The massage was good but painful at times, but thats to be expected with a deep tissue massage. My main complaint is the aggressiveness of them asking for a tip. I always leave a tip for good service but he was all but demanding a tip and trying to tell us how much we had to tip. That alone will make me never return. I am not going to be bullied for my money. That is so unprofessional and just rude.

My husband paid card and before I could walk up and give this man cash for tip he started being verbally aggressive with my husband saying, “everybody always leaves tips more than $5, don’t come back here.” I could not believe how rude this man was. In front of other customers too!!

Very good at what they do.

I deal with chronic neck & back pain, even had spinal injections and tried medication and physical therapy.. you name it.. but nothing seemed to help ease my pain more than getting a deep tissue massage. I highly recommend!

Had a appointment for a couples massage at 11 and they did wonderful ❤️ I loved the mannerisms they had and that they got to us so quickly! I will be going back!!!! I highly suggest using them if you need a deep tissue

Great 1st time experience. Me and my fiancé went to do a couples massage, and it was great. The staff was very professional and listened to our needs. Try the Swedish massage with lavender oil. I was so relaxed when finished and cant wait to come back.

I booked an appointment here for me and my spouse for 1 p.m. Called to verify exact location and Nancy picked up to tell us where to park for the closest mall entrance. As soon as we got there, she tells us the people before us were late and there would be 30 minute wait—again, just spoke to her minutes earlier and no mention of this, not to mention that no one ever called to confirm our appointment OR notify us that the appointment would be delayed an entire half hour. I told her that I had to pick my child up from school and she assured me that if we took a different room vs the couple’s room, she could get us seen right away. Waited 5 mins, 10 mins and finally at 15 mins and asked her when we could be seen. Come to find out she was going to make us wait the 30 minutes in the other room anyway! Upset, I told her that I’d made it clear I couldn’t wait and had driven 40 minutes to make this appointment. She apologized and asked me to call her to reschedule. Called her 10 times over the course of 3 days and NO ANSWER. Called from a different number the 11th time not 5 mins after I dialed from my cell phone and she answered right away. Pretended she was having phone problems. I hung up upset and she called right away on my cell phone saying she just saw my missed calls...after all those days?! Talk about being shady. Nancy, I don’t usually write nasty reviews but after the subpar service you delivered i felt it only fair that customers know what to possibly expect when they come to you. Please work on your customer service skills!
