All communications, visits, follow up, surgery, results, support staff, and anything else I have forgotten to mention, went very well. I woke up with my eye swollen shut and tried to go to Stellis Health Urgent Care in Buffalo and the receptionist walked me next door and asked the secretary at West Metro Opthamology if they could squeeze me in. Within five minutes of walking in WITHOUT an appointment and new to the clinic I was seen. I was treated kindly and taken very seriously. The doctor was very concerned about my eye infection, did a thorough examine and put me on a stronger antibiotic which my eye infection is thankfully finally responding to. I can see through my right eye now for the firat time in days. The doctor was adamant I come back Friday when again, they will be squeezing me in on their lunch break. In my experience, this level of care is rare. They treated me (as a new patient with no appointment) like their absolute top priority.
