The best doctors office I have been to in the tri-state area. The front office girls are very nice and help take the time to explain the process. The medical assistant was also great. I was seen by Chris Berg the physician assistant there and he was amazing! Only had to freeze my mole once and a few weeks later it looked like id never had a mole! Thanks so much for the great experience

If I could I would give this place a zero! I took my daughter for a skin condition she had and the “doctor” told me it would “go away.” Well it did not go away! As a matter of fact it got worse! I asked for a referral to the children’s hospital in Phoenix from the PCP where the doctors know what they’re doing and not just turned my child away by saying “it will go away.” At the children’s hospital my daughter was checked completely, diagnosed, and was given proper medication for the skin condition she had. Imagine if I would of trusted this person and not asked for a referral to get a second opinion. Don’t waste your time here. They don’t know what they’re doing but they will charge you and your insurance. IDIOTS!

I had two cysts removed from here and they did a fantastic job! Quick and easy the doctor has a lot of patients so it was right to the point! I read some reviews from here and they said they get you in and hurry to get you out well that is there job to treat you and NOT talk about what you did over the weekend. Would recommend coming here

It is our first time to have a consultation with this clinic last month and they scheduled a follow-up checkup this month. When the day comes that we go to our schedule..we were advised that they do not have Doctors on a Wednesdays...What kind of scheduling was that?... A waste of time going there for a specified schedule then NOTHING happened! Please be careful when you make schedule so you will not ruin Customers’s time and effort to go to the clinic for nothing!

I think the problem here is with the medical assistants. The doctor is a nice guy. While I did not agree with him with ways to treat my acne, I believe he was a good knowledgeable doctor who truly wanted to help. However my last appointment he instructed the medical assistant to give me 2 prescriptions as we were walking out the door. I never received them. I called and was told by the front desk they would send an email out to them about it. Called again for an update and apparently the MA said he never prescribed anything. No you just didn’t listen. I still don’t have any scripts. It was just a circus to try and get acne creams so I told them to cancel my next appointment until further notice. Yes I’m a friendly patient with the MA’s and I like to talk but when it comes down to them not doing their job and basically telling me I’m lying that the doctor prescribed me 2 meds, I’m out. Not going to entertain that. Do your job.

I have seen Dr. Brooks at least four times and he is wonderful, both in expertise and personality. Took care of my issues that other doctors in town were no able to. . The office is well run and friendly, knowledgeable and and helpful.

This place is the worst dermatologist I have ever been in. The assistant who took my information was very nice and caring. Once I have met Dr. Martin, the aspect changes. The doctor did not listen to me. He over talked me. As a patient, our curiosity comes a long way when it comes to health care environment. It makes us feel safe. This doctor did not make me feel safe. He seemed to be in a hurry, which is unprofessional. I hear him talking outside the door about non medical topic for a few minutes. Additionally, I have not gotten my prescription for about two weeks and they are suppose to talk it out with my healthcare. The lady who answers the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I have mentioned that I have been waiting for two weeks and she had the same answer for the third time, We will review it within 48 hours.

The doctor just did not do a good job of examining my skin. It appears his only concern was to get in and out as quickly as possible.

I dislike Doctors,more than eating Spinach,however Dr Brooks is the most friendly,kind ,wise and compassionate doctors I have ever visited.I hate Doctors,but I am always Excited to visit Dr Brooks Office..Ed Brady

Really need to be clear what address to go to for your surgery . Or at least they could answer the phone! Appt at 1 and no one at the office in Bullhead and no one answering the phone! Husband spent so much time going back and forth when it was already very stressful day.

The person who answers the calls for prescription seems to be always in a hurry to get off the phone. Overall, great staff.

Great physicians that are experts in dermatology. I trust them with my healthcare.

Doctor in a hurry and obviously overbooked!I was given a potentially life threatening diagnosis of malignant melanoma and told I would need a referral to a surgeon. Office staff reported someone would call me with this referral and 2 weeks later no call and not answering messages left on toll free number that they use as office number! I will be transferring to another dermatology office for further care!!
