Best deep tissue massage. I usually do the chair massage and reflexology. They use a lot of pressure which is what I need and benefit from but it can be painful but it’s worth it in the end. I feel so relaxed after and feel like I’m walking on water afterwards. I would recommend them for massage and reflexology especially if you like deep tissue. I have been coming here for 7 years or so.

Ive never gone here due to poor reveiws and they dont do full body table massages but it was really really good even if it was only a chair massage and the foot massage was way better then the place Ive been going. I will definitely go back! Very polite too. I really wish they did full body table massage too!

I had a phenomenal experience at Jenny’s.I had walked by it once and I decided to look it up-was really pleasantly surprised by the great environment and prices!I booked a 90min massage as a new customer with Michael and it was $90.He asked if I had any areas I wanted to focus on and was careful to check on me throughout the massage. Will definitely be going back!!!

If you go to the Boulevard location, expect a lot of eye rolls and sighs by the lady working there. She obviously does not like her job. The very last time I tried to give them another chance, I walked in and asked what the wait time was and she said, ‘a long time.’ And then stared at me until I walked out, and looked relieved.

What was I thinking going to this place in the mall? That the mall itself was dead enough to make it private? If you’ve ever been to good reflexology in calming private rooms-this is not that. The chairs, towels and buckets? all seemed second hand and the place was bright enough to read. My conversations with friend was not private and I didn’t feel we could talk anyway because people were getting massages a few feet away.

I hadnt had a massage in almost 6 months and going here was the best decision Ive made in Buffalo. I didnt know how tensed I really was. The guy that was working on me put everything he had into making sure I left feeling better than I did coming in. I got 30 mins on the chair, and 30 mins foot massage. Both were beyond incredible. I have foot pain EVERYDAY and since my visit to Jennys, Ive had days with almost no pain. Definitely going back!

I have been visiting this location for years since they opened. They used to be great, but recently they have become unprofessional and rude. The last time I was in I asked for a specific employee to give me my chair massage. The man who I asked yelled at me in his native language and pointed to the chair. He continued to speak loudly and hostilely to another employee through my entire 30 minute massage. I had even apologized to him before hand and told him that I meant no disrespect. Any salon setting business typically allows for the patron to request the employee that will service them so I didn’t see anything wrong by asking. This employee yelled and made me extremely uncomfortable for the entire massage. So much so that another employee asked him in English to please stop. It was incredibly unprofessional and unpleasant. For all of the money I’ve spent there over the years I do not expect to be treated this way. Do not waste your time or money with these people. In reading other reviews I see this is now their common practice. Rude, rushed and even stealing money from their patrons. BAD BUSINESS!! Go ANYWHERE else.

This place is absolute trash, unprofessional and greedy people who have no formal training. They hand out cards when you visit that state “after 20 minutes for up to 10 visits, you will get one 20 mom FREE” - 20 minutes x 10 visits is 200 minutes. I have paid for 45 minute reflexology sessions for a year now and had 9 of them all together - that’s 360 minutes paid for on my part. I’ve been giving them money for a long time. They told me they wouldn’t honor all I’ve paid for because I need to visit 10 times... even though the card clearly states “UP TO 10 visits”, not simply “after 10 visits”. I then asked what I’d get for free if I created a 10th visit and was told “20 minutes” - except I’ve paid for all 45 minute reflexology visits. I understand their English is poor and they really are hard working people, but they shouldn’t give out the cards at all if they don’t understand how to honor them. How much I’ve paid them does no justice to their system. Honestly - they do crappy business. Aside from that, what they are offering is probably not legitimate reflexology and I HAVE been bruised by their chair massages. Save yourself the headache - massages aren’t meant to be bought in the mall.

