Set an appointment for Saturday at 9:45….. I show up and they are closed which is odd because I received a text message for my appointment that day?? Try to call their customer service line…. and what do you know, they don’t have any customer service on the weekend. Someone should fix their online calendars.

It is difficult to go in there and feel the staff does not care about you. They go in and out of the room, they look at the public waiting and go back to the room. They really take a long time to call the people in. Being this a private business, I will advise to oversee this facility a little more, there much more services that can be provided if the staff who probably earn good money put the effort on it. My experience yesterday and before yesterday is the following: I attempted to go there as a walk in. It appeared I did not complete the check in properly, after waiting for 20 minutes I asked the staff if she could check for me if I was in. She refused to look at it, what kind of service is that? I did a second check in and was fine. I was unable to stay because I needed to return to work. But can you imagine a person with disabilities, limited mobility or an elderly? Explain to them that we provide income to the company by using the services and at the very least they should be more helpful and kind. Before yesterday, my impression is that the staff is so unfriendly and lack of customer service skills. I will visit the office again today. We will see how this will go.

I got up at 6:00 AM this morning to have blood work done. I got there only to find a sign on the door saying This Location is Temporarily Closed, with no indication as to when it will reopen. There was another client there, as well, so we both wasted a trip!You should have the decency to update your website to indicate this, especially since the site still says you have hours today. I normally have no issue with this location but, today, not so much

Made appointment 4 weeks ago for Sat. Only to see a sogn at door saying temp closed on Sat..my dad needed this bloodwork bad ...never coming back here

I had a horrible experience in this location there were 2 employees it was a short wait but the person who I had to draw my blood was first very rude and impersonal I explained to her that it would be better to draw my blood in my hand she barely tried she tried the other hand same results she accused me of being dehydrated which I knew was wrong I had been drinking water all morning. I feel she didnt try and felt she could tell me to go somewhere else. There was another person in the office I asked her if the other person could try she said no because she said she was new no concern that I was there at 5am

Had a horrible experience today! Had an 11:45 appointment and arrived at 11:40 and the waiting room was full with walk ins. I thought no problem because the web site says they take appointments over walk ins. NOT TRUE! Sat there for 50 minutes and watched while they took walk in after walk in even though my name was on the top of the list stating I had a 1 minutes wait left. Finally walked out when they took a 12:00 appointment before me. I told them I had an 11:45 appointment and I has at the top of the queue for over 20 minutes while they kept taking other people and the response was someone will call you soon. Will find another lab to go to.

I wonder if it’s the same rude Phlebotomist that is mentioned in all these reviews. Very rude and bad attitude. Enough for me to bother writing a review.

I wish I would have gotten the name of the phlebotomist who took my blood today. She was so good. I had no clue she had even changed tubes. Within moments she was done. I looked up and said thats it? Crazy fast and accurate. Thank you to whomever she is.

My young daughter had to get bloodwork done, and the technician was unprofessional and rude. She mumbled when she talked, did not make eye contact, and gave zero direction. She treated us like we automatically knew what to do. She also had food on her desk near where the patient sits. We mustve interrupted her breakfast or something. It was all very upsetting.

This location is temporarily closed. They should let people know. Very unprofessional!!!!

Ago🔻March, 2021 I have to give another 5 Stars. I witnessed an organized and courteous approach in handling everyone during this Covid-19 pandemic. And I am giving a special shout out to Kyaida. Yes, I found another good Phelbotonist, who can draw blood first time on 💉target, and no spill over of blood in the vein 👍 THANK YOU!🔻Oct. 2021 update.  Sorry, I can't give 5 Stars this time.  I don't know why the young lady named Jordan inserted the needle to draw blood in the mid calf muscle of my arm, instead of the  elbow bent crease of the arm, where I have very visible veins.   The result was a swollen painful knot where the needle was inserted.  And the next day, 2" down in that area dark red bruises, as if there is bleeding in my arm.  Last month I had the same TSH test done, and blood drawn in the regular way, and it was perfect.  No swollen painful knot.  No bleeding bruising.  It's has me wondering?

I had an appointment scheduled and my wait time was 1 hour. Thats just to long of a wait when you have an appointment.

Horrible experience and rude technician, the one who plainly tells customers to get out (like customers walk in her house) and she wouldn’t give her name, then claims there is no manager in the location to talk to.I would give a zero if I could.

