Copper electric did a great job. I was satisfied with their office scheduler to their installer.Usually when front desk states another person will get back with me, that usually does not happen and you are usually the one following up. HOWEVER! Lynn spoke with me and she followed up the next day to schedule and make sure I was helped with everything I needed. She answered all my questions that I had as well. She is very sweet, helpful, and I recommend.Installers (I believe his name was Frank and his assistant) was on time, professional, friendly, and respectful (took shoes off as our household prefers it this way without me even asking). They installed and set up everything, answered all my questions, made sure I liked where they were installing it, explained all other details I needed to know.Recommend!

I am sorry if you have to go through home warranty stuff with them. Their workers were ok but the customer service is horrible. She would not listen to you. It does not matter if you have a valid point of not, she would yell at you and hang up! Horrible horrible customer service. Stay away.

Amazing hard workers , very skilled and knowledgeabl ! Had a problem with a breaker and they came out late evening and handled the situation in a clean and neat manner!

Worst customer service ever. I moved in in June and now it is October and had to make 4 phone calls to get someone to come out and hang my pendants. Then she called and said I would have to pay in cash only due to a home owner in my subdivision bouncing a check! Will never call them again!

Horrible customer service, was yelled at and hung up on. Very unprofessional.

Not very impressed with their work or response time. They wired our house when it was built then we had them do our basement when we finished it... lights/outlets/switches were all put in strange places. This was after it was framed, but no drywall.
