Never even been to this office but whoever was on the phone had a nasty attitude and you guys seriously need new staff whoever was working at 4:22 Tuesday, September 14 you need to speak with them seriously I’m sick and tired of getting bad customer service when all I need is support not my fault You hate your life and it’s miserable fix your attitude

The office staff are very nice, but I wish I could say the same about the girls who answer the phone. Called about a referral. She transferred me over to the Anaheim office, who informed me that my doctor was now at the Buena Park office. I knew that and that is why I called the Buena Park office in the first place. I called them back and the woman who helpedme was beyond rude and all but called me a lier. Then hung up on me. There are so many people who would love to have a great job. I wish I had taken her name down. From now on I will be asking their names and writing it down just in case. No excuse for poor customer service.
