Great cleaning and check with Kath and Dr Liska!

I hope that I can return to this review for future edits, as my journey evolves, but I want to say that my first two visits have been nothing short of excellent. Having had orthodontic work done here 20+ years ago, it left an impression of feeling like home. Upon my return recently, as a patient, I was nervous. In recent years past, I avoided the dentist. I was scared. Too much history (outside of their office, when I was much younger) that was unpleasant. It feels strange saying Im scared of going to the dentist at 30+ years old! But if you know- you know! In previous months Id decided I needed to be in a different mindset if this would ever change. I wanted to look forward to the dentist visits as a reward. So, I changed my approach. I took better care at home, and rewarded myself by scheduling a visit to begin the journey back to better mouth health. As luck would have it, I chipped an old filling on my front tooth and needed to be seen quickly! I saw Dr. Kuzma, and his assistant Brenda for that visit. They shared with me that not only could they fix the chip, but they could begin some of the more superficial work as I awaited my upcoming deep clean and imaging. This literally thrilled me because I have been wanting my healthy mouth back! Sharing all of this was an incredibly vulnerable thing and both of them took it in stride, no frills, no fuss, just care and taking action to help me move forward. I already see an overwhelming improvement in just 2 visits and rather than dreading the future visits- I asked to be certain that Im on the call list (for cancellations) so that I can get in sooner. Thank you Buffalo Dental Group, Dr. Kuzma, and Brenda for beginning this journey with me. I appreciate you, so much.

Very friendly staff, in a super relaxing atmosphere. You are talked to like a real person, never talked down too, they have always treated me with dignity and respect no matter how horrible I take care of my teeth.I do feel very embarrassed by how I have taken care of my teeth, always apprehensive about going. After I leave I have always felt like wow, they dont care so much about what should have been done to prevent such a mess, compared to what can we do to help you maintain what you have.😀Thank you Buffalo Dental Group!!

Dr. Kuzma and his staff at Buffalo Dental Group are top notch! My kids LOVE going to the dentist and ask when they get to go again because of the positivity, kindness, and the time they take to show them how important they are. Thank you!!!

As a new patient at Buffalo Dental, I was impressed by the friendly efficient treatment I received. Dr. Liska informed me of the corrective procedures performed during my appointment and I left a satisfied and happy patient.

Staff seem to be a little condescending. A dental hygienist there once equated not letting my children run out into the middle of a street with skipping a flossing. Really not the same thing...One of the dentists recently suggested that my sons overbite might be due to the fact that he (my son) didnt nurse long enough and went to a bottle too soon which formed the shape of his mouth. That might very well be true, but you probably dont want to say that to your patients when theres nothing they can do about it.

The cleaning I had yesterday with Melanie is the best I have ever had. I usually leave after a cleaning with a sore mouth and I didnt yesterday. She was so gentle but yet did a great job. I will continue seeing her and only her. Thank you Melanie.

I had my teeth cleaned today and was extremely happy with the care given toward cleaning my teeth plus all of the preventive measures used to protect all of us from Covid. The dental office is doing a fantastic job. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for great dental care.

I called asking for information on a family member and the receptionist Kathy was not very willing to help. She seemed rude and short with everything I was trying to ask about! Not impressed with her customer service.

I came in today To get a new mouth guard. Julie was great. They looked at my old ones and made changes. Great friendly staff and really good dental care too!

Had a chipped front tooth the day before our spring trip! They were able to get me in the next morning and did a fabulous job! Thank you very very much!

Went to Buffalo Dental Group with a bad toothache and they were not only very helpful over the phone beforehand but also persistent about getting me in that same day for an emergency visit. I was expecting them to look over everything and send me on my way with some antibiotics and a phone number for an oral surgeon. With confidence the dentist told me he would be about to remove the roots from the spot that there once was a tooth but slowly broke away. After he successfully did that, he talked to me about my wisdom tooth that was directly behind that spot and how it would most likely be a problem too in the near future. Being that I was already there and completely numb he gave me an awesome deal on removing the wisdom tooth as well right on the spot. Definitely made the right choice going to Buffalo Dental Group and will recommend them whenever possible.

I went in to have a cavity filled. I was greeted by the super friendly office staff immediately upon walking in. All of the staff, including Dr. Kuzma, were great with the little guy I had with and included him too! I felt absolutely no pain during my visit or after the novocaine wore off (and Im a big baby when it comes to having dental work done). I have been coming to Buffalo Dental Group since I was 7 years old and have never had a negative experience. My kids love it here too!

I have been going to Buffalo Dental Group for over 30 years. Im always impressed by their high level of professionalism yet everyone I come in with is very friendly. Today I went in for gum tenderness/irritation that had been getting progressively worse. Of course, the day of my appointment my gums feel much better, almost like normal. I thought I should still follow through with the appointment. The dental hygienist checked my gums as did the dentist...very thoroughly. It appeared that food had gotten between the tooth and gum. For this service...no charge. It is nice to see that companies appreciate their customers and not charge for their time when they certainly could have.

My experience went very well. Heidi was very considerate and did a great job cleaning my teeth!
