Receptionist was very friendly. Reception area very clean and even have a kids room. Doctor Chun very professional and really seems to care about his parents

Some of the staff at the front desk are very rude and even lie! one staff told me that they haven’t received anything that i requested for and made me wait for at least one to two weeks. but it turns out that they received it a day before i called. absolutely ridiculous and the doctors don’t even come to work anymore; the nurses take up their positions and don’t get me wrong, the nurse is nice but i made an appointment to see a DOCTOR i chose the wrong hospital because i used to go here when i was a child and now i never want to come here again

Very unorganized, unprofessional. almost impossible to get a hold of and when you do get a chance to speak with some at the front desk it is extremely difficult to understand them

Rude as it can be and they are here to make money off from you and not to take care of your health. I cannot believe how this medical center still operates every day.

Dr. Chung is the best doctor in my opinion, He really knows how to take patients.

The doctors and staff have been great to deal with. Have been coming here since 2011.

Doctors are good and courteous. Rest of staff are horrible, rude, and unprofessional. There made mistakes to my billing info and now my bill is in collections because I never got them. After such mistakes, no one was willing to apologize. I was even brushed off by one of the employees over the phone. There are many other medical centers around the area.

Very odd little clinic. A lot of the staff seem to always be in a hurry.Their medical equipment for measuring weight and height also seems inaccurate as it reported that I was 25 pounds over my last recorded weight as well as being shorter. If somehow my whole family is compensating and saying they are 3 inches taller than they actually are, please tell me how thats possible.

Joseph Medical Center does not like to pick up there phone. I have called over ten times trying to set an appointment and cant get through.This is the worst medical center I have ever experience. Maybe they are making so much money that now they really dont care.Some of their staffs even agree that their service is POOR! Yes Im looking for another medical office and not returning to this one.If you dont believe me, tried them out.

Horrible phone system; it just goes from one recording to the next endlessly; I was on hold for nearly half hour and finally gave up.

I do not want to visit again.Doctors and Staffs are not professional.
