I just got my hair done there and they did great if I could give more stars I would. She trimmed my ends to perfection and was able to deal with my 4a/4b hair which is what I was nervous about. Prices were affordable and staff was really nice. Thank you guys so mich for saving my hair for Thanksgiving 😂

My first time there, I initially went to get a specific treatment, one that I’ve been doing my whole life, but after taking a look at my hair the owner, Silvia, recommended a different approach that would be a healthier alternative. She explained what it would it do and the benefits to my hair which only reassured me that she was experienced and professional. Will be coming here regularly now.

Ive gone here multiple times and have had a great experiences!!! The owner is sweet and really knows what she is doing :) I would recommend her any day and trust me if you want to leave feeling like a model then you HAVE to go here and check it out! JUST AMAZING!!!

This is a really good salon. I’ve been coming for close to two years and even with a change in ownership, I’m still satisfied. The new owner Sylvia is highly professional, courteous and genuinely cares about her client’s experience. Samir is a great stylist and does phenomenal work with African American hair. He has a slight language barrier however the work he performs is well worth it! They use good products here and can pretty much do anything. I’ve had the Botox and Keratin treatment. Sylvia is a master at color and colored by extensions several times. All around good experience here. They appreciate customer retention.

I had walked in asking for them to straighten my hair then curl it after. I guess he didn’t understand what I was saying so he just nodded his head then wouldn’t let me look in the mirror then when he was finish I saw and it was not the curls I asked for in the pic that I showed then HE HAD GOTTEN MAD, and started PULLING MY HAIR while he was doing it. THEN HAD AN ATTITUDE AND STARTED TALKING MESS IN SPANISH AND DIDNT THINK I UNDERSTOOD WHAT HE WAS SAYING BUT I DID. BAD BUSINESS PLACE DONT WASTE MONEY HERE .

I really loved everything about my experience here. The owner was so nice, knowledgeable about what products work best for my natural hair.The gentlemen that blew it out and flat ironed it was AHHMazing! I walked out today feeling on top of the world.

I get my hair done here regurlarly. Color, cut and styling. Sílvia is always careful and does the best for my hair. My hair is healthy and beautiful all the time.

Bad customer service i set up an appt on Sunday which was CONFIRMED via text got there the next day at 1150 looked inside lights off .. so i called the number on the screen.. NO ANSWER called the number she confirmed the appt with me .. boss lady of shop i told her im here i dont see lady who suppose to do my hair she asked is door locked i said yes & lights are off she said give me 10 mins call you back .. 10 mins went by no call so i called her she said YEA SO SORRY SHE DONT ANSWER NOTHING I CAN DO .. & HUNG UPNEVER AGAIN !!

Great place they really care about your hair

Very rude and don’t even greet you when you come in the owner sat down at wash bowl to get her hair done. Eventually say something after a older lady told her we was waiting she seen us at desk waiting for help way before. Not welcoming at all will take my money somewhere else

My hair literally only lasted a day !!!! The next morning it was terribleSo there’s more !!!! Once I was done wearing my hair down I attempted to put my hair in two ponytails , and found this !!!! A bald spot that came from him combing my hair so tough with that small rat tooth comb !!!!!!!IMG_0733.JPG
