Called and made an appointment with this business. Got the 160 eyelash extension package. Had to sit and wait for almost an hour which I was totally cool with I understand business’ get busy. When I got my lashes done the technician felt rushed “she wanted to go home” the service for my eyelashes took about an hour. I had to go back the following weekend to get a fill. So I gave them a second chance. Falicia did my eyelashes this time and she’s super sweet, but my eyelashes are clumping and are already falling out. I’ve never had this issue before. It’s annoying, you pay good money and they don’t last. I’m super dissatisfied and very disappointed. I would’ve gone elsewhere if I knew this was going to happen.

I have been coming here since the Buffalo location opened. I logged in to see their hours for today and started reading the reviews. I can personally say I have always received good service no matter who is working. Anyone that had an issue, Im sure if youstop in they will fix it for you.

Every time I come to Fracassi Lashes everyone is very professional and kind and are willing to fit you in on short notice. During my time I received a lash lift however the next day it was not up to my expectations. I came in the following day and The girls were kind enough to give me eyelash extensions instead. Again Everyone was very professional and understanding.

Didnt even last 24 hrsThese are supposed to last at least 2 weeksI asked for ones that was water proof full and lastedI told her I didnt like it and then on top of it when I asked her to fix it she said It fit me and to make them full it would be 180 but they was about to leave earlyso I left wake up at 6:54 my eyes the lashes are falling out all over my face and she jacked up my eyelashes they all over my face this was a waste of 150 glad I didnt do 180 and glad I didnt do the class to learn how to do it cuz this was not done correctly this was the walden mall I want my money backShe was rushing even though the mall didnt close till 6And my appointment was at 3 she wanted to end early wouldnt even accept new apartments

Shianne is amazing! She answered every question I had & was very knowledgeable about the services that are available to those of us with sensitive skin & allergies to latex. I will definitely be returning. Thanks, Shianne!!Update: I will say (for first timers like me) that after a few hours of observing the eyebrow tint.. my natural brows look great! HOWEVER!!! I wish I would have asked the artist to ONLY apply the dye to my eyebrow hairs.Y’all.. you absolutely HAVE to tell the brow tech if you want them thick, or thin. Tell the person that does your makeup how YOU want it (example: to only apply the tint to your brow, if you want a more natural look.) If you want the dye to stain your face & look like you have dirt on it, let them do whatever && don’t ask questions. (I am in no way blaming the nice young lady that did my brows.. it was just my first time going.. & I blindly assumed that she’d know to follow my freshly threaded eyebrows that were presented for fill in with the tint.)Currently scrubbing my skin with an alcohol pad trying to get the dye off before I go to work in the morning. 😅

I absolutely love love love this place! This was my first time getting eyelash extensions and eyebrow tent. My first time experience was so amazing I signed up for a 1 year membership! I am so grateful that they fit me in after my lash lady cancelled last minute but it was such a waste of money. The lady who did my lashes was so professional, caring and you can tell she LOVES what she does! But the overall look of my lashes is terrible, I paid $180+ tip for my lashes to be going in different directions, one eye fuller than the other and for the lashes to start falling out the next day even after I took very good care of them. While the fake lashes were falling off they also took my natural lashes with it which is what I’m the most aggravated with.

They squeezed me into the schedule and took care of me. Gave great service and advice. Lashes look great!

I went in and got an eye last lift it looked good at first to find out they used extensions to make it look more curly and than kept telling me it looked good when I got home I also realized my eye lashes were cut I’m a Christian woman but I’m not gonna let no one treat me like nothing when I pay 150$ I expect good price effort and I kept the extension I never asked for, for proof. I don’t wish bad for any one and I want my money back I am not happy with the results at all because there was no curl no volume. Sorry I don’t recommend this place.

