s nothing you guys can do to help me?” And she said no. I was bleeding through my pants. Horrible experience here. The nurses are so rude, I’d give a negative star if I could. Wish I would have had the balls to scream at her. I ended up going to Valleyview and they got me in right away and did everything they could to reassure me that everything was okay. I ended up having a subchorionic hemorrhage and bled for 3 weeks.

I was admitted to their ER due a serious sting from a hornet. Throughout my 2.5 day stay I was treated so well I cannot put into words. The staff of nurses, doctors and technicians were beyond friendly, caring, attentive, and happy to provide some relief humor whenever they could. You can’t ask for more than that!!

I was admitted 3/24/21 after a fall because I had a bladder infection. Treated medically on 25th. Woke up NPO on 26th. Told by a nurse that Dr. Azher had scheduled me for an operation that morning. He did not see me or talk to me or inform me that I was going to be operated on. Azher has a very bad rating on WebMd. In a previous hospitalization he performed 3 operations on me, 2 of which were unnecessary. I refused treatment by him so the hospitalist, Dr. Ferguson said I could accept Azher or be discharged. I was discharged without service from a different urologist.Dr. Azher performs unnecessary surgeries. Dont let this dangerous doctor near you .

The hospitals in this town have gotten a bad rep. And understandably so. I have gone to warmc on more than one occasion and the service provided was appalling. However, that being said my most recent trip to their ER was stellar. I got right back, (I had been coughing up blood) saw a REAL doctor within 5 minutes and testing began immediately. X-rays, CT scans, sonogram testing, blood work you name it they did it. Come to find out I had a blood clot in my lung (not Covid related just FYI) the attending ER doctor was kind but professional and I really felt like he cared about my outcome. I was admitted to the hospital and started on blood thinners right away. I did have to wait in the ER examination room for several hours before getting a bed but the nurses were very attentive, compassionate and knowledgeable so I really didn’t care. I felt safe where I was. Once upstairs the entire staff from custodial to specialists were amazing. I have a severe anxiety condition but they actually made me feel like I was going to be ok. I was there a total of 4 days/3 nights and was discharged knowing exactly what I needed to do to ensure further care for my condition. I’m hoping my experience was based on much needed changes to the hospitals treatment of their patients and not just a fluke but I want to say thank you to the entire staff at warmc for literally saving my life!

My husband was in the ER over the weekend and he received very good care. The ER nurse, Laura Paradise did an outstanding job caring for his needs. Her years of experience showed through everything she had to do to get a good outcome. The doctors and other nurses were some of the best. For being a small hospital they do a very good job handling cardiac emergencies.

Im writing this review because of the amazing nurses in the emergency room and ICU at Warmc hospital. I recently had my sister and my brother get covid-19 and sadly they both passed away from it. My sister was an emergency room nurse at Warmc when she got that virus. The nurses were caring and compassionate, they kept me informed and explained any questions I had. Also the Doctors were the same way I am blessed to have known everyone at Warmc. I cant thank everyone at Warmc for all they did for my family. Especially for Jena Morga, one person who helped my family get through this. God bless all of you at Warmc.

I had a dr. There that I do not want anything to do with his name I believe is dr. Dorian or Dominique that dr is horrible he makes plans with you and says hes going to change the orders leaves tge room and does nothing! Tries to force medication i do not want on me because hes the dr. He told me I was fighting with him making it hard to treat me hes the dr and knows better, and that im just a patient and knows nothing. I am the one who has lived with my diabetes not him. I know my body and how it works better than anybody. Yes I make mistakes but so does he but oh no this guy makes agreements with me says hes going to change tge orders 4 times and did nothing. He tried to send me home early and I disagreed with him many times. I please do not want that dr to ever be my dr again. Thanks

My parents over 80 went to this Hospital with Covid19 symptoms to include dehydration and and the symptoms. Tested positive. My parents went through the ER and were never given and Iv Fluids or medicine. They were told your not going to get better and we cant do anything for you. They were released 2 hours later. This is bad Medicine and the CEO should be ashamed. Michael Stenger!

Went in for a puncture wound in my hand THEY DID NOT TRY TO CLEAN MY HANDS AND THEY WERE COVERED IN DIED BLOOD... DID XRAYS AND TETANUS SHOTS WAS THERE FOR ALMOST 3HRS AND WHEN I GO DISCHARGED AND MENTIONED IT SHE SAID THEY MUST HAVE BEEN BUSY LOL WELL I WENT THROUGH LIKE 6 PPL WITH MY HANDS COVERED IN BLOOD ON THE XRAY TABLE SIGNING PAPERS WHAT A JOKE!!!! WILL NEVER BE BACK THERE AGIAN. ILL DRIVE TO VEGAS OR DIE ON THERE.... I WONDER WHAT THE RETURN INFECTION RATE IS HERE...

I’m sitting in ER with my daughter. I have watched multiple people go to same registration windows and not one person came to wipe down the area. The woman behind the window rolled her eyes at me when I asked if she can give me an update. I have also been sitting for 5 hours and not one person has come to wipe down ER.

