$80 French braid with a cute messy bun has fallen out after 3 hours had to redo it twice in between.. asked the girl to do a French braid and when she got done, I said oh how cute you did a Dutch braid and she says oh I cant French braid.. took her a half an hour to do it.. Wont go back..*update manager refunded my 80$ after this ad

Very impressed! I came into the building with two children one who was screaming his head off and immediately was assisted in calming down my toddler to get his hair cut. The ladies who cut my childrens hair were attentive to my direction of what I wanted obtained for my kids hair styles. I wish I would of got both of their names to give them proper recognition. They went above and beyond my expectations. The location was very clean and had a beautiful professional setting. Our wait time was minimal. The prices were fantastic. I will recommend them and continue business at this location. Thanks for the great service!

I checked in on line and it said 39 minute wait time, ok so I headed there with 30 minutes to spare. I checked in and within 10 minutes I was getting a cut. Nice tech. Keep up the great work.And remember to tip your stylist.

1 month ago I received the worst haircut Ive ever had. I decided to give one more chance. This time I got the perfect haircut not by the same person. When she finished cutting my hair I went up to pay and she gave me a haircut for free because the other one was terrible. So they have a customer back.

I moved to town about 6 months ago and after a few too many bad haircuts, I had been avoiding finding a new hair stylist in town. My hair is an odd mixture of thick and thin. I finally worked up the nerve and got it cut by Holly with Great Clips. I was very pleased with how Holly talked to me throughout the process to make sure that she was cutting it the way that I requested. Pleasant atmosphere and great customer service.

I checked in online (to save time) my waiting time was supposed to be 8 minutes after a 20 minute wait I left. I signed in under my name eventhough the haircut was for my son and the lady at the desk was annoyed by it and she didnt bother hiding it.