I went in and the staff was very friendly but i could tell she was rushing. i spent 200 dollars for the most expensive pack (encouraged by the front desk) but the amount of lashes are definitely not what i paid for. the last time i got my lashes done at another company they lasted almost 3 months (not all the lashes but they were very full for over a month, these have been on a week) and the problems just continued to show. the lashes fell out fast and the ones that didn’t are so think it looks like the adhesive was applied incorrectly. As i stated the employee was rushing but the inner parts of my eyes had little to no lash extensions and once a few days passed i noticed they were very uneven. if i had picked the cheapest pack it wouldn’t have been as much as an issue but a week? for 200$?i would post pictures but i honestly don’t know how to

I initially had an appointment elsewhere but got cancelled on but I’m am glad I got the chance to come here. Some of the mixed reviews had me skeptical but the young women are kind and answered all my questions. I got the dash lashes which typically last a week or less. After the one week mark I had to use coconut oil to take off some of the stray clusters she did a great job. I’m excited to try a classic set with them.

I brought my daughter in to have her lashes done on Saturday the14,2020 at the Walden Galleria location she paid $35.00 to receive the dash lashes. Well the lashes looked great on her however they didnt last long at all the next morning my daughter woke up to a face and pillow case full of lashes literally less than 24 hours. I tried calling in the morning as well as in the afternoon and got no answer and I even sent an email in which was returned due to the receiver being unable to get anymore message due the the mail box being full. I usually wouldnt have bothered to complain or writ a review however this was my 13yo who had saved her allowance so that she could not just get her lashes done but to also make some other purchases at the mall as well and $35 to a 13yo especially when they save it themselves is a lot of money to have spent on something that didnt last as stated.

Love this place been coming for years and they always do a great job and go and above for their customers I would recommend to everyone

The lashes are nice and person applying them was friendly and pleasant. My problem was they offered an AMAZING DEAL on Groupon and inconvenience you so they dont have to honor it. I called for an appointment prior to purchasing the Groupon. I arrive at my appointment, no one else is waiting, and I explain I have a Groupon. The technician tell me ...for people with Groupons we are scheduling 3 mos out... I needed them done for the weekend. They wouldnt take the Groupon, I had to pay full price. A walk-in comes in after me and pays full price and gets her lashes done.They use Groupon as a scam to get you there and inconvenience you to pay full price. Desperate and shady. Their professionalism is not a priority.

I had a microblading with the owner she even cant draw a eyebrow. I let her know that I dont like her work she said shell fix on my second appointment. Now she never be there for my touch up. I even end up filling a complaint for her. She scam me $500.

I called to get extended eyelashes. I was told to come in anytime. I left at that time.. When I arrived after a 30 minute drive to be told they are booked,and said they were sorry they made a mistake.

I came here for the first time , Ernesto took care of me amazing guy and dedicated to his job. My lashes and brow tint came out amazing. My birthday is September 9 and thanks to this cutie I be looking flawless, I will recommend to friends 100% worth it, and the place looks amazing clean and professional. I went to other beauty salon and this is the first beauty salon I seen that is clean. I found my new eyelashes guy : )

My go to place for lashes and brows! Every time I come into the shop they’re very welcoming. I’ve gotten my lashes done with a tint and they lasted for 3 weeks. I also got my lashes done and they did a phenomenal job!

Wow!!!!! I’m choosy about where o get beauty services, because I’m not the one to throw away money for a less than great job! My first ever lashes done by Jess, what a great experience! She showed me different sizes, length and curl even a girl she just did lashes to, and I’m in love.

Terrible experience. Spent several hundred dollars there and then an untrained novice stabs me in the eye one morning, causing my eyes to water profusely. All the glue/lashes came off as soon as I got home. I tried to contact management four separate times; they never pick up the phone. I tried emailing; no response. Also their technique is not really an eyelash extension. They just glue several lashes at a time in clumps to your eyelid which will definitely cause you to lose your naturallashes. It has taken me weeks to finally recover my natural lashes. I will never go back here. I would rather pay double and not suffer an eye injury from these untrained (and unapologetic) people.

