My favorite place to get my haircut. My stylist is amazing

Mother in law loved her hair cut. Staff was very friendly. The lady did the back of her hair the way she has been wanting but noone has done.

I havent actually been there for a while. Just called requiring some information. But the lady that answered my call, was pleasant and she was able to give me some info that I was looking for. Good customer service over the phone.

She was kind, polite, skillful, and super sweet. Warren Buffett says to succeed in (any business) an organization needs to have DELIGHTED customers( and not just satisfied). My appointment was at 145 pm I’m still waiting and two other ladies went right in one employee would rather play with the baby that’s on the chair

I have had my hair cut here 3 times; I have a long layered cut. Most hair cuts are very good only 1 was just okay. Price is good, service is good it can be busy if you want to walk in, appointments are an option.

Katie did a Wonderful job. I liked that she took her time and didnt rush and she knew what she was doing. If anyone is in the bullhead city area and looking to get your hair done I highly recommend going to smart style and ask for katie

Carolyn moved across the parking lot to Cost Cutters, but I still love this place. All the women who work there are so sweet and fun to be around. Its surprisingly one of the nicer salons in the area and has GREAT prices on services and product. Rcvd highlights and cut for under $50. They always have deals going on and coupons. Convenient location. You can go grocery shopping, grab some lunch and get your hair done quickly. Honestly, my go to salon in Bullhead City. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Ive never seen anyone walk out of there with a bad cut or color. Hair always looks great.

Its a strange to get a haircut at a supermarket but, dont let this fool you. The gals there are friendly and good at their craft. Next time you go in ask for Brenda - tell her Jodi sent you.

The ExpressCut they post as their main and cheapest cut is only a buzzcit I am told AFTER my 5 minute haircut is done so I am charged the higher $18 price which includes a shampoo (which I was never offered) When I questioned the price as I checked in for the ExpressCut, I am told this. I was then asked at the register oh, did you want a shampoo? Well you charged me for it! I didnt expect one until then.A ripoff...avoid this place .Great Clips or Apple Haircutters are cheaper and more professional .Wal Mart shouldnt let this bait and switch business in their store .BTW - a coupon I was promised for enrolling lin their email club and checking in online never came .I complained to the corporate dept and was promised a refund of the extra amount charged and the coupon and never received anything which solidified my impression of this place .

My hair is 1 inch longer on one side of my head after the haircut I got. I’m so upset. I’ve never had someone cut each side of my head separately and not even attempt to match them. This is BS
