Ever since dr.Daniels left they have fell apart , they are under staff , unprofessional and very inconsiderate

LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Friedan! Unfortunately, we have stopped seeing her because we moved too far, but would recommend her to anyone! Very sweet and thorough and answered every question about any concerns that we had about our son.

Great experience with doctors!! Chris is awesome & so nice! The front desk staff wasnt so nice when i first decided to bring my kids here but theyve made improvements so i decided to change my review. i would & do recommend main peds.

My son has been a patient here since he was born. I love the whole staff.

I had to find out from my wife she was ask was my son “Autistic followed by is he slow?” by a worker who sits in the lobby. This was not taking serious and we’ve been sending our children longer than worker has worked there. Extreme discrimination of ppl that may display disabilities.

The nurses and office staff, as well the doctors, are outstanding and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Doctor Chris, nurse Robin, Dr. Friedan and Dr. Daniels have taken such thoughtful care of our two youngest.

FIND A DIFFERENT PEDIATRICIANS OFFICE IF YOU LOVE YOUR CHILD!!! Although we have had some terrific experiences with doctors at main pediatrics, I agree with Marielyn Santiago (an earlier reviewer) with respect to lack of professionalism of the staff and organisation of Main Pediatrics management. There are numerous forms of lack of organization and lackadaisical approach to record keeping and handling patient concerns at this pediatricians office. First, I called for very urgent and important reasons regarding my sons appointment and health that needed to be address asap and they buried the message until many days later when a response was already long overdue. When I called back to check on the issue, they first denied that I call in the first place, after arguing for a while giving them the exact date, time and who I asked to speak with, they dug into their piles and indeed found my message buried under a pile. Another time, I needed a document to be signed to report my sons heath record and they insisted that I brought the document in. I had to send my extremely busy wife there to stand in front of the staff while I faxed it from my office after which they asked us to wait for 7days to come back. A week after when I called back, first, I called before the closing hours but they had turned over the line to the external answering system. When I brought up the illegality of advertising that they closed at 5 while they actually turn off their phone much earlier before that, the agent at the external answering system was forced to call the office to get me an attendant who actually was still on sit. After speaking with the attendant who didnt even apologoze, she told me regarding my sons document that they had no such document on record! Apparently, someone didnt file the document either. There were other cases of outright irresponsibility on the part of the staff. One of the most recent and very annoying instance was a bill they sent to my house harassing me that it was due already. As an inquisitive person and out of frustration with them, I decided to call them and ask why I was being given such a high bill despite my insurance and additionally being harassed via mail. Apparently, someone else was again not doing their job and I was being harassed for the wrong bill. I only needed to pay a $10 co-pay instead of the huge amount that I was being harassed to pay. To cover themselves up, I have no idea what they have said among themselves, but they sent my son a letter kicking him out without any sense of remorse or sincere apology to us for all they be put us through. WHAT AN INSULTING AND DISRESPECTFUL ACT. I really pity my son for being treated that irresponsibly and disrespectfully from people that we trusted his health to since birth😢😢😢. Im considering suing them for malpracrice on numerous counts!!!

The assistants are unprofessional and unorganized. The staff treats all patients as if were ALL uneducated and from the hood. This is NOT where you should bring a sick child. Dr. Daniels may want to get rid of his staff before his practice goes under.

The doctors & nurses are great! The office staff is unprofessional, and not timely.
