Dr franchetti is amazing I switch to her for an endo doc and she brought my thyroid levels up. Im so happy that I feel normal again.

I Love my Doctor Frachetti, I also Love the PA there Kierstein Habdo. I will not see anyone else there. I truly feel like my life is safe in their hands. So if you need to see someone about your Diabetes please go see them. I Pray for my Doctors, thats just how much I Love them...

I was referred to Dr. Fraschettis office by multiple people who are current patients. Ive tried numerous times to make an appointment but no one answers the phone nor has anyone responded to my voicemails.

Dr. Katherine saved my life! Her P.A., Kiersten Habdo, is very good too. Truly a gem of a practice. I feel they are on top of the latest research as they answer all your questions. Highly recommend them for endocrinology issues.

First time there and I had the doctors assistant Kiersten and she was very good . She took her time...never felt rushed and she went through alot of information. I felt very pleased and comfortable in talking with her ...shes very good and I was very grateful in the way she took care of me .

I had a an excellent experience with Dr Frachettis office. I was set up with her PA, Kiersten Habdo, she was amazing! Very kind, informative, and she was genuinely happy to help me. Its located in Buffalo, so I didnt have to drive to awful Williamsville. Thats a huge plus. I highly recommend this practice.

I am very happy with Dr. Frachetti. She is very knowledgeable and takes as much time as needed to make sure you completely understand everything. I am a unique patient with a system that processes medication different than most and some doctors get frustrated trying to get the dosage I need figured out but not her. My last endocrinologist was very smart but couldnt explain things to patients that made you feel confident. I would recommend Dr Frachetti to anyone especially if you are a difficult case. She saved me a lot of money on copays by sending my prescription directly to the supplier in Florida for a 90 day supply because it was cheaper than a 30 day supply from my local pharmacy. I have been a diabetic for 30 years, I have never in my adult life had good control. I started seeing Dr. Frachetti over 4 years ago at the Louisiana Street office and followed her to her Delaware office as she is the best endocrinologist I ever had. Within 3 months of seeing her she started me on a pump and things have never been better. She is very compassionate and is always so attentive to my needs and concerns. I recommend her to all diabetics! Her office is fast and I can call and get answers that same day. I feel like I found a Dr that actually cares about her patients and not just money. Thank you for helping me get where I needed to be for years!😊

Shes the most passionate, considerate woman. Though my lab results came back normal and we couldnt find a solution to my problem, she explained everything to me and did all she could. You feel very comfortable with her and she really makes you feel like youre her only patient.I would definitely recommend her.

I went for a gestational diabetes consult and cant say more about her. She spent plenty of time answering and explaining options. Would recommend her for sure!

Dr. Frachetti is great! She will hear you out, and tell you how it is. Even if you don’t agree with her she always has your best interest

I have been going to Dr. Frachettis office for almost a year now, no long wait times, the staff is friendly and responsive! She listens to your concerns and is very understanding. I would not recommend any other Endocrinologist over her!

Had a first appointment scheduled, hoping this would be a better endocrinologist experience than in my past. Accidentally made another appointment for this day, called Dr. Frachetti to cancel. Left a message saying I would have to reschedule. Never heard back from them, but received a letter a week later explaining that since I had a no call/no show appointment, they would no longer allow me to be seen by Dr. Frachetti. Pretty unproffesional in my opinion, considering my GP made the initial appt. for me and I had then proceeded to not hear anything from Frachetti or anyone in her office. NO appointment reminder/confirmation, NO returned call after leaving a message, just a letter in the mail explaining that the doctor/patient relationship could not be continued. They apparently dont have the decency to even call their patients, or else there would probably be a lot less confusion on both ends.

She is one of the most attentive Endocrine doctors I have ever seen. This is a small office so you should be understanding that sometimes your questions are not answered right away, however they just implemented a online portal that i hear helps with their efficiency and ability to get you the things you need quicker.As for my health, she has helped me get my glycemic control better than it has ever been by listening and problem solving with me. She never yells like my other doctor but rather informs you of how you can improve with small steps. I have never felt so much better about my Diabetes treatment and LOVEEEEEE how I am treated. I would also like to mention, unlike other offices, you dont feel rushed and rather she takes the time to cover all of your concerns. I am also down in weight and my other lab values are soooo much better! IF you want personalized treatment and not feeling like your just another number check her out!

My husband been diabe tic for 25 years and the only dr that helped him to control his diabetes is dr Katherine Frachetti I love her

Very unhelpful staff that answers the phone. If you are looking for someone that will help you to get an apportionment, I would not recommend this practice.

The woman who runs the office is a complete imbecile. She tells patients there is no copay due. When you get a bill and complain the Dr. drops you because she cant handle an angry customer. This happened not only to my wife but a friend of hers.
