Great experience and location. One of the best spas I have ever experienced. The location is right to a great restaurant as well so you have dinner after-!. The staff was friendly , knowledgeable, kind, and listens. The rooms is upscale as well as the scrubbing room. Lounge room is a great touch while waiting between activities and the locker rooms is updated

My wife and I honeymooned in Laughlin for three days. We stayed at the Aquarius and went to the spa at Laughlin Ranch everyday. Because we stayed at the Aquarius we got a 20% discount, which was awesome. The spa accompanies an 18 hole golf course and a restaurant. The general style of the place is what I would call Cowboy Chic. When we arrived we went straight to the spa. Once we entered we noticed that the front desk staff is prompt, kind, and courteous not to mention knowledgeable about their services. When the receptionist wasnt sure about a product or service she took the time to contact someone for us to get an answer.Once you check in and sign up for your desired service you gain entry into either the mens or womens locker room. The mens locker room was spacious, had a shower, steam room, and bathroom. My locker had a comfy robe and a pair of slippers waiting for me. From what my wife told me, it was the same for her in the womens locker room.The waiting area had a couch and two very large and comfortable chairs that you sink into while waiting. Theres water and delicious granola in there for you while you wait. The massage room and other treatment areas are impeccably clean and well maintained.My wife and I were doing a couples package and booked their couples room. It had a shower, a private hot tub, a fireplace, and two comfortable massage beds. The room was very comfortable and we were able to hangout there for an hour after our massages were over.The massage therapists were great. They used natural oils and lotions. Theyre all professionally trained and were very kind. I had a deep massage the first day, a neck and shoulder mender the second, another deep tissue massage with a back facial followed by a gentlemans facial on the third. Ive never felt better and my wife loves how smooth and clean my skin is.If youre on the Laughlin strip, or in the general area, take a 15 minute drive to the spa at Laughlin Ranch. The prices, the service, amenities, and the ambiance can not be matched by any other place in the area. As an added incentive, as a spa guest you have access to their pool, fitness room and locker room until you leave for the day.

We received the couples massage. It was relaxing and peaceful. The staff was friendly. The massage could use some improving. I get massages all the time and this was supposed to be 50 min. Deep tissue and I do not feel thats what I got. The lady was nice and did alot of stretching and a few things that were very relaxing. It was expensive for what we got.

I was dissatisfied that I was pressured to hurry out after my massage. (They close at 4 and I did have the last appointment) however having to hurry through a shower sucked. I was told I need to be out by 4:05. Not by Roxanne, by the receptionist . She was nice too, just odd that i wasnt given ample time

My girlfriend and I booked here for her birthday a few days ago to each get a deep tissue massage and foot treatment in the couples room. We were very happy with the spa atmosphere as well as all the employees but we found out after that we ended up getting the rejuvenating massage and not the deep tissue that we had originally asked for. Accidents happen and other then that we really enjoyed ourselves. The therapists were very nice and professional.

Overall great but not perfect. Got myself and gf a package. They couldnt do her nails because she already had acrylics on. Kinda silly I thought. A lot of women have fake nails so being a full service place should be able to handle a simple manicure. But massages and facials both great. View outside gray and couples suite very nice.

Facial and massages are wonderful but when it comes to manicures and pedicures Dont waste your money and time , if your looking for actual pedicure and manicure they do at those places off Hwy 95 ..Dont come here.. for $ 50.00 you get your feet soaked .cream ,oil and towel wrap for a few sec .No scrubbing, no massage was so disappointed in them ..they really need to hire someone whos gonna really do a pedicure ...think I just stick with those places off 95 Hwy ..

I wish I could go here once a week and you will to!I started out going for a facial with Chaysee then my wonderful husband got me a day at the spa package which included a massage, mani and pedi. How could not feel absolutely amazing after all this. My go to gals are:Chaysee for a facial you wont forget and Amy for the best massage ever!Try it and let me know what YOU think.

Unbelievably bad experience. paid $130 for wifes(Pam) mothers day gift spa treatment. Pam made appt over telephone for 3p(Facial) 4p(Massage), and arrived at 3p, but receptionist said it was at 2p (Massage) 3p(Facial). Was expecting to still redeem my 3p, but Therapist had left; so was rescheduled. Chris/Mgr called next week to say according to their records both appts were missed and was removing total $130 funds from card. I stated I was there at 3p, but same receptionist claimed I was not. Their word against mine. Mgr offered 30% discount to re-book, but already spent $130 with no compensation. so was not spending another penny.So, if you choose to go there, get a confirmation in writing if possible as they do not send email confirmations or make sure you call to confirm day of appointment and get the name of the person you spoke too and date/time.We have a summer home in the area and have used Laughlin Ranch spa restaurant gym pool golf course since it opened. we have gifted many of our guests spa treatments countless times over the years. What has happened over there at the Laughlin Ranch??? They have turned this now, into our word against yours. Shame on Laughlins upper management for putting people like this in charge.

RENE ASHMORE very disrespectful to customers. She’s the GM. I Paid nearly $500 for services, 1/3 of which the spa cancelled last minute. She was unbelievably rude. Actually laughing at us while being nasty.
