Went here for treatments and had excellent experience. All staffs were very friendly, kind, and professional. They do really phenomenal job keeping your teeth healthy. They do proper treatments and give you detailed information of what needs to be done. All Doctors, and dental hygienists provides an excellent service for all patients. This was my first time here. The staff was nice and helpful. Susan was excellent. I hope she is there my next visit. I felt so comfortable with her. She was very knowledgeable. Also the dentist was nice. She was informative and knew what she was talking about, they will lay out all of your options and give you the best care possible. They won’t lie to you either just to get your money. So I will be back and I’m paying out of pocket and still will be back I have an appointment Monday for extraction.

My husband and I came in for our scheduled appointment at 9 am today and waited and waited then I finally decided to ask what was going on. After the paperwork, Groupon scans, licenses, the “new” receptionist said that the reason it was taking so long was due to our appointment being cancelled (glad I asked!). I asked why she didn’t tell us this from the very beginning and she said she wanted to wait until the office manager came in for their shift (when was this suppose to happen?). I asked to speak to the dentist (owner?) who was rude, defensive, didn’t try to make it right with us at all. They blamed it on us for “not confirming the appointment.” I told them there was not a voicemail, text nor email asking for confirmation on either of our phones. They looked at their file that THEY created and they put in the wrong number. Dear dentist, the proper etiquette for confirming appointments is to first get the number right, call and leave a voicemail and if the customer doesn’t show up THEN you bill them a cancellation fee for not showing up. What’s really sad is my husband flew internationally back from seeing his mother with cancer just for this appointment which we explained to them and they were apathetic and unkind. I 100% would not recommend this place. They’re unprofessional, rude, apathetic and don’t know how to run a practice. Also, I think they give some sort of incentive to the five star reviewers. Go somewhere else!

Very nice servives amd frendly

This is my second visit and I was super terrified because I had to get an extraction on one of my molar. They were super nice and answered all my questions. I have had a really bad extraction experience but this one was not nearly as bad. I feel my recovery will be better this time around. The dentist was awesome. I was so nervous and scared and they helped me to calm down. Extractions are never fun but they made the experience for me the best they could. Even after my extraction I am not in a tremendous amount of pain like I was my last extraction. I travel an hour to come here but it’s worth the wait. Last time I had a female dentist and this time I had a male. They are both excellent. I highly recommend this location. This is by far one of the best dental location that I have been too. I thank God I found them. They make you feel like family and like you are not alone. They also do braces which is awesome because I will need them soon after my fill ins and crown. So I have a lot of work to get done ✅ but it will be here. They even let me pay after my procedure and a lot of times dental clinics want the money right then and there. Love them ❤️

I had an appointment at Vanident today after calling well in advance to make certain they took my insurance (they said they did). To be fair, when I actually went in, everyone was exceedingly pleasant, as other reviews have indicated. The receptionist said my insurance was a little complicated but explained that they would ultimately accept it.I filled out all of the requisite paperwork, waited about 20 minutes, and was seated in a dentists chair. After an initial interview with a dental assistant, the receptionist came in and told me a story that was a 180 degree reversal. Turns out my insurance plan was different enough to in no way qualify for coverage. If I proceeded to sit in the chair, I would be responsible for 100% of the bill.At this point, I had to take off my little dentists bib, gather my belongings, and walk out.I understand insurance can be confusing but the ineptitude exhibited here is patently unacceptable.If the answer is I am not sure if we take your insurance, I expect that to be conveyed rather than the sure, waste your time and come in that I received.It was an unnecessary and embarrassing experience that could have been avoided with a little less salesmanship and a little more honesty on the part of Vanident.Shame on you.

I had an excellent experience here. This was my first time visiting and all the staff went above and beyond to complete all my dental needs. I had a very terrible experience at a different dental office and I was truly traumatized to go back to the dentist. I am so thankful I found Vanident. Their customer service is superb and everyone was gentle with my teeth and gums. Honestly, they did more than what I could have asked for. They polished a filling I had on my front tooth that I’ve been self conscious about for years, now it’s been smoothed out and I feel like I can smile without feeling worried. I was not expecting such amazing service, thank you so much!!!

I have not been to a dentist in 20 years and went for a cleaning and checkup. I was very happy with the checkup and cleaning. The best part is had some cosmetic work done after and I am amazed at how easy and how well it it turned out. The cost was very reasonable. I will be going back on a regular basis.

Not only her, but her whole team is amazing! In a situation in which you are typically embarrassed or feel very uncomfortable with your smile, one knows how comforting it is to be able to walk in a dentist office and not feel judged or not feel even more self-conscious. Went for an emergency extraction of a wisdom tooth due to severe pain. They tried to charge me full price by claiming they couldnt run my insurance today and told me that Id be reimbursed once they could. Turns out reimbursement is them opening an account and you get credit towards future visits. Thats not reimbursement. This was unacceptable to me so I asked for a manager. Turns out my insurance could be ran today and it cut my bill by over 50%. Fast forward to a few hours later and I call back because of severe pain. The 800mg of ibuprofen they prescribed me isnt taking care of the pain. They told me to alternate between Tylenol and ibuprofen and that there was nothing else they could do today. Now i have to go to urgent care to get my pain taken care of. Terrible experience, terrible service.