My husband went into the ER on August 7th. Was admitted to the ICU for a heart attack, among other things. I wasnt NOT called ever. I had to call them, was told he had a stroke, which never happened. Was told allot of untruths. The Dr. did call me after many calls to the hospital. However, not one doctor called me after his Heart Cath procedure. My California Dr looked over all the paperwork the hospital released to me, and said it didnt make sense. they didnt know what they were doing. I will never take my family there again. Hubby also said they didnt treat him well.

I just spent 7days in this hospital from emergency to 3rd floor. I have never been in a hospital with such warm, caring, helpful, wonderful doctors and nurses. 5 stars plus for all the people and the facility. Food, well, 🙄 can’t help that but it’s healthy and nutritious.

Recieved the best care from the ER to the Second Floor. Best Nurses staff Ive everEncountered. Can not praise my Nurses for the excellent care and keeping me focused on getting better. Also loved my Doctors again first rate.

I’m very grateful to the Emergency Department nurses and doctors who cared for me during a recent heart issue. Everyone was kind and attentive. I was quickly examined and tested and seen by two doctors. I was eventually admitted and received the same excellent care from all the staff. Food was pretty good, the room was clean and the nurses were there before I even needed them. Particularly grateful to Dr Rahim. He took his time, helped me understand my condition and got me on the right track for better health.

ICU: GREAT STAFFDR.: DR.GORDON GREAT!My Aunt was a patient in this facility while traveling on vacation. She had a bad reaction to an infusion she recieved in Oregon. The Dr and staff were fantastic. They saved my Aunts life twice. They worked with me to get her on a plane back home to her regular medical team. THEY ARE VERY CARING PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUALS!!!💖

The ICU department was exceptional. The staff was compassionate for not only our loved one, but for our entire family. Family and friends drove from California and stayed 2 days in the lobby. All staff was cordial and assisted all of our needs. They went above & beyond, bringing in carts of food with coffee, drinks, snacks, and fruit for the family. We have never had service like this before in any hospital. We appreciate and are grateful for everything and everyone.

We were out of town and my Daughter needed to be seen at night. None of the Urgent Cares were open, so I took her to the Emergency Department. From the check in process to the Nursing Staff, Physician, and EVS, everyone was absolutely wonderful. I am a Nurse, so I may notice things that others do not see. I was very happy with the care that was provided and the delivery of it!

Went to the ER on Monday night 1/13/2020. Was diagnosed with Diverticulitis and the Doctor and care was very good. However my perscription could not be sent electronically and I had to personally take the script to the pharmacy the next morning still in pain.Most crazy was the check in experience, the lady did not ask me for my insurance. When I checked out I ask her if she wanted my insurance information, she said I have it —the VA——I said where did you get that info, I never told her that. I think you assumethat because my AZ license said -Veteran.I gave her my insurance cards and she copied them.Crazy stuff- it was 4 am so maybe she was tired.I Bring this up because incorrect billing by a hospital is a nightmare foreveryone.

I had a pain stimulator removed. The nurses were so friendly answered all my questions and made sure i was comfortable. Everyone there was beyond nice and helpful i love this hospital.

My nurses were excellent!! Food when I was able to eat, plentiful and pretty good. Doctors were slow to respond to letting me know what was going on.My bathroom was quite dirty, was never cleaned!

Staff was extremely dedicated, compassionate and truly concerned with patient care and comfort. While no stay in hospital can be called enjoyable, I can say my experience at WARMC was made one of relative comfort and ease by the skill and attention of all staff I had the pleasure of interacting with. Definitely a rating of 10. WARMCs joint program taught me everything I needed to know before, during and after my surgery, including how much pain to expect. My nurses and physical therapist were amazing. They were so caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Everyone I saw from admitting clerks to the EVS staff were friendly and helpful.

Dont go to WARMC if you need labs/xrays! Registration process ancient! Give you a big card with letter on it I suppose so they dont upset HIPPA by calling name, but its OK with HIPPA to call first name & last initial, so why childish card? Husb. & I both have waited over 2 & 3 hours 6 separate times for lab work done. Convinced husb. to try again(6th time). Did & went to the ladies 2X making sure name was in que. Told them stop after 3 hours & had to go to work. Still had big alphabet card. He hadnt even made it to the reg. desk in 3 hours! Went to VV after that & impressed with process. Second time at VV I timed each process of wait for husbs lab.Total experience 23 min. TOTAL time in door to out door 23 min!! WARMC staff need see what VV doing & take page from their book.

My son went to ER very ill at July 17, 2019. The doctor didn’t make any research about him any bloodwork or anything only received a referral for visit a family doctor!!! Months ago I went to ER with a severe allergy in my body and the doctor in shift didn’t make anything and either received any medications no matter the nurse saw all the rash on my body!! My son has a private insurance and pay at the check out $300 for receive nothing!! Hispanic don’t go to this hospital!! Go to Valley View!! If something happen to him it’s the hospital’s responsibility!!
