I absolutely love my job and my patients, but when there is an inexperienced manager running things it makes it hard to want to stay. I have had 2 patients request I come back to them 3-4 times now and they are being ignored, phone calls are not getting to owner they are being listened to and then deleted. Our patients happiness should come over whatever issues you have with your employees, that would go above any beyond for you if you worked with us.
