My wife had a emergency C-Section and needed a medical bed due to surgery. My mother-in-law reached out to Payless Medical & Safety Supply and rented a bed from them. Thats where the issues began. 1. They delivered the bed on to be told by the delivery driver that it would have to stay downstairs because he hurt his knee and couldnt bring the up 1 flight of stairs. ( Thats not my problem, we paid for the bed to setup where we needed it to be. If he had a knee injury he should have notified his management so they could make appropriate adjustments). My brother-in-law had to help him bring it upstairs. 2. The bed was very uncomfortable. ( Not expecting a pillow top mattress but it should have some quality behind it) 3. After using it for 3 days my wife refused to sleep in that uncomfortable bed so my mother-in-law called to have it returned but prior to that she was told we could return the bed and wont be charged for the unusually days....that was a lie. The company told us we still will be charged for a month despite only having the bed for 3 days. We were told we would only be charge for 1 week. Beware of this company they will say whats to get your business then change up.

I visited Payless medical and the customer service was great. I was able to buy supplies and complete a rental in one trip. I was very pleased with my visit.

I needed a hospital bed for 2 weeks for my daughter who had a C-SECTION. When I called Payless Medical and Safety Supply I was advised that it would be cheaper to do a month rental. After 3 days my daughter was saying that she just was not unable to sleep in the bed, so I called Payless Medical and Safety Supply to ask that the bed b picked up and only be charged for a week. I was told NO and that I would still have to pay for the whole month so now I am stuck with the bed that cannot be used and I cannot get a refund for the other three weeks.

Excellent customer service with clean equipment in great condition for very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

I will never rent supplies from this company again. Do NOT use this business, there are other better priced options from reputable companies that are honest.
