This is my second visit to the Mohave walk in clinic in Bullhead City AZ. I have seen the nurse practitioner Claudette both times, and both times she has given me the best care I have ever received at a walk-in! This is the second time Ive seen her. Once for my sons sprained ankle, and once for me. She did NOTHING either time. It was nothing but a complete waste of time.

I went in for a follow up on my biopsy which she did not want to take a look at it or care to observe. All she offered was wound care being sent out to pharmacy. No stars, she was no help at all. Front desk lady helped and cared more than the “FNP”.

It was my first time there and I was so comfortable and was created with care and concern all the staff there is amazing and very attentive to your needs the nurse was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Loved my doctor today at Mohave Walk In. I love that she sat down, listened to my complaint, reviewed my symptoms and got me back on tract with the correct meds for my issue. Not rushy, seemed as if she really cared! I highly recommend Dr. Rhoades!

Doctor Rhoades is a caring and professional individual. She was there for me when I almost cut my finger off. I couldnt stop the bleeding and needed stitches. Normally when I cut my finger I just slap some duct tap on it and call it good, but this time after soaking a hand towel with blood I knew I needed professional help. Doctor Rhoades did an outstanding job, thank you Doctor Rhoades.

Shes super friendly and has fast visit times. She always gets me in and out and always figures out whats wrong. By far the best Ive found in Bullhead!

Dr Rhoades was very thorough and explained what was going on with my ears. I have seen her before and she is always willing to explain and answer questions.

Very friendly and professional. Was quick to diagnose my problem and get my RX to pharmacy quickly!

I was not happy with the service provided at all. The NP maybe spent 1 minute with me. I went in knowing what I had and needed and she dismissed it without even fully hearing what I had to say. She told me I had something that was extremely unlikely and gave me meds that actually made my rash worse. I do not recommend going there unless you see an actual MD. NPs and PAs are morons who think they know everything.

Very prompt and she listened to my complaint of symptoms and knee my history.

Went in re pain in ear. Received prompt treatment.

She found my ear infection where my primary care doctor didnt, I really like her
