I had an appointment today. And I must say, they made me feel so comfortable. I couldnt wait to get home and write a review. The staff is amazing!!!

Loved walking in the office to smell freshly brewed coffee. From the inviting lobby to the friendly service this office is great. Cynthia did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Whyte is a pleasure. You feel like family from the time you walk in to the time you walk out. Won’t go anywhere else 😊.

Going to see Dr. Vancil isnt just a trip to the Dentist, it is a trip to school. Hell tell you exactly whats going on (complete with live action sketches) and he is passionate about your health and Dentistry. Not only is he awesome, he also refers you to other awesome professionals when needed. No review would be complete without talking about how awesome the rest of the team is as well. Super friendly and genuine...and always well stocked with donuts!

My family has gone to this office for about four years. All was well until Dr. Vancils wife started working in the office and doing the billing. She confused my insurance constantly. She told me over and over that I was uninsured. She refused to listen to me. When my insurance changed I called, mailed, and went in person because they kept saying they didnt have it which was completely impossible. They never reached out to me but instead sent me a bill for over $700 dollars going back to 2017. How far behind can they possible be not to mention the constant mistakes. When I called to address the issue she was so rude, blamed me and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. Check you billing statements. I do not recommend this office.

Dr. Vancil was so friendly and even made me feel COMFORTABLE! Thank you so much for taking me in on a Friday when you only do appointments only I really appreciate all your help answering all the questions I had, and taking the time to show me some things about my teeth that no dentist has taken the time to do before. I really appreciate you and will definitely tell my friends/ family!!

I had to have extractions done and I was very nervous. Dr. Vancil and his WHOLE staff made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this practice, they are very compassionate and genuine!! I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Buford location is immaculately clean. They go out of there way to know who you are your name everything to make you feel right at home. These group is really the best of the best. I have been with dr. Vancil for many years, and it has always been one hundred percent perfect You cannot go wrong with this dentist.

A very big Thank You to Dr. Vancil (and family) for helping me repair my chipped tooth on a Friday night at 8pm just hours before he was hosting a church youth group sleep over at his house. Not only did he call me right back when I left the emergent message but he spent the time to educate me on my tooth problem and repaired my tooth in minutes. I highly recommend Dr Vancil as he is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I will be returning to his office and will pass his name on to others who are looking for a good dentist!

Just had my first cleaning in over 3 years because my experiences with past dentists have not been good. But Dr. White did my cleaning and was very thorough and friendly. The rest of the staff is awesome as well.

Logan, my 11 year old son, had to have a molar pulled today (he broke it at school). Dr Vancil is absolutely THE BEST dentist you will ever find!! When you can pull a childs tooth (who normally would have a lot of anxiety and fear) and the child have *zero* anxiety or fear (about the needles or extraction) - then you know you are an incredible dentist :)) If you are looking for a dentist in the area - you wont find anyone better. Weve been coming here for years. All his patients love him GREAT dentist and GREAT person.

Best dentist office in Gwinnett. Dr. Vancil and Dr. White are fantastic. Will never go to another so long as I live here.

Dr Vancil is wonderful! I can’t say enough how great he is. Every time I have an issue the office gets me an appt usually same day! I just called to schedule an exam and the lady that answered the phone was short with me, unhelpful, and rude. This office just loss a new patient. Please be more professional when answering the phone.

Dr. Vancil and his staff are amazing. They have been taking care of my teeth for several years. I had terrible pain in a tooth and Dr. Vancil let me come in on a Saturday so that I wouldnt have to be in pain over the weekend. He got me fixed up and sacrificed his time with his family. He cares a great deal for his patients. I highly recommend him and his staff for all of your dental care needs.

Went for the first time a few weeks ago. Dr Vancil had been recommended and now I wish I had gone sooner as I think he would have recommended a mouth guard and maybe I would not have a cracked tooth now. He was very patient in explaining TMJ and did not oversell me on an expensive mouthguard. I appreciate that and the solution he put me is so far working great. He will be my regular dentist going forward.

I have horrible anxiety about dentistry and integrated sensory issues, and Dr Vancil was SO kind and compassionate and walked with me through every step. I think he is amazing.

In response to your negative response. Fitt is my married name. Youve cost me two teeth to be capped. You are very friendly, but that doesnt mean you know how to do your job. Overall though the work he did was terrible. He filled in cavities that other dentists have said he drilled too large of holes and patch them awfully. I have had three dentists comment on the bad work he did in my mouth as a teenager. I am now 27 and need more work bc of his past failures. I would recommend going to any other dentist who wont cause life long issues.
