Buyers Be Aware of Poor Quality and Refund PolicyI purchased H Solution shoulder massager from this store in April 2021. Item stopped working, so I had it replaced in August 2021. However, it stopped working after one month (September 2021). Item had one year warranty according store employee. When I asked for refund due to repeated defects, store said they can only provide store credit plus they have to deduct 15% since it was purchased back in April. When I argued about stores return policy, store changed it position to provide full amount store credit. I insist that store provide full refund since its product had repeated defect. But, I ended up getting another replacement. I am not too confident about the 3rd item will not fail. But, I will give another chance. I would not recommend this store or H Solution Brand. They need to have better customer service policy!!!