I am so happy. I have a phobia of blood work and have been putting this off for 15 years. I did a walk in online apt and I was literally out in under 5 minutes, the actually test was like 10 seconds. And Lynn was very kind and understanding of my phobia. Very professional. I really appreciated this! And it wasnt even as bad as I imagined

My favorite of all the Quest Labs in the area! Everyone is friendly and extremely efficient. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes with an appointment and no more than 15 even without one.

Just waited 30 minutes for an appointment only to find out that checking in through the phone does not check you in for the appointment at all. Instead it checks you in to wait in your car then in the lobby. Clearly theres a flaw in the customer service here.. no representatives here either just nurses and a doorman.

I am HERE NOW. MY APPOINTMENT IS FOR 20 mins ago. There is now 20 people stuffed in the waiting room. One of the workers came out, looked around unfazed, and walked into the back.This is disturbing. How can it take hours to draw blood WITH AN APPOINTMENT

I walked in about 10am and when I signed in, she told me not to sit. They took me right in, I had 2 girls helping me. They were both so nice and they had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. If I need to go back to Quest, I will definitely visit this one again!

You call on the phone and it tells you to check the web site, great but the web site is WRONG! Drove a long distance just to arrive at a closed office. Disappointed at the inability to maintain correct web information when the company directs you to it! Not to impressed, they can do better (and should)

I showed up about 10 minutes before they closed. They took me back immediately which was great. I then looked for the script for my bloodwork and noticed I may have left it home by accident. I asked the tech if she could call my doctors office and get the script sent over since I have an appointment tomorrow. She tells me I cant we close in 10 minutes. It is now 1:10pm and as I sit outside the building typing this review she hasnt exited the building. So you mean to tell me that in all this time you couldnt call to get the script sent over because youre in a hurry to close, but yet havent left? Yep. Im convinced that the techs they hire nowadays are pure trash.

The staff are Friendly an call u back quick but none of my results go to my doctors on time especially if I have a second dr doctor on the script

Wednesday morning, I walked in without an appointment a few minutes before 6am, signed in, had blood drawn for a full battery of tests, gave a urine sample and was back in my car at 6:13am. And I didnt feel the stick for the draw either. Its the only place Ill go from here on out.

We had to leave my appointment because they wouldn’t call to talk to my doctor even though it’s their policy to do so. While waiting an Asian women (I don’t remember her name) was called back and when she kindly corrected the women on her name was told “yeah ok whatever come on”

Ive been here a few times, always fast and courteous service! Staff is awesome!

The wait was horrible. Time went from 6 min to 16 min. To 30 min. They had one person working and a room full of patients. Finally left everafter 45 min. Never again will I go theres

Uh... this was my last hope to get a drug test in 48 hours for a job and it’s actually only open till 1pm. So that’s great.

Worst place ever to get blood work it took 3 separate attempts to get it done .. first time at Lawn ave I had to leave after 3 hour wait the next attempt at Deleware that location it took 2 attempts the second time I finally got it with just under 4hrs cant believe I did that..thats the reason I always go to Catholic health never wait just walk in and out what a world of difference never again wasting my time again waiting at quest they got a 1 star just to get to write this review

I received terrible customer service from one of the technicians. She seemed to hate her job and was not so happy to see me. I had to go to the restroom before my appt. and she seemed annoyed that I asked to use the restroom. She was curt, short and rude. She ran the needle into my arm with no mercy, I had no warning. It was so painful I could not keep myself from swearing as she stuck it in. It was the worst experience I have had with a technician. She was a short, petite, African american lady in her mid 40 to early 50s. I would recommend no one be serviced by her. One star rating is too high for the service I received.

I had a 1215 appointment and showed up at 12. It is now 130 still have not been called. When I asked they said I didnt have an appointment even tho my name is on the board as to be called next. All I need was blood drawn....

I had a 9:30am appointment and had to leave at 11am when my name had still not been called and I had another appointment across town. My name was listed as first on the waitlist for the entire time I was there and always had either a 1 minute or 2 minute wait time listed. There was no one at the receptionists desk to talk to to clear up what was going on. The staff seemed friendly but I eventually scheduled another appointment at a different Quest Diagnostics in another part of the city.

I find this office to be professional, efficient, and friendly. I have gone to other Quest locations throughout Western New York and by far this one is the best one.

Staff always polite and friendly. People who complain are probably walk-ins. If you schedule your appointment, they take you on time.