Used to go a lot but no more. The second last time I went, the guy giving the massage smelled of cigarette smoke. I then asked him to wash his hands, and he did.Yesterday we went and I was going to treat my daughter and myself to a 60 minute treatment (30 minute chair massage/30 minute foot reflexology for $60). However, when they were giving us the chair massage, the two men carried on a loud conversation. (right in my ear). It was not relaxing. I asked them if they could please stop talking so loud....I sensed a bit of hostility from them (they didnt speak much English), so I told them to just reduce it to a 30-minute chair massage. Since I usually pay $60 there and tip $10, I expect it to be a relaxing experience, which it wasnt. I can go to a private massage therapist for the same price.

Worth the money 100%. Theyre not fancy highly trained massage people, but the guy I got knew the target spots, and had strong hands. I did 30min for $30.

I have been going to Jennys Reflexology for many years. I loved it, and brought them a lot of business including my brother and sister in law, grandmother, mother, friends, and even my son. But, the place has really changed in a negative way. Over the last few visits the workers have begun to get more relaxed, leaving for a smoke break, talking and laughing to each other, and many other things. About a month ago, my son (10 yr old who has growing pains in his feet) and I went and both got 45 min foot massages. When I went to pay, I turned in my my card with all ten sessions filled in, so I would get a free 20min. The woman at the register was yelling to the other workers and looking at the card for like 4 mins. Then she tried to tell me NO and I said YES. Finally, she gave in for whatever reason and I paid my $70 and left. I was hoping that was a one time thing. So yesterday, my son asked if we could go and get a foot massage, so I said yes. My brother came with us. We all wanted 45min foot massage. We walked in at 6:05 pm and they said 30 min. we walked around and came back at 6:25 (so we wouldnt skip us). When we went back they skipped us over and over. Myself and another customer asked what was happening, and one worker said for me to sit down. My brother and I kind of laughed about it and said it was a language thing. My son and I got a chair at about 7:35 and my brother at 7:55pm (I know I cant believe that we didnt leave ,but I promised my son). During our massages they were yelling to each other and laughing and being really rude. But, that wasnt even the worst part. When cashing out my total was $90, and I gave $100 cash. As I was waiting for my change she closed the drawer and said Bye. I said you forgot my $10 change. She was talking and yelling to all of the other workers and laughing. I had no idea what was being said. The man that did my massage came behind the register. She finally laid out $10, but closer to her then me. So, I went to grab it, and she said NO! not for you. I had no idea what she meant. I said yes, that is my change. She started to say something that I didnt understand. So he grabbed a receipt and pointed to the word tip. I said tip? They both said yes. I said oh no, you do not take your own tip or tell me what I leave for a tip. Especially after waiting almost 2 hours and getting the horrible treatment. She started yelling at me and saying BYE BYE BYE. We left but I couldnt sleep thinking about it. So I decided to write this. Now I am wondering how many times they did this to me without me realizing, and me also leaving a tip. What a rip off. So, needless to say I will not go back...ever!

After reading reviews on some other mall massage stores I was a little leary of trying Jennys Reflexology in the Eastern Hills Mall. I had the 10 minute chair massage ($12) and it was absolutely the best chair massage Ive ever had! The massage therapist started with my neck, went to my shoulders and worked his way down. He even went over the 10 minute limit - I heard the timer go off but kept going until he was done. The store was clean, the chairs were new and clean, it was quiet and just a wonderful experience. I felt great when I walked out of there. I highly recommend Jennys Reflexology.

Did the 2 hour pkg-it completely removed years worth of stress I had been carrying. Ive been to every kind of local LMT & no one was able to do what Mark did-truly a miracle worker who knew reflexology (I have been to the best of the best). If you want real results, go there!

It was nice, but they never asked for any medical history and it was hard to communicate for answers. I found later after researching that there are board certified Reflexologists. ARCB American Reflexology Certification Board that is a national standard for Reflexologists. They were not on it. There were local people who are on it.

Horrible folks, no ethics ... wont go there again. They asked us to come back in 40 minutes, double booked and then tried to lie to talk themselves out of accepting saying they dont offer service for that duration or feigned to not understand english well. They talk loudly among themselves, have gotten cocky, indifferent and careless over time, far cry from how they were years ago when they started