I would love to speak to a manager or someone in charge had my lashes done April 23 2019 had to have them removed the very next day due to the glue being to thick hard and clumpy the lashes were also totally straight across no curve to them.....when removed my eyes were burned with multiple removers 3 different kinds and left with no refund no apologies or even offered any future services oh ya and close to no real eye lashes left absolutely horrible experience and tons of money spent for less than 24 hrs of horrible lashes and none left

Nice ladies, they just don’t do a good job. Gave them 3 tries and each time I come the lashes look horrible . They don’t know isolation, lashes clumped together so if one is ready to come off 10 more come off with it including your natural lashes. Always uneven. Would be a great place to go if they worked on their technique. This goes for lash extensions and the individuals “dash lash”

Not good product- such a waste of time & money.. my right eye looks okay, but my left eye- most of the lashes fell off before I was even out of the mall! So unless you ware an eye patch on your left eye, save your money. The girl who did my lashes was a very sweet person despite my bad experience with their products.

Be clear about what you want they have cheaper lashes in there for your budget and they have the higher end lashes that I one by one and my girlfriend love them (she is high class) used to go to amazing lash studio, buy here is less expensive but quality work. You pay for what you get. Pay les get less, pay more they last longer.

Felicia and E’tania are great! They always take care of me and my lashes are poppin. I get the individual lash extensions but the dash lash is also good for people who need a quicker service. They also sell an amazing foaming lash cleaner.

I got eyelash extensions on Thursday 6/13. they came off two days later and i went back to explain my situation. they came off in clumps with tons of excess glue and i even have photos. i’ve had eyelash extensions before and i know how to take care of them. the woman essentially blamed it all on me and how i take care of my lashes. i know what i did and didn’t do, awful customer service and i will not be a customer again.

Lashes last a long time, my girlfriend loves this place. The price of lashes seem to be reasonable compared to other places and they last forever. We bought the yearly package.

Buying a pair of falsies from Walgreens are better quality then the lashes I got here! They looked great but I could barely see out of my one eye and had to take them off in the first day....the lashes were applied in clumps with thick glue. Should have known something was wrong when they were applied in about 10 mins when it supposed to take 45 to an hour.

I picked up a gift certificate for my mother and she absolutely loved them they lasted a long time. She will now be regular. Professional friendly and clean environment.

Horrible place! Got my lashes done here for my birthday night out and they looked a hot mess!!! And she dropped some of the wax in my eye and the manager tried telling the lady who was working on me to not let me pick at my eye because I would blame them if my eye got infected.... Which in the first place she dropped the wax in my eye... As well as horrible service two people were working on one lady and I waited over an hour when I was the only one there. Really do not recommend. Let the Asians stick to the brows they do it beat and its cheaper.

Worst mess ever!!! I went to a different salon today, & they took over an hour to remove the mess u people made & charged me $75!! They glued the lashes to my eyelids in clumps unreal!! I called to speak with a manager today, was left on hold for far to long. Now i have called over 20 plus times & keep getting hung up now!!! Customers beware!!!

This place is awful! Don’t waste your money. My eyelashes extensions are so awful and fake looking. They look so cheap. I asked another place to remove them and they told me they can’t do it without damaging my natural eyelashes because they don’t use the professional eyelashes glue here. I told them about this place. They said they have clients came from here with the same problem. They don’t use the proper eyelashes glue on your eyelashes. I was told they used wood glue, hair glue and anything else except eyelashes glue. The person did my eyelashes didn’t even wash their hands before doing the eyelashes. The place is so tacky and plastic on the chairs for you the laid on. This is the worst experience ever!Update from 10/21- I had these awful extensions removed last Monday 10/15 at a reputable eyelash business because they were irritating my eyes when I washed my face everytime. It was terrible. The lady who removed them said the staff at fracassi did not used mink lashes and they’re cheap cluster from CVS or Walgreens. She said they supposed to use individual mink lash for each eyelash not glued bunch of clusters on top of my eyelashes. She also said they didn’t even use eyelash glue because they were very difficult to remove. I had to pay money to have the eyelashes removed and left there with a lot less eyelashes than before the extensions. Fracassi lashes should be shut down. This business is unethical! DO NOT GO HERE! You will regret it as much as I do!

