Dr. Martin is absolutely AMAZING! He is very knowledgeable and listens to you when you explain where the pain is. He takes the time to make sure you feel better and caters every adjustment to your needs. I highly highly recommend him!!

Dr. Jeremy is fantastic but this place told me yesterday that they will now be automatically charging my debit card WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. Thats a bold move for a place that I am not under contract with. I told them they just lost my business and to remove me from their system. Any activity conducted against my debit card without my consent will result in legal action.I highly recommend Dr. Jeremy but do not recommend The Joint.

Dr. Jeremy Martin, the director of the Joint Chiropractic in Buford GA, is phenomenal. The technique that he employs for cervical adjustments is one that works when all others fail. No other chiropractor was able to adjust the right side of my neck prior to my coming into The Joint to see Dr. Jeremy, but he has never failed to fully adjust it. That side of my neck constantly felt cold, hollow, achy and dead - for lack of a better description. That feeling finally disappeared for good after four months of visits. I was in really bad shape when I showed up at this office but now I am pain free. Through a combination of regular adjustments, exercise, and listening to and actually applying Dr. Jeremys advice, I feel like a new man. I still come in at least 3 to 4 times a week because I feel the benefits. My job takes a toll on my body and Dr. Jeremy puts everything bac into place. Mostly good. If you don’t tell them specifically what is bothering you all they do is crack your back and get you out the door. When you tell them there’s an issue they dig in deeper and fix it. I’d like if they asked more questions and did a little more than a bare basic adjustment. Outside of that their deal for unlimited adjustments for a month at the regular fee is phenomenal. I’d join again and again just if I could get that

Im a regular member. I go to the Snellville location mostly. I was in the Buford area and stopped in for an adjustment. I was greeted and seen immediately. This was my first visit at the Buford location. Dr. Martin was very professional and asked me was it any certain areas I wanted him to focus on. Great visit and Ill be back whenever Im in the Buford area. The young lady at the front desk was professional and greeted me with a smile and a hello. Great jobs guys!!!!

Dr. Stephie at this location is fantastic. You can tell her what hurts or has been hurting for days and she gently works on your area of concern or pain. For example, I went in with my hip hurting for 3 days and now I realize it hasn’t hurt since my adjustment earlier today. I look forward to my weekly visits at this location.

I came in to weeks prior to my last appointment I had Dr. Stephie Grenier One of the best doctors I’ve had there she gave me a full adjustment and took care of my main pains. Today was my first day there. On Monday my husband and I were getting out my car and as I was getting out, I bent over to pick up my purse and my back went completely out. I screamed in complete and utter pain. My husband thought someone had attacked me. The pain was that bad...I suffered throughout the night from heating pads to ice packs from ice packs to Tylenol and Ibuprofen. ALL NIGHT!!! Well, I had to work on Tuesday and everyone saw that I was in terrible pain. One of my coworkers recommended The Joint and raved about how great he feels after he leaves there and told me I should try them. I called and made an appointment for today. Ive been to a Chiropractor before, but I forgot how it feels when you are leaving...The staff is so nice and accommodating. I felt so much better after my appointment. Im actually excited about my next visit. I was educated on how this issue with my back happened and how step by step it will be healed. I can really feel the difference and The Joint has a client for life.

Dr. Martin is the best. I’m the owner of Leap Parkour gym in suwanee. I am a long time practitioner of the sport of parkour which involves climbing, jumping over and off high objects and flips in outdoor environments . At 42 my back started hurting due to my every day activities. After going to him I have gotten so much better. He is one of the most attentive chiropractors I know and he actually cares about your results. I highly recommend the joint in Buford but more so this doctor.

I worked as a massage therapist in chiropractic offices for 10 years, and I have a couple issues that can be a bit difficult to adjust. My roommate started coming here and had a good experience, and since I now work as a jeweler down the road, I decided to give them a try when my neck desperately needed adjustment to stop headaches. The office is very clean and minimalist, but the equipment is top of the line. The receptionist was helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The Doctor I saw was very knowledgeable and was able to give me the adjustment I needed quickly but thoroughly, with very little discomfort. The first appointment took about an hour, but my next adjustments have only taken 5 min! I walk in (they dont take appointments, so I can come in at my convenience), get adjusted, and go! The best part is that they take FSA cards, so my membership is automatically charged to that card, which means I can afford it regardless of what my bills so to me actual bank account.The Joint is NOT for someone who has serious spinal issues or had been involved in a serious accident and needs x rays or other diagnostic tests. They are up front about that from the very beginning. If you have experience with chiropractic and need a regular adjustment to keep things moving correctly, I highly recommend coming to The Joint in Buford!

My father inlaw had total of 3 sessions. In which we were charged $69.00After that we were charged for the month of December $69.00 and January $69.00 for no reason. My father-in-law didnt even go for Than 3 times and each session was hardly 10 minWe were never told we have to come in and cancelIn order for the auto deduction to stop.We never signed up for any of that .Even tried calling on the number given . But no answer and we left voicemail

The worst place. Did nothing for my pain or back. They seemed like they wanted to just sell me a membership. The chiropractor was very rude. She told me what she was going to do was going to cause me a lot of pain. I took a second to try and process what she was saying. I think I didn’t respond to her fast enough so she told me to just get off of the table. That was the end of the session. I was shocked. She did nothing on my lower back. Can’t believe I wasted my money here. How can people treat new customers like this?! She had zero customer service skills.

I have been with the Joint for over 3 years.My primary chiropractor Dr. Axon is awesome is in Buford, Ga, and I enjoy the flexibility of going to different locations around metro Atlanta.Last week we were in Myrtle Beach, SC and I got adjusted and a few years ago we were in Minnesota found a Joint not far from Minneapolis.I think the Joint is good value for the money, and the weekly adjustments help with my neck and lower back pain.

Dr. Bennett is AMAZING! I’m convinced, she must actually be a caring person. I say this because she takes such care for me as a patient. One day while getting an alignment, just in passing, I mentioned a shoulder pain I had been experiencing for a few months. She then performed a maneuver that has rendered my shoulder virtually pain free. To the point, I canceled my scheduled visit to my shoulder specialist. It’s almost unbelievable how much it’s improved! I can’t explain how highly I think of her as practitioner, and I most certainly recommend her to anyone in need of chiropractic therapy in the North Atlanta Area. You won’t be disappointed!

Today, I visited The Joint in Buford for the first time and met Dr. Axon after doing a ton of research concerning my options in regards to chiropractic care. It is an understatement to say that my research brought me to the right place. I have been battling back related pain for several years though recently it has become more pronounced. Dr. Axon is very knowledgeable and took me through what is at issue after listening to me and then performing a thorough exam. After my adjustment, I feel great and havent felt this way in quite some time. He then put a recovery plan in place and with their flexible hours, it will be extremely easy to adhere to I highly recommend!
