Never come here again, what’s the purpose of checking in online and making appointment online and they help all the walk ins first

I have rather difficult veins, just like my grandmother, yet I dont have to get multiple sticks all the time. Though I am continually disappointed that they dont stock juice. If they have to draw a lot of blood or someone is fasting and they draw blood, that is a critical thing to have, yet they never have it. Apparently it costs too much. Guess patient safety is too expensive.

Had bloodwork done 3 weeks ago. Still no results. Kinda important for potassium checks on a heart patient. No one seems to want to help. Impossible to reach on the phone. Don’t bother with this place.

This place is pretty nice. The staff work fast at getting people taken care of. I dont enjoy the stairs and wish it was downstairs but overall great treatment.

I always have the greatest experience at labcorp! The two ladies, Nicole and Eva, are the absolute best. So kind and professional, and always treating patients with the utmost respect (even those testy, rude patients) It feels good to know youre in the hands of somebody that actually cares. These ladies really know what theyre doing and how to properly take care of their patients!

Picked a slow day in and out quickly

Lots of new chairs! Places for everyone to sit now and friendly faces . They are quick and helpful. They have also made a lot of improvements. The experience is always good here for us.

LONG waiting time -1 starShort staffed -1 starIn need of more sitting furniture and they can easily fit another row of seats. -1 starDoes NOT discriminate with health insurance as far as I know..unlike Sonora. +1 starThe employees that do work there are going as fast as they can and dont appear to ever catch a break. Ive never seen any indication of them slacking or being inconsiderate of others. Perhaps others need to NOT take things so personally all the time?

I never have problems when Im here. Working this type of job takes time, to draw each individuals blood. I went to school for drawing blood. People will always complain about something.. especially those whove never worked the medical field. You cant rush them!

I have gone in to LabCorp multiple times to have my blood draw. Yes, the wait time can be daunting, but I can tell that the employees are working their hardest...thardest...the girl who draws my blood, the one with all the tattoos is always friendly and polite. I feel like Im a hard stick as every time I get my blood drawn I have to get poked multiple times just to get enough, but she gets me every time. As someone who works in the medical field I know how stressful this environment is, bit I give the employees as LabCorp 4 stars for always trying with a smile.

Fast and friendly service

The husband and I dropped in to gather information on if our insurance is accepted there. They were knowledgeable and kind.

The staff was pleasant to interact with. Its overly busy for just two people working which makes for a long wait but they were working hard .

If I could give a 0 star I would. Ive called customer service made a complaint. I have also called the head quarters made a conplaint and spoke with the GM and filled a complaint. Went in there 5 times first 4 times I let it slide with the lady at the front desk with her attitude. But this last time where I scheduled an appointment it just went south really fast not only was she just very unprofessional she used profanity at me in front of my 3 year old son who was standing right there. So not only did we walk out and not have my blood drawn I called my insurance and filled a complaint with them as well. I REPEAT NO ONE SHOULD GO TO THIS PLACE. NOT ONLY IS IT DIRTY ITS NOT WORTH THE STRESS DEALING WITH THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK!

Girl at the front desk is way too rough while taking out blood the last two times she did mine. I never get bruises from anyone but her

The girl who works in the front (Eva) is extremely rude. If you ask a question she snaps back at you to either “sit down and wait your turn” or gives you an answer like you should have known the answer and why are you even bothering her with a question and wasting her time. It is not just me either; every time I come here I see and hear her talk down to the consumers. Baffles me.

Terrible manners. No confidentiality. Nothing happened to me personally but while I was there the ladies at the front desk were openly discussing another persons test results and giving their personal opinion that they too would be upset if their daughters results came back positive, how they would never have children at a young age, and that they believed no one should have kids before finishing college. While I got blood drawn one lady questioned me about my husband and age when I had my daughter, making more comments that its wise I waited.

Dont even deserve 1 star. They are always packed, verry slow, terrible at their job, and one particular lady at the front desk is always rude! You loose your place in line if you are a first timer & dont know what to do (to have ID & insurance cards ready) they will send you out to your car & you go back to the back of the line which is completely unfair when you have already sat there for a freaking hour waiting for them to get to you in the first place!! I havent experienced it personally but I have witnessed them talking about other patients in front of everyone out on the loby, from what tests they are having done, personal information, to test results. Very unprofessional & completely against HIPPA. 😡 I have seen it happen to so many people, I have also witnessed a lot of people walk out because of how they are treated. You should NEVER feel a blood draw and there is only one young lady who does it right. The older lady in there is terrible! She leaves a bruise on my aunt every time I take her. She has done me before, it hurts, leaves a bruise, and it hurts for days after. I have been there twice for myself, the first time was pleasent as I got the young girl. The second time I got the older lady & stopped going because I will not chance getting her again to draw my blood. It seems they have no different staff so I didnt go again I just went to the lab at either hospital in town. Now that insurance has changed as of the 15th of January anyone with ACCCHS has to go here. Cant even use alternative places for lab work like Valley View Or WARMC anymore! 😡 Super upset about that because I was boycotting this place especially being pregnant! Hope there is another location or I will just not get my lab work done from here on out because I refuse to go here ever again they are that horrible, rude, and slow!!! Being an aspiring nurse this all ticks me off, THEY KNOW BETTER! Health care has just went down the crap shoot, its sad & aweful people have to endure this kind of treatment when trying to stay healthy.

I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The people were friendly and also helped me by giving me directions to where I needed toGo for an mri.

The last time I was there the young man that drew my blood was brutal

The staff is very nice the office was clean I am a hard stick and they got me on the first try the people there are very nice and no the job very well I would recommend you going there if you have any problems with your veins and if youre a hard stick

Terrible customer service. Very unprofessional the way they have so many elderly patients standing for hours. Refuse to hire help or even add more chair to their waiting room. Absolutely ridiculous smh.