Ive come here multiple times but never have I ever had this much of an issue! The women was so rude. She rushed between 2 of us and dropped glue in my mothers eye. They didnt come out even and when we asked if she could fix it she said no that its her fault they werent even! My lashes have more glue than actual lashes. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Horrible!!!

I been to fracassi lashes on a few different occasions. This past weekend(Sunday) I went to get a set of lashes (dash lash). The girl doing my lashes dropped a eye lash with glue on it in my eye. My eye instantly got irratated & started burning. She still wanted to continue to work on that eye. I had to ask her to do the other eye until the other eye stopped burning. (I know I should’ve got up out the chair & left). Later that day, I lost some lashes & it hurted to close my eyes. Today I called to speak to a manager, she said their is no manager. I told her I was coming in to pick up my refund & she told me to have a good day & hung up the phone. FRACASSI LASHES IN THE WALDEN GALLERIA MALL IS BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!! I’ll never go back!

Lashes last a long time LOVE this place!

Most horrible experience the salon is definitely nice and clean but the actual procedure was literally torturous! I can’t describe it any other way! First of all she tells me hold onto this blowing fan in one hand to help them dry faster. No at this point my eyes are already starting to water from fan wind blowing directly into them. no she takes and grab is the top of my lashes with the tweezers and pulled my eye lid open and told me to look straight down and I’m like how can I look straight down when you have my eyelid pulled directly up and squeezing it and then she takes what I’m assuming was some kind of glue and pours so much of it all down the top of my eyelid like I’m talking like A ridiculous amount of glue on my top lashes that she is holding forced open with tweezers still it burns so bad and my eyes are just gushing water at this point. She would not let go of my eyelash to even let me blink for at least two minutes or so. The entire time my eyelashes felt like they were just burning every time she would slather this liquid on the top of my eyelids and then I’m trying to cool it off with the fan but it is getting worse and my eyes just keep running and running and running the entire time in the meantime my hand is getting extremely tired from hanging onto the fan is very uncomfortable. Needless to say the same thing happen for about a half an hour finally won this was over initially it looked like the lashes looked pretty good I thought at first but then when I really got looking at them the way they are position on my eyes makes my eyes look droopy I can’t have lashes extended underneath my lid they have to be on top of my lid by the way my eye shape is any time I’ve ever had this done in the past they never glued them on directly underneath the top of my eyelid not only doesn’t look horrible it is extremely irritating and my eyes keep sticking together because of the excessive amount of glue slathered all over them. I haven’t been able to sleep all night because my eyes are bothering me so bad because they keep sticking together I really need to come in today Monday and someone needs to fix this mess that knows what they’re doing and the quality of these so-called supposed to be individual lashes feel like fishing line clump together that were poking my eyes out with crusty glue all over them that’s literally what it feels like and looks like

Initially this place had a great atmosphere, the lady doing lashes was working hard on everyone that came in which is why im surprised at the turn of events...the 1st day my daughters lashes just werent staying in place, so after 2 long trips to get them fixed and still not taking i asked to give back the lashes and get a refund, 50.00 nothing to turn my cheek at, they told me theyd call back with an answer but not a word then didnt answer the phone at all... i really liked this salon but dont feel customer satisfaction is a priority at this point. the vegas lashes were supposed to last about 2 weeks but didnt last 2 days, hoping to hear some concern to resolve this matter soon

They are suppose to open at 11 on sundays. I was there at 11 05 and waited until the employee finally should up at 11 40 with her child. Then she tells me AFTER I waited another almost 30 mins later for another customer to finish, that their not accepting cards at the moment, not when i walk in but after waiting my turn. Lost my business.
