Been going here since Ileana moved to this location. She always does a fantastic job, shes very easy to schedule with, and friendly! For a mens cut shes always done within 20 minutes and it always comes out well.

It was such a clean environment, and over-all it was perfectly peaceful, relaxing, and professional! I will be back for sure! You will definitely be impressed by Linda and the staff at Montage! Reception staff was welcoming. Pedicure area was clean, massage chairs relaxing, technician was professional and did a great job. And price for full pedicure was very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Montage West Salon!

Had a Spa gift card I received for my birthday and this was one of the few places listed for a mani pedi I wanted to get. The girls there where amazing and so kind and friendly. Was very clean and neat and spent about 1 1/2 hrs.with my mom and I. Definitely will go back for other services they offer.

Huge disappointment and absolute nightmare! I had booked them to do my wedding hair and makeup along with my bridal party and that will not be happening. I made an appointment for my trial only to get in there for the appointment and It was not booked in the system. My trial was ruined, they did not have a proper makeup kit, which included no mascara! I had to call someone to bring my own makeup so I could finish, my wedding portrait I had booked for later that day was ruined! It has been a long time since I felt so bad about myself.They have serious staffing and management issues. Do not use them for bridal services!@ Montage, You do not take it seriously! I got a call from your salon this morning telling me that you lacked the staffing to accommodate by bridal party and canceling the booking I made in May! I asked for a manager or owner to call me back over a week ago and they never did! I found someone else for that day and thank goodness I did or you would have left me in limbo weeks before my wedding! No attempts were made by your salon to resolve my issues!

I followed my stylist here. Nice atmosphere. Its also a day spa, but I dont know anything about that yet..

Best pedicure Ive ever had! (Given by Rachel) The staff was very sweet and professional, not to mention very knowledgeable! I was recommended this place and am so glad I checked it out! I will def be returning :) the owner was also a very sweet lady who was very welcoming.

Got a manicure I had to completely re-do when I got home, the polish was applied completely unevenly. The entire time I was there the staff was bad mouthing the receptionist which was completely unprofessional, they aired all of the dirty laundry of the salon. Among many other problems. Dont waste your time or money, not even on a Groupon.

I saw Ronald Louis Campanelli . I received the best hair color with highlights and lowlights and best haircut of my life. Everyone there was friendly and professional. Highly recommend .

LOVED my mani pedi with Sophia - she really takes her time and is such a delightful person. I sent my mother to get one with her too and she thought the same thing. My regular mani pedi lasted so long too. Definitely go see Sophia for your next mani pedi. They have a special on Groupon so you can try it out. If you do go because of this review please tell her I will see her soon!Also Zahida gives the most amazing facials! I feel bad that I have literally been going to her for two years and it has taken me so long to write a review. Go see her! I have been going to this salon for 5 yrs. I have had hair, waxing, massages, facials, pedicures!! Everyone is always very friendly and does a wonderful job!

I had a Facial and Massage, the massage therapist was slightly socially awkward but gave a fairly good massage. The Facial was the worst I have ever received. She told me right at the beginning that my facial would not be a relaxing one, because she didnt believe in that. Ok, so it will be beneficial - I am fine with that! She roughly goes through a cleanse and tells me that my skin is perfect and that I can use OTC products without a problem. I have already told her that I use professional Spa grade products, but whatever. Now let me take a moment to say, she has long dagger artificial nails and the roughest (in texture And touch) hands. She completes microdermabrasion on me, as she is doing it she tells me that she is licensed in Canada and working on her US license (oh great). Then she puts a mask on me, sets a ticking kitchen timer, tells me the mask is going to burn and it needs to stay on for 25 minutes. Then she walks out of the room and shuts the door. She doesnt come back until the 25 minutes are over. This is a dangerous practice...she should have been next to me the whole time checking to see how my skin was handling the mask. Especially after microdermabrasion. My skin was left extremely red, peeling and tender. She then did extractions, the next day my face was bruised, Im guessing they hurt like a mother because of her grotesque long nails. I have been having facials regularly for years, I know extractions can be painful, but I have never been bruised after. After the extractions she slapped on some sunscreen with her sandpaper hands and sent me on my way. There was no massage or even slight relaxation with this facial. I left extremely dissatisfied and I GUARANTEE that I will NEVER return and that I will be sure to tell everyone that this is not a spa, it is a hack shop.

I have been going to Lords and Ladies for years and Joanne is wonderful with waxing. I highly recommend this salon and day spa.

Sucks at service. We made appointment for hair care and the other day we drove 30 to get there then they said the one who made appointment with us wasnt there so they couldnt get our hair done. We called to ask about that then they blamed on our not-so-good english so they couldnt call to inform the cancelled appointment in advance! The receiver was even very rude! What kind of service is that? Racist?They deserved to receive not even a star from us!

I went for waxing. The place was clean and service was prompt. But the quality of work was terrible. I asked for a clean-up of my eyebrows. Walked out with lopsided super thin botched brows.

Excellent couldnt be better.
