Dr. K. is a very nice and good doctor, wont over prescribe and is careful. The clinic is old so it seems dingy.

Best Doctors office EVER!! The staff is extremely helpful, always polite and courteous (especially Tammy)! Dr. K is an amazing Doctor, he always sits and talks a bit. Treats you like a human and not a number! He always is looking for the best treatment. Medical staff pays close attention to my specific needs and is just always nice. Can’t say enough about the people at this location. It’s why I’ve been loyal to this practice for three years now. Excellent!!!

I love the Gwinnett Clinic! I have been looking for a good practice to stick with after bouncing around for a few years, and I finally found it. When I first started going to the clinic, there was an issue with my insurance, but the staff was so friendly and patient with me until the issue was resolved. The office is clean, and I feel extremely safe visiting in the midst of Covid-19. I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes to see the doctor. I trust in the expertise of the doctors and can tell that they know their stuff. Overall, I highly recommend this practice for anyone who wants good, quality care with very little hassle.

Gwinnett Clinic Staffs in Sugar Hill are the best.They provided best service there can be, and very helpful on any questions I have to maintain good health.My family have been with them for almost 20 years.

During a wellness visit, if the Dr asks you for you for a prescription refill etc . Beware they will charge you office visit (110$ in my case). And they charged 110$ for a 90 day prescription refill. I am not sure if they will charge me again after 3 months for another 90 day supply.All these clinics know how to manipulate the system. I would imagine wellness visits / preventive care should cover prescription refills. They convert to office visits just because the patient asked for a refill..These are big Scams. So the clinic gets the money for wellness check (from my insurance company) and also for a office visit (110$), all Dr Shveta did was send 90 day supply to the pharmacy.

It is my clinic for more than 15 years 5 stars.. SUPER nice people, front desk, nurses , doctors, and my favorite doctor K, all ways give you, appropriate time to explain. 👏👏👏

I’ve been going to Gwinnett Clinic almost 3 years. I love all the Dr.’s there. They’re each very knowledgeable on many fields of medicine. They always take the time to hear how your feeling or your concerns with great care. They will get to the bottom of your concerns. They have great compassion to the things your going threw, best Dr.’s I’ve ever had. They go the extra mile on each medical need you have. The staff is kind and very professional. The front desk staff is super friendly. Tammy is such a sweetheart and always tries her best to make you smile. Dr. Raju and Dr. K both listen to all your concerns and try to address them to the best of their abilities. They really push to do what’s best for the patients. Great place!

Honestly... I felt that I wasnt even worth the Doctors time. I understand being referred but as soon as we told the nurse and she said the doctor would be in, the nurse came back and said I couldnt be helped. I had other things to discuss as well, but seeing as I was referred out of the gate with out a chance to even speak with the doctor, those did not get discussed. Will not be going back. Ever.

This was the worst experience at a doctors office ever. I saw all the services available on their website and was satisfied enough to think they could help. If you go after 2 pm you get nurse Practitioner not a real doctor. I thought they could at least check iron as that’s what I was told on the phone. The NP I saw had no idea what she was doing after doing her evaluation she had to call her supervisor! She could not test me for the flu because she said since my nose had bled she couldn’t. Well she easily could have out of the side that didn’t bleed. She said since I couldn’t open my mouth wide she couldn’t test for strep. I’ve seen my child’s pediatrician get a strep test done on them as a baby who couldn’t open their mouth. I was the last patient of the day and it came down to her wanting to leave. I had to go back and get something I left after she couldn’t help me in any way and was so dry no bedside manner. She was leaving for the day. It wasn’t even 6pm yet. She didn’t run tests on me because she was flat out lazy. I’m very disappointed with the visit. Why not have a real Doctor all day? If I knew she couldn’t do anything I would have gone to the ER first. Do yourself a favor don’t see Jessica go to the minute clinic at cvs first.

I have never came across such bad customer service. I have been working in customer service for 14 years. The service that I have gotten from MADISON in the Buford location is unexceptable. Not only , she hung up on me when I called back I was placed on hold for 20 mins, and no one ever called me back. She literally talked to me like garbage. I will never go back to that office because of the way I was treated. If you hate your job that much that you let it show, get a job where you dont have to deal with people. Just for training purposes you guys should record the phone calls, so you know how your staff are treating your customers.

See DR ..K if you can. Hes better. He listens and works with you. Thats all I can say.

STAY AWAG Horrible wait time and may as well not take any walkins since you sit for hours. Also the Doctors at this location are horrible bedside manner and disrepectful. Id rather visit an ER than ever visit this location ever again.

Ms. Mary Draucek was fantastic! My visit was quick but thorough. Staff was friendly. I will definitely be back.

Please be advised that this clinic is just in for the money. Dr. K is a joke and so is Dr. Shveta Raju. They try different drugs on me till they can figure out what is wrong with me. I have never had such bad experience in my life. Dr. K shoved this supposed flu checker up my nose without my permission and later sends me a 60 $ bill and when I ask the assistant who answered the phone she argues with me saying “ this is common sense and everybody has a bill” I was amazed by the inhumanity and stubbornness of the assistant. They then send me a letter saying “Gwinnett Clinic will no longer serve you and your family”. This is funny because I told them I and my family will stop going to Gwinnett clinic. So as a concerned citizen it is my job to let others know about this. Please be careful my friends.

The staff is great they take time to know you and treat you as a person that they are concerned about. Dr. Shveta Raju is the best I cant say enough nice things about her she listens to the patients.

I dont understand how you can schedule an appointment and get only seen by a practioner, and get told you have to go to the emergency room. First you get scheduled to see a doctor not a practioner, second you expect to speak to the doctor, but the practioner said the doctor has left the office, during the doctor visits you were scheduled for. Left alone in a room for a while just to be told to go to the emergency room. When all I needed is a prescription for my bronchitis. Im writing this review on be half of my mom review, its disappointing knowing that I expected high attention care on your patience.

I have been going to Gwinnett Clinic for a long time. So sad that the new staff is so disrespectful and rude. How can you serve sick people when you are not a caring person??? Blows my mind.

Wonderful facility!

Dont believe the web site, it says the are open till 6 on Saturday. Walk up to the door and the door says 4pm. I walk in at 3:30 and they tell me they cant see me, the doctor is leaving.
